• Teo (10/5): - Our stay at Villa Desi was exceptional from start to finish. The villa is beautifully furnished, spacious, perfect for a family holiday. Everything we needed was provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms and the lovely outdoor area. The location is excellent, peaceful and private, yet still close to all the important amenities and attractions on the island. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the attention to detail that made the villa feel like a true home away from home. We would happily return and highly recommend Villa Desi to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay on Lanzarote.

• ROBERT (10/5): If you are looking for a quiet relaxing property at the edge of Playa blanc, this ticks the boxes. - The property is in such a quiet location making it very easy to relax and our host Caterina was very helpful. Having your own private covered parking space is really helpful especially when it's hot. You are only a few minutes drive away from good supermarkets. Although the property is next to a road, it is very quiet with no buses or noisy cars going by. The roof terrace is excellent for star gazing at night. The interior of the house is very comfortable and the quality of appliances such oven, hob, fridge/freezer are very good. Being able to close the outside shutters at the bedroom windows helped to keep the room slightly cooler. For a short while there were guests next door who had kids who would kick their football which was a bit irritating but something you have to put up with.

No hand rail for access to the pool. I have a leg disability, so getting in and out of the pool without a rail was an issue.

• Corine (10/5): Exceptionally Clean Villa and a fabulous warm pool - Casa Desi was exceptionally clean and had pretty much everything you needed and more. All appliances were in good working order. The pool was beautiful and lovely and warm. The owner / agent was very attentive and was available if needed. Location was very good if you had a car and if you were not shy of walking. We would definitely return. This is more for the benefit of the villa if there was a pool cover it would keep the heat in overnight (saving energy) The first step into the pool is quite deep so a hand rail would be very beneficial (I have a bad knee other family members had no problems) The air conditioning downstairs great but it’s only in the main bedroom upstairs the other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans no real problems for the time of year we went (Oct) but might be in the height of summer. A book for information is always handy local restaurant info, taxi numbers and food delivery numbers. The name of the complex “Serena Villas” is not very clear. Other complexes near by had the name clearly on the wall. Although we were given good directions to the area finding the complex entry gate was difficult.
