• Inga (7/5): Nettes kleines Spa Hotel mit Luft nach oben, was die Zimmer angeht. - Ein sehr schöner Spa-Bereich, sehr nettes Personal und ein reichhaltiges, schönes Frühstück. -Ein Hochfloor-Teppich in einem Hotelzimmer? Aus meiner Sicht aus hygienischen Gründen ein absolutes no Go. - Die Seife war nach einem Tag alle - Kein Wasserkocher, kein Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Für den Preis eigentlich ein erwartbares „Bonbon“ - keine Klimaanlage (soweit ok) aber als einzige Lüftungsmöglichkeit gibt es nur die Balkontür. Darunter ist aber der Naturteich. Somit ausreichend Insekten. Man KÖNNTE jetzt denken, Schlafraum und Aussenbereich wären z.B. durch eine Insektenschutztür getrennt. Das ist aber nicht der Fall, die Hotellösung sind Insektenspray und eine Fliegenklatsche im Schrank.
• Richard (8/5): Great location and restaurant to die for! - Unfortunately we only stayed for 14 hours - so did not get to experience breakfast, however dinner was the best we have had for a long while, and the service was second to none. Also was 20 mins drive to the ferry to Denmark. No air-con in our beed room could be a problem in very hot weather.

• Benjamin (9/5): Ruhig, nicht überlaufen und definitiv zu empfehlen - Moderner Spa Bereich, zwanglos ruhig und nicht überlaufen Der Poolbereich ist textilpflichtig. Da es direkt angrenzend an den textilfreien Bereich liegt, war mir das nicht direkt bewusst. Ich wurde aber freundlich und professionell darauf hingewiesen. Ein Hinweis an dem Poolbereich wäre sinnvoll.

Keine Zimmerreinigung. Ok, bei zwei Nachten eigentlich kein Problem, aber es trübt den sonst sehr netten Eindruck.

• Matthias (9/5): - Es hat uns sehr gut um Landhotel Rittmeister gefallen. Das Spa ist richtig schön und wirklich modern. Das Personal ist auch immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Hier hat uns besonders gefallen, dass viele Produkte regionaler Herkunft sind. Unser Zimmer wurde leider nach der zweiten Nacht nicht gereinigt. Vor allem wurden dadurch die Mülleimer nicht geleert und wir mussten nach neuem Toilettenpapier fragen.

• Rabiya (7/5): Overall it was a okayish stay. Had its pro and cons but I wouldn’t say it was bad. I enjoyed it. - It was super relaxing! Love the location. It’s secluded from the city. The spa and massage was AMAZING! Loved it! The sleep experience was not good for me. It was hot in the room at night although we turned off the heater. It was super dry and I had difficulty sleeping. There is no room service which is not comfortable for me. One can’t even call the reception as there are no phones in the rooms. Keeping that in mind there were no basic facilities like a kettle and coffee. No such toiletries as well. I find that very inconvenient being it an almost luxurious hotel. For a coffee I had to literally go to the restaurant at night and order it. They asked me to take the tray all the way to the room myself as they don’t have any service for that. This is not relaxing at all.

• Claudia (8/5): Gute Erholung in einer ruhigen Ecke von Rostock - Das Frühstück war super. Gab alles was man sich wünschen konnte. Das Schwimmbad und die Saunen waren wunderbar. Klein aber frein. Es gab auch einen schönen Saunagarten, den wir leider wetterbedingt nicht nutzen konnte (Regen, Sturm) An Hand der Bilder kam einen das Zimmer größer vor als es war.

Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn wir über die Angebote informiert worden wären. Einige hatten das Abendessen inkludiert. Die Fahrräder zum leihen kosteten 12€ pro Stück und waren gerade noch funktionstüchtig.
• Peggy (9/5): Ankommen und wohlfühlen - Ambiente, Musik, Duft und Personal geben direkt nach Ankunft Wohlfühlfaktor. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, man geht auf Allergene ein, es fehlt hier aus meiner Sicht an nichts. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, man ist in 15min in der Innenstadt und in ca 30min in Warnemünde. Nichts 😊

Good reataurant although a bit pricey for the area. Upon arrival at the hotel at 6pm the reception was unmanned and a sign refferred to the restaurant that is in a separate building. In the restaurant I was told that they could not check me in and that the receptionist was probably only shortly away and would be back soon. I had to walk back again to be able to check-in. A sign stating "I am shortly away, I will be back soon" would have saved me the unpleasant walks under the rain carrying my luggage backe and forth from the reception to the restaurant. The location is not easy to reach with public transportation
