• Katherine (7/5): Great apartment, quiet location and has everything you need - Well stocked kitchen, spacious apartment, nice location near the park/lake Bed/mattress covers crinkle when you sleep, swimming pool/hot tub weren’t open (which was one of the reasons we booked this stay)
• Mike (8/5): Convenience in Kelowna - Good location within easy walking distance of 2 beaches. Accommodation suited our needs. Excellent secure, covered parking. Access to the properly was rather like the opposite of an "escape room"; trying to get in. In fairness, the explanatory videos were very helpful. The system for paying the damage guarantee deposit needs to be revised for non-Canadian visitors. Our experience was somewhat frought. The mattress in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable.

• Kim (8/5): Kelowna get away - Close to Lake pretty central. Needed bigger towels, cleaner, maintence guy was there at check in for 6 hours 3pm-9pm working, new TV, carpet cleaning fixing bathroom counter top, came again next day probably couple hours. Fellow was nice but clearly wasn't ready for guests. Place was nice all things considered, he gave us a $100 discount.
• Droppincash (4/5): Disappointing - The accommodation was very difficult to find. The room number wasn't clearly marked and was located at the very end of the food section. I hope this can be improved by providing a written description, as everything was in video format. Honestly, I didn't have the patience to watch everything carefully. The whole process felt like an escape room
• Morgan (8/5): Very convenient and host was very receptive and informative - Was a great location with parking at a very reasonable price. Well stocked and had a dryer. A bit tricky getting in so pay attention to instructions. Pool and hot tub not open yet but would be a great visit in summer
• Amanda (1/5): Stay away unless u like abuse - The owner is very rude very very rude no social skills and talks down to u There's nothing Bout this property I could say I liked yes it was a cheap rental ..but it wasn't worth the frustration and the insults that he thought was OK to speak to me .I suggest to stay away fan away I hated my stay Was gonna check out ND get somewhere else but I figured I'm here fir two nights and I hope not to spend anytime inside . The place has a 40 invh TV that was difficult to use batteries were dead no serving dishes and holly attitude worse human.ive meet 100%

• Emma (5/5): It was supportive for what we needed. - The host was supportive and helped resolved most of the issues that arose. We needed a rental space for a few days while I was in town for an operative procedure. It was difficult to arrive, find the lock box, and navigate the parkade even with 3 adults reading the instructions. Upon arriving we found that the place had not been cleaned. Garbage and empty beer cans in the kitchen, wet towels in the bathroom, dirty bedding in the bedrooms and on the dining room table. The host called in support and got the cleaners in right away as well as offered me a $120 refund, which I have yet to receive.
• Bobbie-jo (8/5): Very good - Great location, budget friendly. Good decor. Comfy beds. Plenty of extra bedding for comfort and warmth. Spacious. No dishwasher, the apartment smelled like curry, heavily. Long walk from entrance to apartment door.

• Sarah (9/5): This place truly feels like resort style living and you get a lot more value than a hotel !! - This place worked perfectly traveling with my boyfriend and his brother - it was spacious , had 2 bedrooms - a kitchen , living and dining room and we went and used the pool , hot tub and gym all of which were great !! Felt like we were at a hotel / resort and we were happy with the price compared to some of the hotels !! We were able to walk to the beach from here , as well as the marina - we checked out black rabbit coffee (amazing ), basil and mint and a new ice cream shop that just opened down the street and all were excellent as well !! Took us a minute to figure out the key - get to the room - get the fob etc to park and bring our stuff in - but I can’t really see a better way to do it and the host provided verry clear instructions which was nice !! Also heads up an F350 on 35’s just fits in the underground … like with not even 1/2” to spare so if you have a lifted 1 ton you will not fit -
• Karen (8/5): Comfortable but pricey - What I like is it’s spacious and beds are comfortable What I don’t like is we had a hard time checking in and finding the unit. The coffee is not enough for us. The coffee is only for 3 persons and it is too pricey.

• Nicole (8/5): Very good - It was ground floor and easy access from parkade which was handy. It was a bit difficult to find the lock box at first. the patio furniture two doors down looked the same to me and im a bit short so to see over the fence was difficult. but once found things were good and easy access. would definitely book again!

Owners obviously knew a bit of a maze getting to suite and provided links to YouTube videos. Would have been lost without them. TV and handful of channels to selection are very outdated and limited.

• Stacey (7/5): Good - Tge apartment was very well furnished with all the amenities we needed and it was obvious the housekeeping department took pride in their work. It was pretty convoluted trying to access the apartment. I think it could have been streamlined. Especially when you are dealing with country folk who don’t understand condo living. Also I think the TV needs an upgrade
