La chambre est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. La propreté est irréprochable. Le propriétaire fournit des conseils judicieux sur les établissements voisins et les lieux d’intérêt à proximité. Il donne toutes les informations de manière précise et efficace. Le rapport qualité /prix est excellent. Rien. La chambre n’est pas très spacieuse, mais elle est vraiment très agréable.

• Julia (10/5): Tolle Lage. Super schönes Guest House. Alles TOP! - Das "Green Room" war einfach nur bezaubernd. Schöne, praktische Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht. Das Bad war für "Londonverhältnisse" sehr komfortabel. Super nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber und richtig gute Lage in süßer Nachbarschaft. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen. -

• Louise (8/5): Un petit appartement confortable au calme à proximité des transports publics. - Chambre avec grand lit double confortable, intimité et petite terrasse avec table et chaises, tranquillité des lieux, proximité du bus pour rejoindre la station de métro. Disponibilité d'une machine à laver, gentillesse de notre hôte. Nous y retournerions! Un bac serait utile pour faciliter le lavage de la vaisselle plutôt que d'utiliser le lavabo de la salle de bain.

Grazie a questo alloggio abbiamo scoperto brixton: un quartiere multietnico pieno di vita e di attività, ci è piaciuto molto! • Michael (8/5): Quiet and cosy retreat and very good value. - Set in a quieter residential area, very well presented, very clean and comfortable. Felt very private, but the host was easily contactable and helpful. Good value for money - solo budget traveller wanting to stay in comfortable accommodation not a hostel, this is excellent for a short stay 20 minutes walk from Brixton station, although buses are available. No TV, although for my purposes it didn't bother me. Bathroom is very small. Usable, but definitely not much room to move. Sold as a room for 2 occupants, but in honesty this would be a struggle. For one night, okay, but otherwise The Green Room is best suited for solo traveller. A coffee machine is provided but I had no idea how to use it... Also, no milk, sugar etc.

• Regina (9/5): Super schön, gerne wieder! - Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber, hell und schön, und hat sehr neu und hochwertig gewirkt. Die kleine Küche als Vorraum mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (plus kostenlosem Kaffee) und Toaster sowie ein bisschen Geschirr und Besteck war sehr praktisch, da wir dort frühstücken und auch mal etwas mitgebrachtes Essen konnten. Die Lage ist zwar etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum, aber ganz in der Nähe fahren Bus 133 (zur London Bridge) und Bus 159 (zum Oxford Circus), die beide auch nachts durchfahren, sodass man immer nach Hause kommt. Zudem ist es in der Nachbarschaft schön ruhig und es gibt viele tolle Restaurants. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Bett war bei Booking als "großes Doppelbett" angegeben, aber die Matratze ist in Wirklichkeit nur 1,60 m breit (was trotzdem größer ist als die meisten Doppelbetten in London, die nur 1,40 m haben). Für uns hat es gereicht, aber das sollte man vor der Buchung wissen.

• silviagiacobbo (10/5): Great stay to visit London. - The house was immaculate and a perfect fit for a few days stay. The laundry (towels and sheets) were clean and smelled nice, the coffee machine was a plus and the bathroom nice. Even the repair from the sun in the morning (which is usually a terror for an Italian that goes abroad) was amazing and the curtain isolates from the sun, letting you sleep in. The hosts were nice, leaving you your spaces but still checking in. Thanks for the hospitality. The house is close to central London and easy to reach. The house Is located not so close from the underground (approx a 15 mins walk), but buses pass by all the time. The only negative was getting out of the underground as the block is not one of the nicest, but the streets where the house is located are much better than the station and the central area, everything is quiet and nice. Bed was comfy but if you're very tall it may be too short

Good location - was close to Clapham Common for start of London to Brighton race and there was somewhere to store the bikes. We were only there for one night but it would be good for a longer stay too.

Freundlicher Kontakt per Chat (Check-in und Check-out erfolgten unkompliziert kontaktlos), gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber und für Londoner Verhältnisse ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - wir waren rundum zufrieden! Einzig der zur Verfügung gestellte Fön hat nicht gut funktioniert - die Haare haben sich dadurch verknotet.

• Escalante (10/5): - Very friendly and responsive host. Was nice to let us drop off our luggage before our check in. She also allowed us to use the washer and dryer and had great recommendations for nearby eating. Rhe place was also very clean and cozy. Will definitely recommend and stay there again. It is a bit far from the city center, but bus stop is only 5 min walk which we did not mind at all. Just keep in mind how long it will take to the city if you have reservations or times activities. Also, there is no dresser for storing your clothes. It would have made it easier but not a deal breaker for us.

• Elaine (10/5): This was a lovely, peaceful place to stay. - We loved the spacious bedroom and bathroom which were very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There was an outside seating area which would be perfect to use in the evening, especially with the pretty lighting. It was great to have a good coffee maker which we enjoyed in the mornings. Hua Lin is an excellent host, friendly and responsive. The fridge in the kitchenette was a little awkward to access. A few more hooks in the bathroom would be nice. Otherwise it was perfect.
