• Dr Csaba (8/5): OK - There was a confusion in the communication, as one day before our arrival the host has sent an email tanking for our stay a day before. Then, after our departure, the next guest arrived earlier and took the key, which we deposited as agreed in the code-box, and then the host started to chase us assuming that we took the key with us. They should learn from this problem and organize the reception better, possibly by meeting personally with the guests.
• Indre (5/5): Very disappointing experience – not suitable for families - Very disappointing experience – not suitable for families The apartment itself could be acceptable, but the overall experience was very poor due to serious management issues. First, the apartment was not ready on time, and we were asked to delay our arrival. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly prepared for the number of guests. We booked for 3 people, but only 2 sets of bed linen and towels were provided. Instead, a baby cot was prepared, which is completely inappropriate for a nearly 5-year-old child and was never requested. The most frustrating part was the communication. For over 1.5 hours, we were told that extra bedding was available in the apartment, and we kept searching for it. Only later did the host admit that no additional bedding existed at all. As a result, one person had no proper bed with clean sheets, which is unacceptable. Being told to use a sofa or mattress without bedding is not a solution. Additionally, there were hygiene issues – dirty laundry was left in the washing machine. This situation caused significant stress late in the evening and made it impossible to properly rest. A small refund was offered, but it does not reflect the seriousness of the problem. I would not recommend this place, especially for families.
• Tanja (9/5): Wunderschönes Apartment, zentral und ruhig - Tolle Ausstattung und die ruhige Lage Das Bett hätte ein bißchen kuscheliger sein können. Mehrere Kissen oder ein Topper drauf.
• Birgit (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft, großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und zentrumsnah - Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Sehr schöne großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, sehr sauber (besonders die Küchenutensilien) und zentrumsnah.
• Marquardt (10/5): FeWo Quedlinburg - Eine gemütliche, hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung in der Nähe der Quedlinburger Altstadt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen, auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder
• Kerstin (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Super sauber und super modern. So modern habe ich noch nie gewohnt :-) Die Betten waren bequem, es war alles da was man so braucht es liegt nähe der Innenstadt. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Wenn ich etwas schreiben soll das mir nicht gefallen hat dann ; dass es in dieser schönen Fachwerk Stadt so ein Seelenloser moderner Kasten ist. Aber das wusste ich ja vorher und man wohnt ja drinnen :-) da sieht man das Elend ja nicht so.
