• Melanie (10/5): - The property is very comfortable and spacious. It is also private, safe and in a very peaceful and quiet area. The views are so beautiful, and the house has private access to a lovely sheltered bay. Every comfort has been thought of and there was nothing missing or out of place in any part of the house. It is clearly a well loved property that is very well looked after and is very clean everywhere- even outside.

Beds very comfortable, good quality linen. No toilet upstairs, and would have been good to have a small bbq upstairs on the deck instead having to cart everything downstairs. we loved our stay regardless,

• Megan (9/5): Perfect house for a group stay - This house was perfect for our group of six adults (three couples) and one toddler (it would have been good with an additional couple and toddler too, as originally planned, though perhaps a bit more squeezy for that many!). We loved the views and the open plan living + the separation between living and sleeping spaces. We loved being able to walk to the beaches, and really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (wanted to steal the gorgeous vintage stoneware crockery). Appreciated the touches that make a difference, in a newer house, like quality Bluetooth speaker, powerpoints on both sides of every bed... The bath in the ensuite was also the perfect set up for our couple with toddler. The main leather couch is super comfy. We didn't make best use of the outdoor area but would love to come back again and do an outdoor barbecue and use the firepit one summer (did make use of the handy outdoor shower head for cleaning beach feet. Very good!). Nasser and Mimi were great hosts - excellent communication before and during our stay, plus the guest compendiums showed real care for guests' experience at the house and in the area. The house is amazingly well insulated, capturing warmth from the sun during the day too. We didn't use the heaters or fire at all. Lovely linens in the bedrooms and plenty of towels provided; bonus to have contour pillows! We enjoyed exploring the area with walks and drives to swim at nearby beaches. The beds are on the firm side, even with a mattress topper on them. Maybe time to invest in some new mattress toppers?
• Maggie (10/5): Great holiday home, away from tourists - We stayed a week at this amazingly peaceful place with great view over Susan's Bay. Huge open-plan living space on first floor, bedrooms and bathrooms on ground floor. Owner quick to answer questions about where to buy provisions etc. Path down to Susan's Bay itself a bit steep and beach a bit rocky for swimming, but Primrose Sands a short drive away was great for bathing, all sand and hardly anyone else there. We're so glad we chose this place for our stay.

Primrose Bay is located away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to the amenities you need. The property itself is located right on the waterfront with direct access to a beautiful, quiet cove. It has a fantastic upstairs living area with magnificent views over the bay, we watched breathtaking sunrise every morning and the room was flooded with winter sunshine. The bedrooms are generously sized with comfortable beds and quality bedding. We loved being able to sit by the fire every evening. Whilst we didn’t get a chance to use the bbq or fire pit, they are well appointed. Loved being able to walk out the front yard straight down to the beach in a couple of minutes. There wasn’t anything we disliked about the property.

• Caroline (10/5): Beautiful and Tranquil! - Great house with all the amenities you could ask for! A beautiful location right on the beach. Also, not a setback at all but please note it is VERY remote(no restaurants, grocery store is a 20-minute drive away). My family kept saying it would be a great place to write a book because it's very peaceful with zero distractions.

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional in every way - It was the little things that made our stay here incredible. The bath is fantastic, the fire been set ready to light, the carefully curated abd personalised house 'manual', the excellent communication and stunning views. Close enough to Hobart that its not a stress to get about but out of the way enough to be able to find peace and serenity. No doubt that when we return to the state we will stay here again. We came to Tasmania without much of a plan. Would have loved to have some more information about attractions or points of interest about the area but really, that's on us and it didn't slow us down!
