The size of the yard if you travel with children especially is also very good… We were very disappointed by the interior of the cottage. Starting with the bathroom — the door didn’t fully close so it could not be locked when using; the sink didn’t drain properly or quickly because the rod was not hooked to the lever and pulling on the plug required time and effort to get the sink to empty; the caulking at the bottom of the shower cabin was dirty. Everything in the cottage was either left unfinished or poorly done, something we found off-putting. The amateurish work that was done in the place left us to think that it may be unsafe; especially if the electrical work was done by the same person(s). We will not return.

• Amy (9/5): Over all are ok. - Place is nice and clean. 1. Two of Kitchen’s non-stick pan needed to be changed, the pan surface is all ruined, it’s not healthy for cooking. 2. Bed room pillows are way too soft and no any neck support, need to upgrade. 3. No proper kitchen knife to cut food. 4. Chopping board needs to be replaced.

• Katherine (9/5): Convenient, quiet, and super clean - The location was away from downtown, which is what I wanted, but still convenient, and very quiet because it is set back from the road. The apartment was very clean and well supplied. Parking was easy.
• Roza (7/5): Good - There was a parking space reserved just for us in the driveway. We travelled with 5 people total, so we wished we had one more washroom, but the one there was was clean. The whole place was very well equipped, there was dish washing liquid, even laundry pods. There was a washing machine and a dryer available as well. The living room and the kitchen had a bad smell of cooking mixed with an air freshener which we struggled to get rid off and in the end the cooking smell remained in the room through our whole stay. The carpet was dirty in the living room. Everything else was ok.

• Gayle (9/5): The perfect home base to have the grandkids during an out of town family wedding. - This spacious little guest house had the perfect location and price point for our stay. Why spend money on a noisy hotel room when you can have your own little home for peace, quiet, and comfort. If you bring more than 1 vehicle, by chance, there is ample parking across the street at Lambrick Park. Not a huge inconvenience.

• James (1/5): Bad - No communication with host. 3 days before our trip,3of the 4 of our party tested positive for COVID. Emailed the property and got no response. Emailed and called over the next 3 days to let them know we wouldn't be coming. Still no response. It was a no refund reservation, but using booking the property refused to make an exception for health reasons. We will not be rebooking here.

• Lindsy (9/5): Excellent stay, would stay again - Very clean, odor free. Had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again. The main bed was a little too firm but that's a personal preference thing. It's a little difficult to see the address numbers at night in the dark.
