danique (9/5): We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The host Olivia was very kind and responded within good times. - The host Olivia was lovely and responded quickly. The house was very clean and easy to access. Only 20 mins from the CBD.
Jie (1/5): Don't book this property - There's water pipe burst when we check into the house. We can't have a shower, no drinking water. We have to call Ubereat to deliver bottle water. And we have to use a bucket to get water from the burst point to flush toilet.There's no water inside the house for 24 hours. It ruined our holiday, we had a very bad time on the first night, and spent most of the next day talking to the host and booking.com. We worried that there would be no water for another day. Because every time we called, the host couldn't give us a solution. The way the property manager handled this emergency situation. We demand a refund for the first night
Hai (10/5): Very comfortable place for a large group - The house is very clean, specious and comfortable. All bedrooms have split aircon. The host was very attentive and accommodative. We enjoyed our 4 day stay very much, and we can certainly recommend this place to anyone. It was a few minute drive from Sunny Bank shopping center. will update it later after my foll-up with the host and book.com regarding a surchage.
