Not in the middle of the touristic and crowded places, but quite close to the metro station, which is great. It had everything you would possibly need for a stay. The check-in and checkout were really simple and straightforward as well, without unnecessary complications.

Such a treat after our stay in Nafplio, where holding the showerhead by hand seems to be the norm. The location was perfect too: a charming street with the best little chill-out bar just around the corner. Ideal for a relaxed Sunday afternoon, watching the locals go about their day. Nothing really, I even loved opening the closets and watching the automatic light go on.

• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - This was a wonderful place to stay not only for its impeccable cleanliness and appointments, including blinds which shut out the light, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine and pods, cold water and ice in the fridge, but also for the warmth and helpfulness of the host. It's very well-located, so that you can walk to any of the major sites in 30 minutes, yet you're out of the frenzy of the Syntagma area. There are many restaurants just meters away as well as a grocery store and mini-mart, and also an excellent ice cream shop, Maraboo. When I return to Athens, I won't think of staying anywhere else. It felt like home. Thank you again, Hari. For me, the bed was a bit too hard. If you sleep with the windows open, you will hear some street noise. Although it's located on a small, one way street, it's kind of unavoidable. That said, there's probably a very small window of time during the year when one would want to sleep with the windows open due to either heat or cold; I was lucky!

Syntagma and Monastiraki can be reached by foot or 1-2 metro stops. Very friendly and accommodating for two questions and suggestions for a tour of the city. Great recommendation for visiting Athens and staying in this apartment.

Highly recommend fir couple stay. - The Christina-Anna locations have all the amenities we needed to have an excellent resting place after a long day. Our host is very accommodating and accessible when needed his map on the table gives you view of your surrounding local places to visits . He left another map for us to take similar from the one from the airport to use. In exchange for the metro map I left for the next guest 😂. The local groceries store, food places, Melosa pastries places just 1 street over our favourite because it’s open late and many selections to choose from at reasonable price, love the gelato 🍧. The Pizza and another snack/pastries place just on the opposite down the apartment is another section of the areas to check out . So if you want to stay and cook the AB grocery store is a 1 1/2 block away from the apartment on the right it closes before 10 and if you missed it there’s a small shop on the same street side1-2 block on the pass the Melosa pastries shop which is on the left side of the street. The metro and bus stops is walking distance close ,be sure to use the 5 day pass to access all transportation except hop on hop off not included. The Rizzani is very inviting but not our cup of tea this time. We are glad we choose this place instead of the 2 options we had. Eperikristo The thin wall between units

Great value for a one-bedroom apartment. Quiet street Thin wall, you can hear the neighbor talking and watching TV when you're in the bedroom. It's not good if you're a light sleeper.

Was extremely pleasure to staying there 🥰 Great big balcony, owners put everything even small details (like capsules for washing machine, coffee for coffee machine, etc). Owner sent me so many suggestions and information about all needed. Always was on connect. Inside very comfort temperature even in crazy hot even without air-conditioning. Only 30 min walk to very city center. Calm area. I don't know how much good things have this apartment) just a lot) Not good sound proof and we can hear TV of neighbor, etc. But that was not so much. And others things was too good even can't put "9" only "10":)

• Caitlyn (10/5): Every facility you need within walking distance from Athens best sights - This apartment has everything you need. We liked the washing facilities and the large kitchen area. It’s a spacious apartment. Hosts have amazing recommendations and are very responsive when you have questions or requests. They also supply maps and guide books if needed. Some things can be a little further walk with the location but it’s manageable. Public transportation is also easy from the apartment, especially the train from the airport. All facilities are modern and clean. The balcony is a nice space to sit and have a coffee from the supplied pod machine. The walls are thin, so you can hear from other rooms and other apartments easily.

• William (10/5): Perfectly comfortable and perfectly located - This was the most comfortable apartment we had during over a dozen different stays on a long trip, and it was the most conveniently located. The apartment was easily accessible by a lift to the 2nd floor. It was easy to move around in it and the furniture, decor and styling made it feel like it was your own place. Both the bed and the couch were very comfortable, as were the pillows. There were plenty of extra blankets but not needed since the HVAC ran perfectly. The street was very quiet, and stores, restaurants, bakery and gelato were literally only a block away. Christina had some genuine excellent recommendations for places to eat, since there are very many. We were literally 10 minutes from many of the sights and museums (Byzantine, Benaki, War Museum, National Park, bottom of funicular to the top of Lycabettus) and ten minutes from the metro along streets that were easy to roll our bags on. There was no soap for the washer, and Christina apologized for that and had soap delivered within 30 minutes. We plan on staying there again during our next time in Athens! N/A
• David (10/5): Great value location amenities and host - The property was great value and convenient location with close by cafes and supermarkets. Host was super helpful Needs a new lounge setting as that’s not comfortable at all! Acropolis is actually a fairly long walk away and certainly not close by.
• Jan (10/5): Really great stay for good money - The apartment was great and really spacious. There was everything we needed and more like nespresso coffee machine, shower products etc. The host was very helpful and gave us many tips and recommendations for places to eat or activities. The neighborhood was really authentic, clean and very safe (even after dark). There were many restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. It was walking distance from the city centre (20 min to the centre), so we usually walked everywhere, no public transportation needed. My girlfriend appreciated good lighting in the bathroom for putting on makeup. The apartment had many qualities, however there are some downs regarding noises from outside. The neighbors watched TV till late at night and it was little bit loud. Also, on the corner of the street there is a petrol station so we heard cars and motorbikes and people talking all night. It is not big deal but we are a little sensitive to noises at night so if you have same problem, just take some earplugs :) Additionally, my girlfriend found the bed and pillow a little uncomfortable (the mattress was hard for her) but for me it was perfectly okay. So it depends on your preferences. Do not take these cons as something that should discourage you from this apartment, we had a really great stay. These are just some things that we wanted to share for you to know.

We got lost on our way there (we were walking through National Gardens but they had a lot of exits closed because of work being done ) We were guided in by Harry. The apartment was spotless , had a big shower that I could actually use, had everything that we needed to cook breakfasts etc and lots of Restaurants , bars and cafes all around even though it was a quiet neighbourhood . Slept well and no complaints at all. We have been to Athens many times but this district was new to us and we really enjoyed being there.

• Aki302 (10/5): Superb! - The area is full of excellent restaurants and cafes. A big supermarket, AB Vassilopoulos, is within a few minutes' distance. Still, the street where the apartment is is very quiet. The room was super clean. The WiFi was stable, and its speed was OK. The owner sent messages via WhatsApp occasionally, so I felt very comfortable during my stay. Nothing, but if there is a microwave oven, it might be more convenient for lazy people.

• Lilian (9/5): A perfect place in a perfect area for two persons. - In the apartment we especially appreciated that the bathroom had very good lighting for putting on makeup and shaving. Many clothes hangers and a proper coffee maker (unfortunately, Nespresso machines seem to be a form of standard these days, which is not appreciated by everyone). The Pragati area is an area in Athens where you feel like a local resident. Excellent if you want to stay in an quiet and less crowded area and still having walking distance to the central areas (about 25 minutes to Syntagma). Look forward to come back. We missed a bedside table with a reading lamp and some wine glasses. Otherwise, nothing else.

The balcony was great too. It was good value for money. I liked the location a lot since it was not so far away from the city centre, but was still much calmer. The hospitality showed by Harry was great, and they even left some local Greek toast and marmalades for us to snack. If I HAD to complain about something, the only thing that could've been a BIT better was the couch, maybe.
