• Monika (10/5): Want to definetely come back to the beautiful terrace! - We had an excellent stay and didn’t encounter any of the plumbing issues others mentioned. Both bathrooms functioned without problems. Good water pressure, hot water came quickly, and everything drained as it should. Nothing flooded, nothing smelled. The apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The view from the terrace is even better than the photos. We spent mornings there with coffee and evenings watching the sun go down. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook proper meals. Beds were comfy, the host was responsive and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Location is peaceful but close enough to everything. We had no issues with water, heating or noise, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. We’d absolutely come back. Nothing, it was perfect compared to many places in Tenerife
• Marius (3/5): Poor - The apartment has a truly beautiful view of the sea and mountains, the kitchen is comfortably equipped, with all the necessary items for storing, cooking, and serving food. Big problem with plumbing. Not maintained at all by the owners. -The water flow is very weak, the water pressure is maybe 30% of the normal required. It seems that the apartment building lacks or has a broken the second pump that maintains the water pressure. -You have to wait a long time for the hot water to start flowing. In order not to waste time in the shower, we would turn on the hot water tap, make breakfast, and then go to take a shower. The water heating boiler must be either repaired or replaced. -The toilet flush water is constantly flowing, it seems that the insides of the tank are old and broken, they require replacement. -The sewage system in one bathroom is completely broken. While my wife was taking a shower, water started flowing from under the toilet bowl with a strong smell. It flooded not only the bathroom but also the living room. We cleaned everything, and because of the strong smell from the bathroom, we did not use it at all. Thank God there was a second bathroom. -On the last morning, before leaving for the airport, the water completely disappeared - there was neither hot nor cold water. This is probably the worst thing that could happen when leaving before a long flight. I contacted the apartment management company. They informed me, to my surprise, that the cleaner did not find any running water from under the toilet. So be ready for everything.
• Leonardo (8/5): Very good - The view. Very close of one natural pool. One of two bathrooms didn’t have an bathroom curtain and it was quite wet after showering.
• Gunilla (8/5): We are very pleased with the apartment and the host and hope to come again soon. - Very nice apartment with a large terrasse and a beautiful view over the mountains and the sea. There was no microwave oven, though there should have been according to the description. There was often law waterpressure in the tabs and in the shower.
