• Nicholas (9/5): Kid friendly home, close to incredible playground - Lots of kids friendly things, gate at stairs was awesome, should include that in the notes. Quiet area, play ground nearby was amazing - include a photo of that too! Spacious - and everything worked! One bathroom is a bit rough. It could use an extra toilet. The floor was very loud to walk on and could use a runner carpet in the hallway. Also, It could use a clothes dryer, but those are all nitpicking it was awesome otherwise.

• Matt (10/5): Wonderful home with beautiful views - Brilliant home. More than enough room for us (a family of 4). It was clean and had all the facilities you'd want with spectacular views across the Derwent River towards Hobart. Although it's about 20 minutes from the Hobart CBD by car, we found it a perfect location to relax in while still being remarkably close to the city. I couldn't recommend it enough, we had such a great time. Nothing.

• May (7/5): A warm, welcoming stay! - Definitely the location of the house and the sense of living at your own house. Maybe just the space would have liked another shower room and toliet as I come with 6 other people.

Host Lisa was excellent to communicate with. She addressed our queries quickly. One toilet and one bathroom for the entire property is a down side for a group of people.

• Radhakant (8/5): Overall it was a good stay due to the location, connectivity and views. - Location, views and fully equipped home. Having one toilet was a bit hard for a family of 4, specially in the morning. Also the toilet didn’t had any ventilation fan so after finishing the business, we had to keep the toilet door open and open the laundry door to get fresh air so the next family member can use it.
