• Elin Margrethe (7/5): We had some nice days in London. - The apartment is situated in a nice and calm area of London. We felt safe all the time traveling with children. It was not too far to walk to Victoria and to the city center. The appartment is modern and properly equipped. The host answered quickly when we had some issues to find the lock box for the key. The description video of how to find the lock box for the key was not good enough, it should have been followed by a more descriptive text. We had to contact the host to find it. And there was mold in the large shower head in both bathrooms.

• Mark (8/5): If you enjoy escape rooms…it a lovely place! - Secure building, close to area I needed to visit for work. Comfortable bed and plenty of space Good instructions from hosts re getting the key which involved an unusual method. whilst I was comfortable with this will be slightly off putting for some people.

• Cardinale (9/5): Nice apartment in Westminster - The apartment was wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos, and in a great location in Westminster (about a 15-minute walk to Victoria). The owner provided photos and videos with instructions on how to access the keys and the apartment, although some of the videos didn’t work. After resending them and finding they still didn’t play, he sent written instructions instead, which were clear enough to find everything without any issues. We requested an early check-in and were kindly accommodated at 10 AM. On the last day, someone tried to enter at 9:45 AM even though check-out was at 10 AM, but this wasn’t really a problem. We also found a bit of garbage left in the bin from the previous guests, but again, it was a minor issue.

The main bathroom tub took a long time to fill up with water. The lock to the front door was a bit sticky when opening it.

• Evi (9/5): It is in a residential neighbourhood, close to tube and bus stops. Very comfy and well equipped. - We received a few photos and videos how to get to the accomodation - kind an escape-room challenge. But it was ok and we found everything on its place. -

Fabulous location. Very safe gated area. Perfect place to spend a week in London. Nothing significant. Mattress could have been slightly more comfortable.

Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was spot on for our needs (nearest tube station was 6 minutes). Security was also good and the building was quiet. Would stay again.
