Antonio (10/5): ACCOGLIENZA TOP - Tutto. Dall'accoglienza e disponibilita dell'host. Appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo. Saponi di tutti i tipi e profumati (ho capito poi che il profumo all'entrata arrivava da li). Appartamento pulito e come nuovo. La posizione, solo il tram vicino, e non c'è la metro. Aggiungerei 2 cuscini in più per stare più comodi
Yevheniia (1/5): I sincerely do not recommend it - The wardrobe is beautiful. You simply won't find a worse place to stay. Everything started with a very unpleasant experience with the host, who was completely unresponsive. It was an absolute nightmare. What really ruined my mood and left me uncomfortable was the excessive amount of personal information required at check-in. You're asked to provide a photo of yourself, a photo of your passport, and a photo of you holding your passport. All of this feels like blackmail - because even after paying for the accommodation, you won't receive any check-in information until you send all of this and pay the tourist tax. If you're tired, if you don't have internet because you're in a different country - no one will make any exceptions. They will demand this information to the very end, no matter what. And you won't be allowed in, even if you've already paid. The Wi-Fi doesn't work - there is no internet at all. As for cleanliness: I was shocked by the level of cleanliness. There were someone else's hairs on the shower wall and on the doors under the sink. The host's attitude was extremely rude. On the last day, you'll receive a message saying that if you're even 30 minutes late checking out after 10 a.m., you'll be charged 30 EUR for every 30 minutes. I've never seen anything like it. To me, that's not hospitality - it's unacceptable. This place is an absolute nightmare. I sincerely do not recommend it. It's dirty, unpleasant, there's no internet, the neighborhood feels unsafe - full of shady-looking people. There is nothing positive to say.
