• Mathias (7/5): Comfortabel driesterrenhotel in hartje Napels - Modern driesterren hotel met heerlijk bed, kamer was comfortabel en ruim met groot dubbelbed en bedbank. De lokatie was prima, centraal in het oude deel van Napels en dicht bij uitvalswegen en openbaar vervoer. Ontbijt was basic met zoete croissants, cake en een selectie van cereals (cornflakes, chocopops etc) koffie in variaties uit automaat, diverse sappen. De kamer heeft tv met onder andere Netflix en Amazon, airconditioning en verwarming, en verder een koelkast met bier en softdrinks Badkamer was ruim en schoon maar de douche was niet op comfortabele temperatuur in te stellen, het water was of ijskoud of zowat kokend heet. Mooie wastafelkraan en wasbak, maar die stonden op een multiplex plank dat door water beschadigd was. Prima handdoeken, met lekkere zeepjes en shampoo.

El espacio de ducha, es extremadamente reducido, dificultando la movilidad para personas de talla media. Ni hablar de personas obesas o con movilidad reducida. Escatiman el jabón y el champú.

• Allan (5/5): Stay here for the location. - This was in a great location with easy access and walkable to most major downtown / old town attractions. The hotel at first seems in a bit sketchy location but that is Naples. its actually not bad. Its very close to a wide selection of cafe's and restaurants which we did not have a bad meal. The hotel room was clean but often had a quite strong sewage smell that came and went. The safe in the room was a joke as it was very small and not attached to anything, so even it is was locked, someone could simply pick it up and walk off with it. The Breakfast was included but was a bit disappointing as it simply was a selection of coffee (which although was from a machine was surprisingly good), a small selection of pastry, and plain yoghurt or cereal.

El colchon se hundía en el medio. Muy incomodo. El segundo día salimos al mediodía y no nos hicieron la habitación. Si hay un horario para la limpieza no nos fue comunicada. Ni siquiera un cambio de toallas.

• Silvia (9/5): Hotel renovado con encanto, en el casco histórico de Nápoles. - La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, a metros de una importante avenida y dentro del centro histórico. La habitación muy confortable, todo muy limpio, la ducha y la cama, excelentes. El personal nos recibió muy bien y nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes del horario del check in. El tema de la insonorización. Se escuchaba el ruido de la habitación de al lado. Llegó gente durante la madrugada y nos despertaron.

• martin (4/5): Friendly and good service but very loud and noisy - Billig og godt tilgjengelig rom. Vennlig personale. Men rommene er utrolig lytte. Ikke godt isolert ut heller så du hører alt som skjer ute og hotellet er lokalisert nærme en veldig trafikkert vei hvor det fløytes mye.

• Tricia (2/5): - This hotel is nothing like the photos. Our door wouldn’t lock, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, it was so dirty and the safe was not even attached to the wall. The staff would do nothing to help us. The surrounding area of the hotel had dog poop everywhere and huge garbage bins outside the doors which smelled awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We complained through Expedia and they also did nothing for us. I will not be booking with them again.

Wat een verschrikkelijk en brutaal personeel. In de omschrijving van het hotel staat aangegeven dat er connecties zijn met parkeergelegenheden en dat dit geregeld kan worden. Nou niet dus. In het hotel bij de check in 2x gevraagd naar advies voor parkeermogelijkheden. Slecht Engels en ik kon niet geholpen worden. Een uur rondgereden om een parkeerplek te vinden. Alleen parkeergarages met sleutelafgifte en duister personeel. Opnieuw telefonisch contact, weer 3x gevraagd om ons a.u.b. te helpen een veilige parkeerplaats te noemen. Ik werd niet geholpen. Omdat wij dus geen parkeerplek konden vinden en wij niet geholpen werden door het hotel zijn we weg gegaan. Je raad het al. De volgende dag contact via de Messenger van booking.com. Alleen verwijten dat het onze eigen schuld is etc etc. Gewoon onbeschoft. Ik heb verder mijn verhaal proberen uit te leggen maar er werd niet gereageerd. We zijn ons geld natuurlijk kwijt, niks tegemoet gekomen maar vooral het onbeschofte gedrag van de helpdesk was vreselijk.

• Maria Fernanda (7/5): Overall it was a good experience - I really liked the location and the convenience of being able to walk to the metro station and explore Naples on foot. As for the physical facilities, I think the structure could be improved considering the price. I found the mattresses to be uncomfortable, the bathroom and shower doors didn’t close properly, the door frame was about to fall off, and the sink cabinet was old and worn out.

• Joia (1/5): Abandono total del cliente: Me cobraron por una habitación que nunca pude usar - Elegí este alojamiento porque ofrecía check-in online y conserje digital 24h, lo que me daba tranquilidad al llegar de noche. Sin embargo, llegué a las 21:00 (horario límite del hotel) y me encontré con un alojamiento cerrado, sin personal y sin ninguna forma de acceder. Intenté comunicarme por todos los canales posibles: teléfono, correo, chatbot (que no respondía), y el conserje digital figuraba “de vacaciones” (adjunto captura). Nadie contestó. No se me dio ninguna alternativa ni instrucción para entrar. Simplemente me dejaron afuera. Hice la reclamación tanto al alojamiento como a través de Booking, y fue rechazada. Me cobraron una noche que no pude usar, lo que considero totalmente injusto. Me sentí desamparada, frustrada y muy decepcionada. Es muy preocupante que se publicite un servicio 24h que no existe en la práctica. Espero que Booking tome nota y revise la fiabilidad de este establecimiento. Yo, desde luego, no volvería a reservar aquí.

O pequeno almoço era bastante básico, por exemplo, não tinha fruta nem pão fresco. O quarto tinha uma porta trancada que ligava a outro quarto, ouvia-se tudo. Não tinha água quente.

Additionally, the scent of perfume in the room was so strong that I had to open the windows, which unfortunately let in mosquitoes and made the room very hot. An extra negative point goes to the customer service. There were no instructions provided on how to enter the building. I had to call three times. Initially, an automated bot answered and said I would receive a message via WhatsApp, which I never received. I had to call again and again and select the emergency option to finally speak with a real person. The assistant who answered was quite rude and simply told me to "go there and ring the bell marked Palazzo Arcangelo"—as if that was obvious. There was no indication anywhere that Palazzo Arcangelo is indeed the Hotiday B&B.

Il est coûteux pour ce qui n'est qu'un bed and breakfast, rien à voir avec le mot 'palazzo'. L'odeur d'égout était horrible dans la salle de bain . Des fuites d'eau au niveau du lavabo et de la douche. Tablette sous la vasque trop petite, on éclaboussait tout autour. Trop peu de luminosité dans la chambre Petit déjeuner très succinct.

Não sei se recomendaria para uma estadia maior, mas para a nossa finalidade, atendeu super bem.

• Genessis (8/5): Ottima prima esperienza a Napoli - Staff attento e molto cortese, effettuato check in prima dell’orario concordato e al check out hanno dato la loro disponibilità a tenerci i bagagli. Unica pecca, le stanze non sono insonorizzate, ed essendo l’una attaccata all’altra, si riusciva a ascoltare le conversazioni dei vicini e viceversa.

• Patrícia (6/5): - Ubytovanie pôsobilo čisto, vybavenie by však potrebovalo zrekonštruovať. Personál bol veľmi milý, avšak boli sme ubytovaní na izbe, z ktorej viedli zamknuté dvere. Na otázku, čo je za tými dvermi, nám bolo povedané, že sú to slepé dvere a že nikam nevedú. Potom, čo prišli “susedia” do vedľajšej izby sme zistili, že nás tieto dvere spájajú. Problém by to inak nebol, keby dvere nemali kľúčovú dierku, cez ktorú boli vidieť do susednej izby. Museli sme ju zaslepiť. Zároveň cez tie dvere bolo všetko počuť. Celú prvú noc nám skrinka na poistky hučala. Nedalo sa zavolať na recepciu, kedže tá nefunguje 24/7. Druhý deň však problém bol odstránený. Nedoporučujem si objednávať raňajky, kedže sa jednalo len o sladké pečivo a za tú cenu by človek očakavál omnoho viac (žiadne slané raňajky, ovocie, zelenina, syry či šunka).

• Paulina (10/5): Una noche en Nápoles - Muy buena experiencia, estuvimos solo una noche y el personal fue muy amable y servicial, la pieza limpia y perfectamente cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta porque sin necesidad de tomar transporte puedes caminar hacia la zona turística central, las calles interesantes y el terminal de trenes. Súper recomendado!
