• Michał (7/5): Nice place, but completely no contact with the host - Nice and clean apartment. Okay location between Wynwood and Downtown. I had a few questions for the host, but he completely ignored me for the entired duration of the stay. The apartment was self-check in so I managed, but then that was it. It was stressful. If I locked myself out or experienced a different problem, I'd have been in serious trouble.

Les infos auraient dû être envoyées auparavant par mail, mais seulement si j'avais pu envoyer les données de la voiture. Celle-ci étant une voiture de location, je n'ai obtenu les renseignements sur celle-ci qu'une heure avant d'atteindre l'appartement, et n'ai donc pas pu obtenir les détails. Après plusieurs tours du bloc nous avons finalement trouvé et le réceptionniste nous a bien aidés pour le reste!

Pool amazing and my husband used the gym and thought it was good. My daughter also used the spa which was amazing. Nothing not to like about the accommodation.

• Anna-karin (8/5): Fantastic building with nice flat. - The building, pool, gym and common area are fantastic. Flat is nicely split and an ok size for a family of four. Four adults would struggle though. Location is also very good for visiting various sights. The furniture in the flat is a bit worn and there is not enough cutlery and plates to cook and eat for four people without running the dishwasher very often. Also kitchen lacks a few basics like chopping board and coffee machine. Easily fixed though. Request for photos of ID/Passport before check in via what’s app not great WoW these days and made us uncomfortable. Also questions about whether we were „at home“ during our stay were not professional.
• Jean (2/5): Very poor - The apartment is in a great location, close to everything and easy to access. However, I had several issues during my stay. The bed was broken and quite uncomfortable. I also found cockroaches in the apartment, which was unpleasant. The biggest issue was with the smoke alarm, which was malfunctioning and went off at night, making it impossible to sleep. Because of this, I had to leave on the second night. With some maintenance improvements, this place could offer a much better experience

• Marc (10/5): Super comfortable and convenient in a clean, well-located flat in DT with great amenities! - We had a great stay at this downtown Miami flat! The place was incredibly clean, with a spotless bathroom and super comfy beds that made it easy to relax after long days out. The flat has a dishwasher, a combo washer dryer and excellent central AC. The location couldn’t be more central, right in the heart of downtown and even next to a Target, which came in super handy. The free parking space was a big plus too. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was really responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and come back again! The parking situation was a bit tricky. The dedicated spot was hard to find at first, the number on the ground wasn’t super clear and a couple of times, other cars were parked in our spot. The fob reader at the entrance also took a bit of trial and error; you have to get really close for it to work. Just a heads-up for checkout: don’t park in visitor spots unless you’ve registered or have a visible permit, we learned the hard way and got a ticket within minutes. That said, having a gated parking space included was still a big bonus! Also, while the flat faces a major highway, the soundproofing was surprisingly good, we barely noticed any noise inside.

• Nikki (10/5): Excellent Experience!! - This was one of my best short-term rental experiences. The host was very helpful, prompt and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and not complicated. The place is so cozy and clean! It's really hard to find a property that looks like the pictures, but I have found one. Literally 5 minute walk to the grocery store and other shops. I will definitely be booking again.

• Natalie (9/5): cute little apartment - very good location with regard to the train station but otherwise there does not appear to be very much to do around the vicinity. The area seems like it is up and coming although there are a few questionable looking parts not too far from the building. the apartment is clean and compact but good enough for 1 to 2 people for a short stay. facilities are good and the interior of the building is very nice and well kept. the fob did not work too well. sometimes the door to the building was locked and our fob would not get us in. At one point the fob to the actual apartment stopped working and you need it to lock the door and so that was annoying.

Grievances: 1) Free Parking In Garage:   Finding the parking spot was absolutely impossible, as the parking number that was painted on the ground was unreadable. 2). Entrance Door Lock: Problems locking and unlocking door with the key fob. 3). Mattress:  There was a strange hump in the middle of the bed  There were urine stains on the mattress There were brown stains on the mattress cover A black mark on the pillow case The sheets did not appear clean, as there was a long hair on the sheets on the bed, and the sheets were wrinkled.   Used/discarded paper towels on the floor behind the headboard Host Communication: Poor

• Michael (9/5): Amazing unit close to major attractions in miami. - The unit was spotless, stylish, had everything you could need and in a superb location just a few minutes walk from the free metro mover. Host provided informative instructions for access and parking (although they could be a teeny bit clearer in some aspects). Would definitely stay again. Couldn't get the garage PASS to unlock the garage door for me. Not a huge issue as I managed to sneak in behind someone else and suspect it was maybe user error. I did try for a good ten minutes though.

The apartment was ok, the second room is very small with a twin bed and a curtain instead of a door. In addition, the mattress of the double bed in the main room was faulty, there were many bumps and it was not very comfortable to sleep on.

• Amir (7/5): Nice apartment if you have a car otherwise, might not be the best choice since pub transport is bad. - Free underground parking, spacious air-conditioned room on the 15th floor. The building has a swimming pool and a gym on the 4th floor ( unfortunately did not have time to check them out ) The apartment smelled so nice however, the floor was dirty as well as the shower and the kitchen amenities (there were cups with lipstick marks on them) The host was extremely inflexible with check in/ check out. Someone was already by the door at 11am when we were checking out and they didn’t respond when we asked about a slightly earlier check in (even though we were texting each other at that exact time). Parking spot might get you lost at first since you have to use a different elevator than the one next to the spot.

• Wiley (9/5): Wonderful place to stay just needed a little more attention to detail while cleaning. - Unit was new, nicely decorated and within walking distance to the marina and other tourist attractions. The parking spot was invaluable as parking overnight is expensive in Miami. The bed was a little hard for me. The bathroom had a few long hair follicles in the shower, the floor mat and the floor itself. So a little more attention to detail was needed while cleaning.

• Bénédicte (9/5): Nice stay for a couple to enjoy downtown Miami with modern and nice facilities - Really nice flat. Chill areas, the private pool, the gym room and the free parking are great. The noise from the highway is quite important when you open the balcony and the water heater in the bathroom makes a very loud noise if you activate the hot water from the tub or sink too quickly.

We enjoyed our staying The only problem that we had is that we accidentally left our water bottle in the apartment, (a good and an expensive one that I recently got for myself) and when I asked the guy if he found it and if I could come and pick it up, he told me that the cleaning lady didn’t find anything. I assume that either him or the cleaning lady stole it , so I would recommend to not forget anything because you won’t have it back. At this time it was a water bottle, I can’t imagine if you forget something more valuable…. Also when I texted the owner , he stopped answering me which I find it rude. Overall , the apartment was nice but the people not so much.
