• Sembergman (5/5): Not staying again - Apartment is clean and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. The building is super noisy with neighbors playing loud music until late. Checking-in and visit process are super slow. The description says it has a swimming pool, well be prepared to swim in a pond of water. 1.20 meters height and super small. Description says it has a gym or "fitness center", well it's a total joke. It is a tiny room with 2 machines.
• Maria (6/5): Nice but... - I was looking for an apartment because we wanted to save extra money on food... by cooking... so we got what we wanted. The host waited for us and showed us everything and helped us get in the apartment. There were ants in the kitchen. Like a lot of them. The neighborhood seems dangerous and scary at some point. Its a huge building so there is a lot of people coming and going. The people is noisy outside and u can hear everything inside. Cleanliness was poor. We moved one of the bed and it was dirty under the bed. The towels look dirty as well and in general there was dust everywhere. Also the place is not really close to the center, you still need to take a taxi and its far.
• Al (9/5): Excellent! - The apartment is fully equipped; the apartment has a perfect distribution so that an entire family can stay very comfortable using all the rooms; all the beds are really comfortable; the owner and the person responsible are very kind; the apartment is very clean! Making a balance between the price and the benefits that the apartment offers, this is an excellent option. The location is not the best one; sometimes there are some bad smells close to the building that made us keep the apartment closed all the time (fortunately, the air condinioter work very well); and there was not any parking at the building. But of course, if all these aspects were not present, the price would be higher.
