• Andrii (5/5): - Место, прям в центре, чисто, тепло, двор чистый, подъезд тоже, чувствовал себя в безопасности Вайфай не работал:/
• Sasha Gno (6/5): Bon emplacement, pas d'internet ni de TV, service client misérable - L'emplacement très central, possibilité de se déplacer à pieds dans le centre ville Pas de WiFi (donc pas de TV) durant tout le séjour. Pas très pratique quand on voyage seule avec un enfant de 5 ans qui se couche à 20h et qu'on n'a rien pour occuper la soirée... Le gérant, contrairement au message envoyé la veille du séjour, n'est pas joignable par téléphone, uniquement par Booking. Si au début il a répondu à mes messages, ça n'a vite plus été le cas. Aucune nouvelle de l'avancée de ses recherches, aucune solution proposée à part utiliser ma 5G (qui ne fonctionne pas bien dans l'appartement), et quand j'ai demandé un geste commercial suite à ça, plus aucune réponse si ce n'est le message automatique de fin de séjour. C'est du foutage de gueule ! A ce prix-là, le service client devrait être à la hauteur.

• Gudrun (1/5): We zijn terug vertrokken en hebben last minute ander hotel gezocht - Niets De complete self service, oud bollig, bankje dat je zelf moest uittrekken voor de tweede persoon en matras verplaatsen en bed opmaken , te weinig hoofdkussens, in de buurt met veel daklozen, zelfs voor de ingang, en het was een privé accommodatie, geen personeel niets, je moest op zoek gaan naar de sleutel om binnen te geraken, ene marginale na andere liepen binnen en buiten in het complex. Wij hebben een ander hotel last minute geboekt (NH hotel omdat wij vroeg moesten opstaan en niet durfden om daar om zes uur naar buiten te komen

• A. Lowie (7/5): OK voor één nacht - ZONDER KABAAL tenminste. - Goede locatie; dicht bij Centraal Station en centrum. Hoewel de kamer heel rustig gelegen langs een binnenkoer, was er in de late avond (tussen 22u-01u00) enorm veel kabaal van aangrenzende kamer(s). Geboenk, geklop en gestamp.....!! was er een avond/nacht-kuisploeg aan de gang??! of luidruchtige bewoner/toeristen??? Heel onaangenaam!

No tuvimos agua en el inodoro, la persona encargada no nos ayudó a solucionar el problema en cuanto llegamos, la limpieza era pésima, la ducha estaba de moho y la tapa de la ducha con cabellos pegados que impedían que pasara el agua al usar la ducha.

Self check-in went smoothly - the instructions worked and we found the keys easily. The apartment was generally clean, but there were a few things that affected our experience: The flat was clean overall, but there were several things that affected our experience: There were visible stains on the walls, likely not cleaned after previous guests. The bed linen was not white but coloured (light blue with white). Towels were grey (factory colour), and there were only two — no small or kitchen towels provided. The shower had a glass partition with visible mould. Shower gel and shampoo were in large shared bottles, not individual portions. There was only a small amount of paper kitchen towel left — no cloth towel for hands. We only used the kettle to boil water for tea we brought with us. The kettle had noticeable limescale. There was some sugar left in the kitchen, but it had become damp and clumpy.

• Benonie (9/5): Uitstekend verblijf voor enkele dagen in Brussel. - Perfect gelegen nabij het Centraal Station, het stadscentrum, musea, concertzalen. Heel centraal dus, maar ook heel rustig. Makkelijk om binnen te komen. Voldoende ruimte om spullen weg te bergen. Sobere maar voldoende uitgeruste keuken. Heel goede matras. Uitstekende wifi. Hoofdkussens waren iets te zacht voor ons. Douchecabine heeft haar beste tijd gehad. Mengkraan is goed, maar cabine licht en met schimmel.

• olivier (8/5): - Très bon rapport qualité prix. Appartement au 2ème étage au calme avec vue sur une cour intérieure et un voisinage tranquille. Coin cuisine sympa, même si j'ai mangé à l'extérieur avec un petit lave-vaisselle. Appartement propre et bien chauffé. Il manquait un peu de lumière dans le salon mais le propriétaire m'a assuré qu'il allait ajouter un éclairage.

Tenía moho en el baño, las toallas y sábanas no son blancas ni claras, y no tenían olor a limpio. Lo siento. El host fue muy amable pero, no nos gustó el hospedaje.

• simatovic (6/5): - The position is great, right in the centre. The sheets were dirty, I texted the pictures to the owner he said that they will change it tomorrow morning, nobody ever came. The shower is also not clean enough.
• HELOISE (7/5): Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait - Très propre, bien situé, assez calme, spacieux. La kitchenette permet de cuisiner, le frigo fonctionne très bien. Procédure d'arrivée claire (hélas en anglais seulement). Télé connectée. Literie et oreillers en fin de vie, pas de nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle. Il y a une cafetière senseo et une bouilloire, mais pas de pads de café (du café soluble seulement) ni de sachets de thé... pas de table de chevet, ni de lampe de chevet. Pas d'abonnement à la télédistribution, donc pas possible de regarder les infos, etc.

• Aparici Micó (3/5): No merece la pena - Estaba cerca de todo -El check-in era una gincana en la cual no había nadie y teníamos que recoger las llaves de una caja enganchada a un árbol en la calle -Encontramos sábanas sucias (de los anteriores huéspedes imagino) malolientes en un armario del baño -El colchón era de 4 dedos de grosor (muy incómodo) y las almohadas tenían un relleno casi inexistente -Había una nota en el pasillo en la que informaban de problemas con camellos y drogadictos en la puerta del edificio lo que no daba mucha seguridad.

Il proprietario molto gentilmente ci ha spiegato in dettaglio come ritirare le chiavi e come entrare. Potrebbero essere utili degli asciugamani piccoli e delle zanzariere per le finestre!! ma per il resto no problems!

Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité avec les restaurants de street food Wolf. Très pratique quand on a pas envie de faire à manger! Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est attentionné au bon déroulement de notre séjour.

• Alison (5/5): Basic but convenient. - Good location, quiet yet near the main sights. There could have been clearer instructions and information in the apartment about the bed. It took a while to work out that the single bed was actually a double, which is what we had booked. Also we had to enquire about the hot water not working, which could have been proactively dealt with.

• Līva (7/5): Good - Very close to city center and central station, good location was the main benefit from staying here. Overall very good experience and price performance. Can hear what neighbours are doing, sometimes too loud but not a big problem because it wasn't like all the time. For two people enough space, in case someone wants to travel with kids apartment will be too small, but for two people it was comfortable.

• Onur (9/5): Comfortable and calm stay at the centre of bxl - Very responsive and helpful owner, clean apartment with amenities (towels, shampoo, soaps, hair dryer, Tv) and all kitchen utensils and tools, calm disctrict although it is 10-15 min by walk to the central station or to the Grand Palace. The heating is also very strong (it is adjustable), so u will never get cold in winter. Nothing much to say about downsides. I would maybe just say: the bed is not incredibly comfortable (it is a sofa bed but not a bad one) and the pillows are too soft for me, but really not a big issue.

• Neize (10/5): I liked where I booked. - The apartment is about 15 minutes from the Central Station .The kitchen has everything you need to cook or to warm the food.It is a quiet area and you can also visit may tourists places walking and enjoying. If you have any doubt just ask the owner .He will answer quickly. Nothing.
• Ana (8/5): Very good - The contact person was very helpful when we asked if there was a chance to get into the apartment a little earlier. The directions to get into the house were very clear. The apartment was clean and comfy, within the space, with the added advantage of having a small kitchen. It is spacious enough for 2 people but no more. Is close enough to the centre, so you can easily walk.
