• Muller (7/5): Exceptionnel !! - Son emplacement exceptionnel, le nombre de chambres et de salles de bain avec leur toilettes et La grande pièce à vivre. L’appartement ne dispose pas de fenêtre, on ne peut pas réguler le chauffage, même s’il y a la climatisation ce n’est pas forcément agréable.
• Ralf (10/5): Sehr geräumige, moderne und voll ausgestattete Ersatzwohnnung. - Die gebuchte Unterkunft konnte nicht bezogen werden wegen eines Schadens. Die Ersatzwohnung war super. Die Art der Schlüsselübergabe war mir neu. Erst nach diversen Versuchen möglich. Erster Eindruck vor dem Haus stehend eher heruntergekommen.

• Ben (6/5): This is a great unit, but we were very disappointed that the listing location was untrue. - The unit itself was excellent! The communication with the host during our stay was great! The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for our family of five to spread out and relax. The unit is not located at the address listed on the description (157 W 54th St). It is actually in Hell's Kitchen on 9th Ave between 39th St and 40th St, which is a 30 minute walk from where we expected to be. We were not made aware of this until the day prior to our stay, and it was too late to cancel our parking garage reservation on 54th St. There were unsavory characters constantly loitering around outside or even blocking the entrance. There were no identifying markings on the interior door to our unit causing unnecessary confusion when checking in. The power plugs to the wireless router bump into the couch cushions and were easily dislodged, causing the internet to go out and some detective work to remedy the problem. This could be easily solved with a flat plug multi-outlet strip to relocate the router plugs.
