I gurantee, if you book this apartment, you will have the horrible stay ever of yours.

• Tamina (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gute Ausstattung, wobei es toll gewesen wäre wenn wir mehr Handtücher und Besteck gehabt hätten. Ein paar mehr Handtücher und Besteck wäre toll gewesen! Außerdem wäre ein weiterer Spiegel in der Unterkunft echt super gewesen. Bei sechs Mädels in einer Wohnung ist ein Spiegel im Bad echt wenig.

It is a new building with all the modern facilities (lift, smart lights, code doors, electric roller shutters on all windows). The aoartment was super clean and had all the appliances and products needed for a 5-day stay with my kids. What impressed me the most was the space. It had the biggest bathroom and balcony I have ever seen in rental houses. The host is friendly and quick to answer. I was fully satisfied. Thank you, Leon, for being our host! Nothing

• meletis (10/5): Lovely modern apartments with all the amenities we needed. - We had a lovely time in Mannheim and having our base in ELA apartments was ideal as our big group had their own spaces, toilets and could easily meetup to plan our next steps. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. Leon was very responsive and accommodating to our needs which we really appreciated. If you have a car or don't mind the 25 min tram ride to the center, this accommodation is ideal for you. The only negative I can think of is the location but there is ample parking space in the back and local transport to negate that. The beds were a bit soft for my liking too but that's just a personal preference.

• Gizem (10/5): Super abgelegener entspannter Aufenthalt. - An der Unterkunft hat uns wirklich alles gefallen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geräumig. Man sitzt mit 3 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind nicht aufeinander. Das Badezimmer war riesig. Es war super sauber, was ich wirklich nach vielen anderen Apartments nicht behaupten kann. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. In nächster Zeit werde ich öfters in Mannheim sein und sicherlich ELA Apartments bevorzugen. Das einzige was ich leicht bemängeln kann sind die Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir hätten uns eine kleine Couch noch gewünscht. Aber wirklich nicht überlebenswichtig.

• Dennis (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage aber trotzdem größerer Verbesserungsbedarf da! - Also was gut ist: Die Wohnung ist neu. Der Zutritt ist mit Türcode was super ist. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Viele Parkplätze, aber leider nicht ausreichend - verstehe nicht, warum man nicht noch 15m mehr gepflastert hat, dann hätten noch 4 Autos mehr Platz gehabt. Kommunikation super. Auch sehr sehr nett. Auf Nachfrage haben wir auch einen Staubsauger bekommen :). Die Fußbodenheizung war der Hammer, es war immer sehr sehr warm! Nun was nicht so gut bzw. verbesserungswürdig ist: 1. Mikrowelle fehlt (das muss doch mittlerweile Standard sein???), 2. Toaster fehlt (auch das gehört doch zum Standard???), 3. LAN ist nirgends gepatched (hatte zum Glück 2 LAN-Kabel dabei und habe das dann temporär selbst gemacht), 4. TV viel zu klein - die Wohnung ist 5 Jahre alt, verstehe nicht, warum man da einen kleinen 40Zoll-TV aufstellt. 55 Zoll kostet doch kein Geld mehr?, 5. Warum 3 Waschmaschinen aber nur 2 Trockner und warum alles in einer Höhe, die für meine Frau zum einfüllen schon viel viel zu hoch war und bei der sie immer schätzen musste, ob das jetzt mit dem Waschpulver passt. Dann waren diese ständig befüllt und wurden auch abends leider nicht ausgeleert, mussten hier teilweise bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Genauso gibt es ein riesen Problem mit dem Ausleeren der Trockner - Waschbecken wäre dafür super?? 6. Betten leider viel viel zu weich.

Schlafzimmerlampe viel zu wuchtig; Küchenlampe falsch platziert, da sie zu nahe an der Schranktür hängt. Geschirrspüler, aber keine Tabs. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die behoben werden können.

Но чтобы оценивать себя на пять звёзд,надо этому соответствовать. Нас было две семьи. Кровать одна маленькая была,другая вроде нормально,но матрасы очень тонкие. Можно сказать почти на ростах спишь. Росты поломаны. Хотя я при заказе читала,что две двуспальные кровати. Две разные семьи -полотенце по одному банному и для лица. Для душа под ноги коврика нет. Посуда грязная,для посудомоечной машины всего выдано две таблетки. Мебель в зале,диван,поломан. Утюга нет. Вообщем,мы отдохнули всё равно хорошо. Но хозяину нужно очень обратить внимание на эти недостатки.

• Mateusz (8/5): - The apartment was good with a basic facilities in it. It allowed me to prepare a simple breakfast. Located in rather quite surroundings. Well, it occurred that I got the other apartment when compared to the one I booked, which was a bit disappointing in the beginning, however we sorted it out with the host, which I count as a positive outcome, however it required from me to be proactive.

• Volker (2/5): - Eigentlich nur die rasche Rückabwicklung der Buchung und die Erstattung der angefallenen Appartementkosten. Ursprünglich gebuchtes Appartement nicht beziehbar (Schaden im Zimmer). Wurde deutlich zu spät (nach mehrmaliger Anfrage - Zugangscode...) erst mitgeteilt. Ersatzappartment bei Anreise leider total verschmutzt bzw. nicht gereinigt. Wir haben dann in Mannheim selbst ein Hotel gebucht Wir wohnen seit 41 Jahren in Mannheim und haben zu diesen Zeitpunkt eine komplette Schlafzimmer-Renovierung durchführen lassen und wollten nicht in der "Baustelle" übernachten. Das ist dann im Mercure Hotel gelungen. Das mit den Appartements ist halt "sprichwörtlich" dumm gelaufen.

• Aneta (5/5): Šlo to, ale… - Bylo to jako si pronajmout byt, bylo tam všechno vybavení co jsme potřebovali. Skvělé byli zatemňovací žaluzie. Možnost parkování na dvorku. Byt nebyl úplně dobře uklizený, na podlaze bylo všude po bytě několik vlasů. Druhá peřina, která byla ve skříni byla špinavá a chlupatá, když sem psala na ubytování, zda nemají jiné povlečení, tak bez odpovědi. Komunikace ze strany ubytovatele nulová i když jsem mu psala i na Whatsapp. Vstupní dveře byli zničené a prosvítalo světlo z chodby. Pokud někdo zamkne hlavní dveře nemáte se jak dostat ven, protože žádné klíče nemáte, kdyby nám neotevřel pán, jsem zvědavá, jestli by někdo přijel. Sousedi velmi hluční (hlavně rodiny s dětmi), venku je fotbalové hřiště a oba dva dny co jsme tam byli se tam hrál zápas a tak hluk zvenku byl nesnesitelný i přes zavřené okna. Byt byl v posledním patře bez výtahu.

Very comfortable beds, decent sized balcony and a good sized living room Most things were pretty good, other than the location being a little far outside of the main town, and also make sure you are given check-in instructions before you arrive as they didn’t do that for us

• Bruno (9/5): - Propreté, lit confortable, facilité pour garer la voiture. Le balcon n’avait pas été nettoyé : carrelage sale et un mégot par terre. L’interieur du lave-vaisselle était couvert de traces de produit de nettoyage, donc nous avons préféré ne pas l'utiliser. Il n’y'a pas de balai ou aspirateur.

• Vural (4/5): Das Apartment ist schön allerdings ist der Service nicht so super. Bzw definitiv verbesserungsfähig. - Es war leider überall dreckig , Bettlaken hatten Löcher, Handtücher waren zu wenig und die Gläser komplett waren verschmutzt.

• Stevic (10/5): Mirno, prijatno, udobno i toplo. - Lijepa i mirna lokacija. Blizu su marketi i restorani. Parking je odmah iza zgrade i uvjek dostupan. Apartman je prostran, uredan i cist sa dovoljno uredjaja i posudja. U trpezariji su samo dvije stolice ali je to bilo lako rijeseno.
