We stayed on the 6th floor with a very modern and beautiful sea-view room overlooking both the gardens and the sea. The sunset view from the afternoon until evening was absolutely amazing and made the whole stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The restaurant and food quality were excellent and catered to all tastes. The staff were professional, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. The cleanliness level was very high, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall service was elegant and comfortable throughout the stay. Honestly, nothing major. The stay was very enjoyable overall.

- Nagham Kandil (9/5): - We had a great Eid stay, enjoyed the heated swimming pool, and the food was delicious. All the served food was great not a single thing was disappointing. The Eid party was a nice addition. The Eid cookies were great. View was absolutely amazing. Staff kept asking if we needed anything or if there is something to improve. There there was almost no activity for Eid inside of the hotel. Some music would've been great and maybe something festive for any guests staying over Eid. A menu for the Resturants available in rooms either paper or per QR code would've been very helpful instead of having to call every time.

I had a problem in the bathroom plumbing so she upgraded the room into an amazing suite (218 a real experience in itself in.m regards to the view; it is as if we were in the middle if the sea), free complimentary lunch and a late checkout. - David (9/5): Fabulous luxury hideaway overlooking the sea and palace, away from the noise of downtown Alexandria - Our view was of the Montaza Palace and the sea. Just beautiful. Well, by the end of our stay there was just us, the place was empty. I feel this is due to the ongoing war in Iran. It is remote - it was 20 - 25 minutes by taxi to get to things like the Biblioteka Alexandrina. Small price to pay for our tranquil place! The restaurant food was good, without being outstanding, but I attributed that to the fact that bookings were way down due to the conflict, and its being Ramadan as well.
