• Carmen (5/5): - La ubicación Apartamento muy dejado y antiguo.
• Karolina (4/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja Niestety standard bardzo słaby. Brakowało tostera, mało łyżeczek. Suszarka do włosów popsuta. Widać, że nie był remontowany już sporo czasu. Rzeczywiście dwa pokoje bez okien. Dochodziły hałasy z zewnątrz przy otwartym okniu. Pani przy rejestracji bardzo miła. Tylko do przenocowania

• Vesela (1/5): - Апартаментът беше изключително мръсен, чаршафите скъсани. Две от спалните са по-скоро гардероби а не стаи. Нямат прозорзи и никъкъв достъп до свеж въздух. Няма маса, ключът за входната врата отваря много трудно. Последните два дни нямаше топла вода. Говорихме с домакина, изпращахме съобщения, никакъв ефект. Подведохме се по доброто местоположение. Не очаквахме , че някой може да си позволи да посреща гости в такова място. Не го препоръчвам на никого.
• Armando (6/5): Preço/qualidade ficou aquém das espectativas! - A localização do mesmo. O ar condicionado nunca funcionou, chamei para irem verificar, ninguém foi. O autoclismo deixou também de funcionar, andámos três dias a despejar baldes de água que enchíamos no chuveiro. No último dia, do nada, começou a funcionar novamente. Pelo preço, deveriam ter um kit de shampoo/gel de banho e mais que dois rolos de papel higiénico para 4 pessoas…
• Edervania (7/5): Apartamento amplo, mas faltou aquecimento. - Apartamento amplo e limpo. Água quente funcionando para o banho e todas as comodidades da cozinha funcionantes. O aquecedor do apartamento não funcionava e como fomos no inverno fez falta. Enviamos um vídeo para ao anfitrião e a resposta que tivemos é que deveríamos entrar em contato com a empresa. Achamos muita burocracia para quem tem poucos dias de férias para conhecer a cidade.

• Cesarina (1/5): Pessimo - Solo la posizione era ottima , non c’era la colazione Il servizio pessimo , appartamento sporco mal curato , pieno di muffa , abbandonato ! Lenzuola che puzzavano di sporco , letti scomodi , bagno sporco piccolo , con una finestrella che non riusciva ad aprirsi , una sola cara igienica ed eravamo in 5, non c’era biancheria di riserva , gestione mal educata e poco cordiale non erano disponibili, le prese della corrente non funzionavano per un giorno nessuno e andò a vedere , senza Wi-Fi e aria condizionata fino alla partenza ; pessimo davvero d’altronde non è quello che ho scelto su Booking altroché truffa le ft messe non sono le vere .

• Patricie (8/5): - Super lokalita, byt dostatečně velký. Na začátku pobytu jsme našli nedostatky (negungující sprcha a rozbité dveře sprchového koutu), které během pár hodin byly vyřešeny. Ocenili bychom vybavenější kuchyň - chybělo prkénko a utěrka, nože byly tupé. Také otvírák na víno byl rozbitý. Gauč by mohl být čistější, na ty fleky se nedalo koukat.

• Antonio (5/5): - Check in was supposed to be at 15:00 but the apartment wasn’t ready until 17:00. The shower wasn’t working properly and the toilet lock was broken. The apartment keys weren’t easily opening the door.

You are not given what is promised - The location It the places was not as per the photos The one air conditioner was not working The other air conditioner could not cope Both coffee machines did not work The bathroom as not the bathroom on the website The main bedroom was not the bedroom on the website A new coffee machine and other small items were promised to be delivered but never arrived The broken air conditioner issue as not even addressed in communication. On the last night at 1.30 am new guest arrived with an agent from the agency. The place was double booked The correspondence from the agency is not friendly The actual bathroom is included in this review

• Tomáš (9/5): Nice, pleasant apartment near the city center - The person in charge contacted us a few days in advance and we were in contact, we were just adjusting the handover time. Operative good communication. The apartment was ready, clean, with the necessary basic equipment (fridge, kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.). I appreciate the issuance of the document for payment of accommodation, which we requested for the needs of the employer. There was no mention of a special fee when ordering accommodation. After the reservation, a message came informing about an extra 30 euro for accommodation on Sunday ("Sunday fee"), which unexpectedly increased the advertised price on the basis of which we ordered the apartment.
• Jamie (7/5): Great location! Flat perfectly fine but a bit tired - Flat is in an amazing location! Really central and you can walk around the Eixample area and also really easily into the old town. Nearby are metro stops. Aldi and lidl supermarkets around the corner, and loads of places nearby to eat and drink. Lots of LGBT friendly bars nearby too Flat would benefit from some shower gel in the bathroom. Overall flat was fine, but furnishing were a bit last their best.

• Ursula (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good and safe. We could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Photos are old and do not reflect the current conditions. Paint peeling doors coming apart, stained couch. When the first of our group arrived the air conditioning was not working. We had to wait for the technical person to come fix it and missed our time at an excursion we paid for.
• Frederick (3/5): Disappointing - The location was good. The beds were very uncomfortable and several missing slats. The apartment was very run down, with lots of random items such as ladders around the appartment. Very tired apartment and the air conditioning unit makes lots of noise

• Samuel (8/5): Overall lovely place and great location. Host provided us recommendations for where to go to eat which was greatly appre - Great location and easy to enter / check in. Air conditioner was very loud. Only one roll of toilet paper provided for 5 people for a week, so we had to buy some more. No hand soap was provided.
• Jonathan (2/5): Absolutely awful. Stay literally anywhere else. - Nothing. It was quite awful. The air conditioner makes a really loud noise every 3 - 5 minutes making it unusable during the night. The apartment is super loud and the location is horrible, especially if you have to leave the windows open. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. It was really horrible.
• Christine (9/5): Besides the shower issue , we loved our stay . - Loved the location ! Was located on a walking street. We were able to walk everywhere with many restaurants near by. Loved the layout of the apartment with 3 bedrooms . Family was able to spread out .Beds were comfortable and kitchen offered everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Shower drain was very slow . You had to shower and cut off water quickly or lower part of shower would fill up with water. Little to no drainage.
