• Peter (6/5): Dobrý pomer cena, lokalita a vybavenie. - Lokalita je v poriadku. Byt je na 3. poschodí, vybavenie bytu je staršie. Očakávali sme, že je to priemerne vybavenie. Takze nemám veľké výhrady.
• Martnz (4/5): A la estancia le faltan destalles para ser habitada y que sea agradable la estancia - La ubicación es ideal, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y había una toalla por persona. Debajo hay un restaurante Griego muy bueno. La calidad de los detalles deja mucho que desear y eso hace que la estancia se haga desagradable. Los edredones de las camas son demasiado cortos para las camas y quedas destapado por la noche. Hay que dormir un poco encogido. Falta menaje de cocina, sólo había 1 cucharilla de postre para cuatro, ningún cuchillo que cortase bien, y bajo el fregadero, sobre un bote de pintura con mohoo habían dejado el estropajo que se suponía teníamos que usar para lavar la vajilla (muy justa para 4 personas) y ponerla en un escurreplatos lleno de cal y estropeado por la misma cal (daba un poco de grima dejar ahí las tazas), Las cuales estaban bastante desgastadas y descoloridas y tuvimos que lavar previamente antes de usar. En el baño nos dejaron para 3 días y 4 personas rollo y medio de papel higiénico. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Aunque en booking ponía que disponía de gel de baño, no había. De hecho no había ni gel, ni champú ni toca para la cocina.

• Riccardo (5/5): Da migliorare! - La posizione era molto buona L’appartamento non disponeva del riscaldamento, le coperte non ne hanno il massimo della pulizia e faceva molto freddo durante la notte

• Antigoni (1/5): Probably one of the dirtiest places I have been - The apartment is very well located in the center of the city. The communication for the check in was immediate and the girl who brought the keys was kind. The apartment needs a deep cleaning asap, it was very dirty. Maybe painting also could be useful. I have some pictures of the pillows that were “yellow” inside and smelling as well as the towels had makeup and mascara. It’s located on the 3rd floor and this should be changed since it’s misleading that “primera” is the 1st. We had only one key for 4 people because the previous guests lost it and they were not prepared to have a spare one. And as someone else mentioned, the couch needs replacing. They gave us a half shampoo bottle when we asked.

• Lara (4/5): L’aspetto più grave riguarda la pulizia e l’igiene! - Molto spazioso Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nel quartiere Eixample e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. Le immagini pubblicate su Booking non corrispondono alla realtà: l’appartamento si è rivelato decadente, con muri ingialliti, porte scrostate e arredi vecchi e malconci. L’aspetto più grave riguarda la pulizia e l’igiene. I divani e i letti presentavano evidenti macchie, tanto da risultare inaccettabili sia alla vista che all’uso. Le lenzuola stesse non apparivano fresche né adeguatamente igienizzate, trasmettendo un diffuso senso di incuria. A ciò si aggiungono ulteriori disagi: una finestra in cucina completamente rotta che lasciava filtrare un odore sgradevole di urina, un bagno con lavandino difettoso che perdeva acqua allagando il pavimento e spazi comuni del condominio in evidente stato di degrado. Uno dei due mazzi di chiavi consegnati, inoltre, era rotto e non permetteva di aprire la porta. Come se non bastasse, i vicini erano estremamente rumorosi anche fino a tarda notte, rendendo impossibile riposare adeguatamente. Abbiamo provato a contattare l’host per segnalare questi problemi, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto alcun riscontro. Una mancanza di comunicazione che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più frustrante. Alla luce di quanto riscontrato, riteniamo che il prezzo pagato non sia assolutamente giustificato. L’appartamento non rispetta gli standard minimi di qualità e igiene, e sconsigliamo vivamente di sceglierlo.
• Natale (2/5): Appartamento scomodo per famiglie - Posizione vicina ai mezzi Appartamento al terzo piano, scale molto strette e ripide senza ascensore… Sophia ci ha pressato tanto per l’arrivo al più presto perché aveva un appuntamento, quando le ho detto che il lavandino perdeva e l’acqua arrivava nel corridoio non si è fatta sentire.
• G (4/5): ondanks de staat van het appartement was het verblijf prima. - De omgeving, de locatie is geweldig. Het appartement is toe aan een opknapbeurt. De airco in de woonkamer deed het niet, dit was door de host als eerste geconstateerd. Hier is een melding van gemaakt maar tot op de laatste dag van verblijf geen reactie mogen ontvangen. Het appartement mag beter schoongemaakt worden en voor aankomst van nieuwe gasten goed laten luchten. Het rook nog naar de vorige gasten, niet fris. graag ook goed controleren als alles goed functioneert. afstand bediening van tv zonder batterijen bv. De bank in de woonkamer is zeer vies, hier kan je niet opzitten. indien u foto's van de staat van het appartement wilt kan ik die doormailen. Het is jammer dat het appartement in een mindere staat verkeerd.

• Greselin (7/5): even though the bad experience with the staff, i would 100% recommend this place as it is a very nice apartment with a g - the apartment was spacious and clean. the location was close to the city centre and just outside there entrance door there was a very good greek restaurant. beds were comfortable and clean. the staff was very disorganised, probably the worst i’ve encountered in my booking.com career. they showed up 45 minutes late when they were supposed to bring us the keys. then we go in and one bed is missing, so they had to come back at night to set it up. overall very bad organisation on their side.
