• Katarzyna (8/5): Great location for a short trip - Nice place for a short stay in a lovely location. Communication with the host was great and very smooth. On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, and it was quite noisy due to the old windows

No hemos podido vaciar nuestras maletas porque los armarios estaban llenos y faltaba algo de espacio para guardar la ropa. Esto hizo que la estancia fuera un poco menos cómoda, especialmente siendo cuatro personas, ya que el apartamento es algo justo para esa capacidad. Aun así, la experiencia fue buena en general.

• Klaartje (7/5): Superplek in een mooie wijk - Goede ligging, 10 minuten lopen naar de metro. Appartement was keurig schoon. Fijn bed. Vriendelijke host, niet gezien wel berichten gestuurd. Supermarkt om de hoek. Gehorig, je hoort het verkeer erg goed. Neem oordoppen mee. Ramen zijn dun en er zit schimmel aan de binnenkant.

• Joan (8/5): Great location and responsive hosts. A good stay! - The location was great, the apartment was comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive and cooperative. A short walk to King's Road supplied good restaurants, bus routes, and a Marks and Spencer. We were there with my 90-year old dad and all appreciated the lift in the (historic) building. We had trouble with the door key app and got locked out a couple of times, which was almost a deal-breaker. We worked with the hosts to solve the problem efficiently, though. The apartment would benefit from some portable luggage racks as the closets are full and there's no place to put a suitcase. The ironing board worked!
• Dong (8/5): Very good - The host was communicative and helpful and the location was superb. Check-in/out was very straightforward and easy. The facilities were sufficient for a short stay. The property could use some maintenance. The towel rack and the shower head were not properly fixed. The sofa was a bit stained. Everything else was fine.
• Hazem (6/5): You get what you pay for - Price Heating system is bad Checking in was an issue and my last night was a mass to open the door as application went down with no good reason
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. Walking distance from many attractions. The hosts were very accommodating. There was sugar, tea and coffee available. If it's one thing I would improve, it's the windows: they are old and noise from the street gets through. There are always some gaps in the windows, so in the winter it could get chilly (though I've seen a few heaters in the apartment).
• Stef (8/5): Cute little gem in the heart of Chelsea! - Convenient location, compact and well equipped for its size, kitchen geared up for heating up simple meals. Clean and had everything for our family of 3. Sofa bed very comfortable. Loved the fluffy towels especially. Host very friendly and communicative. We got worried initially having read some of the reviews on google for the building in general but soon realized that the flats are run/owned by many different groups/owners/companies and therefore they are all different. Although everything was functional, wear and tears could be fixed to make the place back to its original esthetically-pleasing state. We could tell that there was a lot of care and attention to detail when they set the place up. Traffic noise but it’s expected for central London.
