- Martyn (8/5): Good conveient apartment for the KitzSki area - I thought this was a good quality apartment in an ideal location for a ski holiday. It is short 9 min walk from the train station, and 1 min walk from the regular ski buses. There are so many options each morning to do different lifts in the resort, for free, with minimal walking. We were provided a guest card QR in advance, which covers your bus and train travel over a wide region. There are several online elements to complete the booking as the stay approaches. I advise filling this in well in advance, including sending the deposit by bank transfer well ahead of time. By doing this you do not need to visit the office to access the apartment, which is some distance if arriving by train. While attempts were made to send the details for accessing the apartment, they were sent as attachments which Booking.com blocks. So by the time we had arrived for check in, we did not have information about which door led to the apartment, nor the door code. The info was provided by phone call a few minutes later. So if booking via this platform instead of directly, that info should be provided to the customer as text in an official booking.com message so it is all available and traceable.
