• Jorge (10/5): Extravagant and centric. - Everything. Historic, great deco, artwork. The 3 flight of stairs.
• Carol (5/5): Good location but this does not make up for having no shower for a whole week. - nice apartment, central position 2 bathrooms but we were told we could not use the toilet in the main bathroom as it was not working. the second bathroom floor flooded everyday for 3 days. the shower did not work for our entire stay - 1 week we messaged the property but they only managed to fix the flooding in the second bathroom. They did not reply for 3 days to either phone call, text or email.

• JUAN (10/5): Juan Pucela - La ubicación es magnífica. El apartamento estupendo y bien equipado además. Las facilidades y el contacto para la incorporación. La ausencia de ascensor. Convendría mejorar la iluminación de algunas estancias y disponer de microondas.
• Manca (10/5): - La posizione centrale , la grandezza dell'appartamento. Troppi passaggi per poter accedere. Pochi asciugamani, nessun tipo di contatto diretto con l' host . Nessuna accoglienza, il prezzo abbastanza alto.
• Marianna (2/5): Totale mancanza di rispetto e comunicazione - Il personale è INESISTENTE! Impossibilità di parlare con l’host, che scrive solo su booking, raramente, talvolta in inglese. Totale mancanza di comunicazione per fare il check in e per caricare i documenti online (tra l’altro la procedura, che dovrebbe essere “innovativa”, si blocca continuamente) ho dovuto sollecitare infinite volte per portare a termine tutto. Anche l’apertura della porta, solo tramite cellulare, è molto scomoda. Trattengono 300€ di cauzione senza MAI rispondere ai solleciti di quando verrà sbloccata. Una struttura con così poca attenzione al cliente non dovrebbe stare su una piattaforma precisa e di fiducia come booking. La posizione centrare non vale lo stress accumulato a causa dell’host.

• Patricia (5/5): Great location, disappointing apartment - The location of the apartment was excellent. There are a lot of steps up to the apartment which can be challenging for some guests. The apartment would benefit from someone living in it for a week and fixing/improving all the problems in it.

• Shannon (1/5): Due to Booking’s lack of concern for their customers, they were successful in making our stay in Florence less than what - Location It was necessary for us to leave the property after sweating through the night as the AC in the unit did not work. Despite numerous attempts to enlist the help of Booking.com and the property manager, neither party sent anyone to repair the AC. We spent hours the next day trying to find another place to stay, having to forgo a tour in the city. Fortunately, we found other accommodations across town, requiring us to pack up everything and get transportation to the replacement room. We have continued to work to get a refund at least for the nights we did not stay in the unit with no AC; however, Booking.com felt that a wallet credit of 25 EUR was sufficient for our trouble; laughable. Great way to operate a business, taking advantage of tourists from other countries that have no recourse.

• Carmen (2/5): Very disappointing - The location is amazing. We really enjoyed our time in Florence and this area in particular. Unfortunately, the apartment itself had several problems. The air conditioning did not work. They did send someone out to fix it and we were told that it wasn't working because we had left the windows open. We opened the windows because it was so hot without properly functioning air conditioning that it was our only option. It never worked even after we were told it was fixed. The washer ran for over 12 hours and when we were finally able to stop it, it would not open. When we were finally able to open it, we had to resort to dealing with soaked clothes because we could not risk another 12 hour cycle. There was no hot water and again we were told that we were doing something wrong or that it was easily fixable by basic common sense which we had already tried. It turns out that when someone came out, it did need to be fixed. Basically, three major things were wrong and we had to work to get them fixed, were told they were fine when they were not, and it took valuable time during which we would have rather been doing the things we were there to do in Florence. We stayed in 6 apartments during our time in Italy and this is the only one at which we experienced any problems.
• Franco (2/5): Very disappointing, would not recommend staying here. - The only thing good about this property is the location. We had no power for nearly the whole first day we were at the property, it wasn’t until they finally sent the cleaner in the afternoon that we were able to find a way around the issue. After requesting a refund for the day, we have received every excuse possible and got no refund. Further to this, the aircon did not work at all, we only had two small fans, which was insufficient considering it was nearly summer. The toaster and hair dryer didn’t work, and we had to request a new one. The shower head was broken. The property is located on the fourth floor and it has no lift so difficult if you have a suitcase.
• Manuel (7/5): Great unless you are driving - Comfortable flat within walking distance from all main areas There should be 2 warning in the advertising of this place. The first one being, no elevator and very narrow entrance, this is relevant for elderly people. The second should be a warning for people travelling by car, this is a no driving area and if you do drive in, you will pay 40 Euros a night for parking (37 for parking, 3 extra for a fine waiver)
• Vassia (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay here - Unbeatable location, very clean, spacious, great check-in procedure with Niccolo and recommendations for places to go! Great value for money :) Don't miss the Casalinga trattoria, Yellowbar and Verdi trattoria! The apartment was big with very high ceilings so it couldn't get warm enough, AC doesn't work and the radiators never went fully hot, despite us raising the temperature manually and the agency trying to raise the temperature from a distance (?). Maybe it has to do with the radiators maintenance or the apartment's boiler settings, as an Italian friend told me. Radiators never reached full capacity. Thankfully it was not too cold in Florence at this time of year! Another thing, the noise coming from the street might bother light sleepers (this is one of the most central spots in Florence, so at night you can hear people talking, vans cleaning up etc).

• Xinyue (8/5): Very good - Very good location and friendly staffs! Our SIM cards did not work as wanted and we were not joinable by phone at moment of check-in. We were able to explain our issues by messages though app to the host and staff met us on time at the doors!

• Savannah (10/5): The best location. Super open, spacious and the person who handed over the keys was very friendly. Cannot recommend this - The size of the property was perfect. Very spacious and clean. Perfect location - right where everything is happening and very vibes. Absolutely LOVED Florence and this apartment made it even better. There was a demon missing from the oven, the entrance door handle was very loose and the shower head mechanism is very loose so kept falling down while showering. The shower curtain in the bathroom by the kitchen was short so the water went over the floor.
• Lisa (9/5): Superb - This apartment is in the center of Florence. Everything is on its door step from famous museums, historical sites to famous restaurants and eateries. The apartment is so spacious, clean and perfect for 6 people.
• Thaddaeus (8/5): Nice accomodation and excellent location, but air conditioning not good enough. - Excellent location, modern, safe, spacious. Air conditioning inadequate for stays during peak of summer. Needs to be improved.

• Sophia (9/5): Good quality for the money paid - Great location, in a very old centre. Appartment was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay there. The host was very helpful with the keys, although we arrived late. We liked the apartment, and we have no complaints. But I'd make few comments that might be useful) It's pretty loud, because there are restaurants on the square, and they close late, so it's better to have earplugs) There's additional charge for late arrival. Would be nice to know it beforehand. Also parking in the old city is VERY expensive. So if you have time, might consider leaving a car outside old city zone.

• Reza (6/5): Pleasant - the location was perfect. You could reach everything with just 10min walk. It was not really clean. The internet quality was poor. But what makes me really angry I had to report them every minutes when we’ll arrive. I’ve got tons of message not just e-mail but also SMS that I’ve to do the online check in although they said it is possible to do that 24h bevor arrival. I did the online check in but I’ve received again tons of messages per WhatsApp and SMS to confirm the arrival time is correct! I don’t get it really why there is an interval for check in if you have to be there at a specific time. Apparently they have some problem with making an schedule or they’re understaffed. If you are going directly to Florence it’s ok you can gave them an exact time but if you traveling through Italy it just makes you a bit nervous which I don’t want when I’m on vacation.
• Nuala (10/5): Exceptional - High ceilings, very spacious, excellent location beside Uffizi museum, Gallileo museum, supermarket close by. No lift so a lot of steps to climb.
