• Mohammed (1/5): Bad - The room was clean and nice and as pictures stated. I don't know where to start, I've never had such an experience in my life and I travel every other month. Firstly we had agreed someone will meet us outside and we will go in together that didn't happen and I had emailed someone but they lied to me and this was 1st of many lies. They were hassling us for a deposit and kept sending us emails and their wording was very bad it was very aggressive. We checked in and there was no water after saying someone will be with us shortly after an hour no one came so I decided to go out as I wasn't visiting to waste time when they knew we was coming and yet hadn't checked anything. It's not an apartment unless in Egypt there's a different meaning as an apartment has a place to sit it was a bedroom with some kitchen facilities and that's it, you can say it was a glorified bedroom but not an apartment in the real terms. When checking out one of the maintenance guys checked everything and said it was fine and when asking for our deposit back it was like talking to a brick wall, lies upon lies and communication was bad. Eventually did receive the deposit to a certain extent but their service and communication is awful. I'd give them a zero if that was an option.
• Maja (3/5): STAY AWAY - It was close to the Egyptian museum. Spare yourself misery and don’t book this place. Let me list it below: 1. We experienced planned blackouts every night meaning that hot water, light and AC were not working. The possibility of those was not mentioned anywhere in the description of the property. When we enquired about moving us to a different property or for a refund we were ignored as was booking.com CS. This means that if you have any problem with the property they will not reply or take care of the problems. 2. The boiler broke on the last day and straight up stopped working. The water was either boiling hot or super cold throughout our stay even when it *was* working. 3. I can’t overestimate how much noise was coming from the street. The windows have no insulation. In short, spend a bit more money and get a hotel room or a reliable airbnb. We had fantastic stay in Cairo and picking this property was our only mistake.

• Bassem (10/5): Exceptional - exactly as the pictures. the Staff are niche and helpful. the Terrace was incredible. I did not have time to use the Jacuzzi but it looks really good. Overall a very good experience nothing
