• Vesela (9/5): Relaxing and pleasant - It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy. The host was very kind and responsive. There were some snacks and wine left for us - highly appreciated after the long and tiresome flight to Malaga. We found it easy. The area was very quiet and in a way premium. We liked our stay at Anelli’s home and we are sorry we actually stayed for less than 8 hours. Very recommended for holiday longer visit close to the sea but away from the busy/nosy places. N/a

• PAUL (10/5): Spacious holiday villa in a peaceful village for unforgettable holidays - The location is great, quiet and still very close to the main street with bus/taxi, supermarket and restaurants, post office, etc. The Christoph Columbus monument is just a short walk to the edge of the village away. Train just 30 mins. down the hill. Two bus connections to the village from Benalmádena Costa make it easy to go anywhere for the day and come back up the hill quickly. ;-) The house and garden are beautiful, spacious and with a bit of sea view. Staying under the roof of the extensive terrace in the morning or evening is wonderful. The pool was such a cool feature; despite the _very_ cold water in November we managed to use it nevertheless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of little things that make the house very homely - books in the cupboard and stuff one needs now and then for writing, repairing, etc. and not to forget the kitchen cupboards contain really good cooking utensils and anything you need, too. Making us feeling welcome at any point of our stay were all helping hands we met, our cleaning fairy, the gardener, the handyman, ... plus, we were very happy to have had Anneli close, our fabulous host. We had so many questions for her and she was delightfully lovely to us and quick to help out with everything regarding the house and garden. Thank you Anneli, you are one of a kind. <3 We definitely would love to come back one day. I cannot think of anything, really. Nothing was missing that one usually needs for enjoying some peaceful weeks of holidays!

• Nicola (10/5): Amazing villa in stunning area - Lovely villa in a beautiful area with stunning views. Very spacious and comfortable and so peaceful. Our host Anneli was fabulous, very welcoming and helpful. When we had a minor issue it was dealt with immediately. The villa is close to all the local amenities and the village is stunning. We were very sad to leave. The bathrooms could do with a little modernisation.
• David (9/5): Superb villa, great value - Excellent private location, ideal for family. Perfect size for family of 5. Pool, gardens and outdoor dining space are lovely. Standard decor and facilities but everything worked perfectly and was of good quality, excellent value for money. Comfortable and air con, WiFiz, etc all worked really well. Really safe for kids as well as the sliding doors have additional lockable gates outside so no worries about getting at the pool when unattended. Situated at bottom of a very steep hill. Only a short walk to restaurants, shops etc in lovely old town so not a major issue but the takes a bit of getting used to. Just something to be aware about before booking.

• Ian (10/5): Beautiful villa in a wonderful location with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. - Beautiful villa with amazing views in a lovely quiet location. We especially loved the pool which in the August heat was the perfect way to spend an afternoon cooling off. Whilst we were there the Virgen de la Cruz festival was taking place in the Pueblo, it was spectacular to watch, equally for parts we didn’t want to join in with the Villa was out of the way and quiet so we could escape. The hosts were fantastic and on hand to help with anything we needed. We will definitely book again we’re already missing it and we were really sad to come home. The property is on a steep incline but we didn’t mind the walk, Uber taxis are very useful and there is the car hire option so it is easily overcome, plus the views on route are beautiful. We took advantage of the amazing bus routes most days, the bus stop is only at the top of the hill.
