• Fay (1/5): Would not use, horrendous service and experience! - Not cleaned, bedding and towels from the previous occupants. Hosts was no help in sorting it out and left us to it. Did even offer a refund and when raised they just said no refund. As above
• Anna (7/5): Bien en general - La ubicación es muy buena, con buena connexión a paradas de bus y metro. Buena climatización (estufa o ventilador). Hay Wifi gratuito. Puedes dejar el equipaje antes del check-in. Pequeño si es para más de 2 personas (nosotros eramos 4 y solo había 2 sillas). La comodidad del sofá-cama y de la cama es justa. Hay un poco de ruido por la noche por los bares.
• Gillian (5/5): Disappointing communication, organisation and delayed check in - Once we were able to get into the property and housekeeping had been, it was basic, clean and had a working fridge, so that was all in keeping with what we expected. The location was also good. Trying to check in was appalling. We had asked to drop our bags before check in, which was agreed to. We arrived and the accommodation was filthy and hadn’t yet been cleaned. As it was so dirty, we held onto our bags and advised housekeeping staff that we hadn’t left them as it was quite dirty from the previous people. When we arrived at check in time, the studio was still filthy and hadn’t yet not been cleaned. It took fifteen mins to hear back from staff and they didn’t initially answer the phone number provided. There is no one to help in the building if you do have an issue. Overall, our check in was delayed about an hour and a half, so we didn’t get into the studio until 4.30pm, when we were trying to get ready for dinner and a show.
• Tadili (10/5): Perfect 👌 - The location was perfect for a first time visit of London,everything is near to the house,when we arrived we find everything perfectly clean,the owner help us on every need and every request,i just find the accommodation that i will use anytime that I will be in London just amazing
• StacyMcDowell (1/5): Misleading listing, unsanitary, no refund - The apartment was nothing like the listing photos. It was far smaller than advertised and had a large pillar in the middle of the space that was not shown or mentioned anywhere, making the layout impractical. Cleanliness was unacceptable: stained furniture, flickering lights, and the pull-out sofa bed was covered in undeterminable hair, which made the situation feel unsanitary. We contacted the host immediately, sent photos, and were only offered to have the sofa cleaned, which did not address the core issues. We left the same night around 23:00 and did not stay at all, having to find alternative accommodation at short notice. Despite this, the property refused any refund, and Booking.com offered only a laughably inadequate compensation. Extremely disappointing experience. We would not recommend this property.

• Joanna (3/5): - On arrival the sofa bed wasn’t made up and the sheet didn’t fit. There was a sign saying can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet (this isn’t pre warned) and no toilet paper provided. Location great When I complained re above I was asked to send pictures which I did and then got no further response despite chasing for one….
• Jose Alberto (1/5): Bien situado, horroroso por el calor (no tiene Aire Acondicionado y publicitan que si) - - Localización excelente, a 50 metros de Picadilly - Lástima del horroroso calor, sino podría haber estado bien (no es apto para alquilar) Igualmente me hace desconfiar qué pasarría en invierno, pués había un radiador allí, me da por sospechar que puedan limitar el gasto por energía, pues acabo de leer un comentario que el radiador en momentos de frío no calentaba. - El estudio según lo esperaba, una habitación y un baño pequeño, pero funcional. - Limpio. - Horroroso de calor, golpe de calor al entrar en la habitación, insoportable. En la publicidad engañosa indicaba que había Aire Acondicionado (es falso), contactado con el soporte, me indica que si había encendido la calefacción, de chiste !!! (me estaba tomando x tonto) Después confiesa que han puesto un ventilador en cada habitación por el calor asfixiante y eso que afuera hacía frío (tarde noche 13º), ni el ventilador es suficiente, lo único que hace es mover el calor. Ni abriendo la ventana se iba el calor sobre todo por la noche, pero entraba un ruido de gritos en la calle, coches acelerando, fiesta, etc. (y mira que yo soporto el ruido). Viajabamos con un menor, lo que hizo que nos trasmitiera su insatisfacción del calor horroroso que hacía y no se podía abrir la ventana/puerta para dormir por el ruido y ni aún así se iba dicho calor. No estaba preparado para entrar a vivir ahí. -El colchón no me gustó mucho, no me pareció comodo, sonaban los muelles, y las almohadas muy muy ligeras, sin consistencia. - horario de salida a las 10:00h (te recuerdan que si te vas más tarde te empiezan a cobrar, con tarifas exorbitantes, lo cual podría haber sido un problema) Y eso si, no llegues antes de las 15:00h... Esto es algo que ninguna vez he visto en booking y soy nivel-3 genius - No te guardan el equipaje, ni tienen concertado con nadie, y es caro los sitios que encontramos alrededor. Esto fue un problema.
• Attila (8/5): - Kiváló elhelyezkedés, felújított apartman. A négy főre két garnitúra ágynemű huzatot kaptunk. Kérés után sem korrigálták. Az ablakok rosszul zártak, az utca zaja miatt hajnalig nem lehet aludni. Leégkondícionáló nincs, nagyon meleg volt. Egy ventilátor legalább működött. A fürdőszobában a kézmosóból a víz csak elszivárgott, a konyhai csapot használtuk kézmosásra. A mosogatógépbe beleposhadt a víz, átmosás után is büdös maradt, nem tudtuk használni.

Diivanil on suur nätsu lärakas. Piirkond väga lärmakas. Kui teed akna lahti siis tulevad söögi lõhnad tuppa. Kirjutatud oli et on konditsoneeriga korter, aga konditsoneeri tegelikult ei olnud.
• Michael (7/5): - Location. Bathroom small but functional; shower excellent. No a/c as on listing. TV not functioning and no attempt to rectify by owner. Mattress old and uncomfortable. No instructions re using washer/dryer or dishwasher.
• Βίκτωρας (1/5): Επιεικώς απαράδεκτη για τα λεφτά του - Η τοποθεσία μόνο ήταν καλή Κατά βρώμικο διαμέρισμα μύριζε μούχλα το μπάνιο ήταν βρώμικο Τα μαξιλάρια ήτανε ψεύτικά και κατά κίτρινα μες την ιδρωτίλα βρωμάγανε ούτε καν ένα προστατευτικό δεν είχανε Για να μη μιλήσω για τα τζάμια που το μόνο που έβλεπες ήτανε ένα γριζο πράγμα

• Sye (7/5): Good accommodation, but misleading. - Very convenient location, and the accommodation itself has nice big windows. On booking.com the listing said checkout was at 11am, but literally the day of my stay I got a message from the property that checkout is at 10am, with exorbitant fees attached to checking out late. I was checking out before 8am anyway due to work, but this could have been a problem.
• Shauna-grace (8/5): This was a Wonderful place - The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed, the hosts were great too with communication and friendliness The apartment was way to hot, even with a fan on so we couldn't sleep very well, it is also on a busy street with alot of nighttime noise but we didn't mind too much as the apartment was great.
• Carla (10/5): Great stay, thankful for the accommodation - Great location but be aware, it is in the middle of the bars, clubs etc. Great apartment, equipped with everything my family needed! It was clean and we really appreciated that! Nothing to complain
• Manu (1/5): Hellish stay, un-cleaned rooms, filled with garbage stuck in lift with no help - Very bad stay. Room not cleaned while checking in. I was travelling with aged parents. Very unhygenic room. Upon request they asked us to clean the room ourselves. There was not even clean sheets or towels. Their response was that they would send cleaners the next morning. Hellish place and service. The room was not cleaned, previous garbage and used towels and sheets. They asked us to go down to the basement and get sheets and towels ourselves! While doing that we got stuck in the lift for 2 hours. There is zero service on site. The lady on whatsapp was rude. Asked to clean the room ourselves.
• Nina (9/5): Great location and really nice, clean apartment - Excellent location, really helpful host, really nicely appointed flat - just great! The TV didn't work and it would be great if there was a kettle and a tea towel, but everything else was perfect (and you can boil water on the hob instead)
• Giulia (1/5): Lovely area and apartment but lacking in comforts which we paid for. - After contacting customer service immediately about few issues in the apartment none were resolved. They only contacted me via email to say they’d resolve but never did. Spent full stay with no kettle, no fitted sheet on sofa and no tv/wifi, all of which were described to be in place. Totally disappointed, especially having said I had 2 children there.
• Tarryn (9/5): Brilliant stay - The location was absolutely amazing. A place we would definitely stay again. Close to everything we needed. The only thing we could possibly point out was that there was no kettle so had to boil water on the stove if we wanted coffee.
• John (10/5): Fantastic Stay in the Heart of London! - I recently stayed at the Stylish Studio in Piccadilly Central, and it was absolutely brilliant! The location is unbeatable – right on Shaftesbury Avenue, just a stone’s throw from Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. It made exploring the city so easy, with amazing restaurants, shops, and theatres all within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and really comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed for a quick breakfast, and the air conditioning was a great touch after a busy day out. The bed was super comfy, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for unwinding in the evening. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was helpful and responsive throughout the stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a trip extra special. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and centrally located place to stay in London, this studio is an absolute gem. I’ll definitely be back! Couldn’t fault it.

• Basem (5/5): Passable - Too much noise and loud voices from the outside, windows have no isolation. The heater was not working in room and respond for fixing was not professional at all
• Thekla (6/5): Pleasant - The communication upfront with the host was very welcoming and accurate! I was happy i brought earplugs, i recccomend that, then the location is very practical if you need to be in central londen. It was ecactly what i needed to be efficient for my work. I reported the heater didnt work (the remote to control it was broken) and it didnt get fixed. It made my stay less cosy as it is december and a bit of heating is nice.

• Martina (1/5): Extremely dirty place, with no hot water but with bugs - Except the location because was near to the theatre we were there is nothing positive. We have difficulties with taking the keys I tried to call the host but he never pick up or call again. The lift didn't work. It was extremely dirty - there ware dead bugs under the sink and the windows were so dirty you could not see anithing trough them; There was no hot water. They never answer to my complain.

• Jd (8/5): Very good - The location was incredible! Short walk to Chinatown, Soho, Covent Garden, and the underground Piccadilly Station that could take us anywhere. The area itself was buzzing with theaters and pubs with so much history life, street performances, shops, and all sorts of diversity. The area is so central, and it is easy to find the entrance with the exchange store right next to the door. Access was easy in checking in and out. many kiitchen items were available with crockery, cooking oil and etc. Hot water in the shower and wifi is easily connected via an open network. The owner was very responsive and allowed us to drop our luggage as we came in an hour early before check-in. They said they would take my small feedback into consideration. I would have like an extension cord closer to the bed for charging devices, but there were loads of plugs around. Could do with having sugar. Due to the time of year with wearing big coats installing hooks by the door to hang it up, it would have been great to have a rug for the toilet floor and face towels too. The major thing is to have more layers on the bed as there was only one between us and the matress, one layer for the pIllow case and duvet. I spoke to the owners, and he says he will take the necessary steps to ensure to keep the bedding more hygienic. Maybe the cleaners hired did not add the additional necessary layers at that time.
