- Michael (6/5): - Great location with fantastic views. Nice pool area for the kids. Unit not well maintained, fridge leaking water, dead and alive cockroaches around the unit, could be better cleaned too, shower quite dirty.

Super spacious The carpark. We understand it is beyond the owners control as it is an older building with the tight carpark spaces.
- David (8/5): - The location is fantastic, close to the beach and walking distance to shops, amenities, bars and clubs. Gorgeous views. The property is a little old and some things need updating, but everything is functional
- Michael (7/5): Perfect location at a great price. Excellent views of the water from a 5th floor balcony. - Perfect location! Whale watching from the balcony, walk across the road to the beach and close enough go to James St for convenience without being in the thick of noise. It’s a bit tired. The fridge has a persistent puddle of water under it. There’s only one bathroom and despite having parking spot in the garage it was used by a permanent occupant of the block. We were able to park on the street without hassle.
- Tania (7/5): - The location was great, the unit was spacious. We were there in spring and the unit was a comfortable temperature with the sea breeze coming through the balcony doors. There were a small number of items that need maintenance that didn't pose any main issues, but should be addressed to improve the experience.

- Neanne (3/5): - Beautiful views, however there was so much construction that it was very loud. See above. The bathroom had peeled paint on the bottom, very loud elevator.
- John (8/5): Very good - Location was great and central to all we needed. There was No Airconditioning, Fans were provided which was good. Had a fair few insects in the building ants and Cockroaches, The Fringe was leaking water onto the floor.

- Lindy (7/5): Great Location, exceptional view, large balcony, large apartment, really enjoyed the pool - Unit 13 at Wyuna has a fantastic view. Its a large apartment. Bed is comfy. Pool is great. Awesome location There were alot of maintenace/safety issues with the apartment which we reported. Burleigh letting company responded and hopefully all has been followed up. They dealt with us professionally and we would stay with them again and this apartment if these issues are rectified
