• Richard (9/5): - Tram literally outside of hotel and less than 10 minutes to reach sydney harbour. Win win. The wifi wasnt great. Kept buffering sadly. Ideal if you have a clothes airer where you can hang your washed clothes on to dry. Amazing and ideal having washing machine in apartment. Didnt come back with any washing.

• Andrea (1/5): Poor - One of the bedrooms smelt like mold. This became increasingly worse during our overnight stay. There was also a wet patch on the bedroom floor. My friend slept on the couch as the smell was too overwhelming. Kozyguru "thanked" me for letting them know. I have emailed and messaged on numerous occasions, only to be put off or ignored. No offer has been made for any type of refund (our room was almost $700 for one night). Our stay was approx. 7 weeks ago.

• jake (10/5): Great room for the price, very spacious, great views of the Chinatown area - Great sized room and large balcony with city views, great location close to all the entertainment around the city. Clean room and amenities

• Greg (8/5): Very Enjoyable once we settled in - Great Location. The apartment was great. Easy to get transport into the city. A few problems finding the property. No ability to store luggage whilst waiting for a room. Central station is a long haul with multiple bags. The exhaust fan over the stove could not be turned off and remained on at all times.
• Janine (4/5): Disappointing accomodations - The proximity to everything Stairs coming in with bags. Not enough clear instructions, then the cards were late to our box. Then the apartment wasn’t great, cutlery etc needed washing before use! Rangehood wouldn’t turn off and the cleaner must have known that?
• Hanna (1/5): Not suitable for anyone with asthma or respiratory issues — serious mould and moisture problem - location Unfortunately, this apartment is absolutely not suitable for people with asthma or other health conditions. There is a serious moisture and mould issue — they are clearly aware of it, as one of the rooms has a dehumidifier running constantly. During rain, we even had a puddle form inside the room, and the only help offered was a few towels. For the last three nights, I had to sleep on the sofa due to the damp conditions and developed a terrible cough. The apartment is quite old, as noted in other reviews, and clearly in need of renovations. You can see the humidity damage on the walls, and the overall condition raises concerns about long-term health risks. Definitely overpriced for what it is — not worth risking your health.

• Steve (3/5): Good location but quality of apartment was very shabby.KozyGuru management company difficult to get hold of and very unr - Good location. Tram right outside. Musty smell, sparse equipment, extractor fan over hob was permanently on. We lost one of the plastic room access cards (I.e. just like the plastic hotel room access cards) and they charged us Aus$200..!!

• Leanne (9/5): If you are in Haymarket to see a show and you want a great location this is it - Location is fantastic for that part of the city Was spacious and well appointed with everything you need at a good price for Sydney

• Tristan (8/5): Very good - Location and size for price. It smells like wet carpet a bit, bathrooms are a bit squashy. No facewashers. Whomever was staying in the room above was smoking and threw their ashes and butts and food scraps onto our verandah. No one to talk to in regards to this.

• Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - Very convenient location. Check out is quite time consuming, as you have to wash and dry all of your dishes, empty all bins and take the rubbish out before check out. I understand not leaving the apartment in a mess but having to do these tasks make a simple overnight stay a bit tedious, it is better to stay in an actual hotel if you want to avoid the strict conditions and ensure you get your bond back.

• Lai (7/5): Great customer service and convenient location - Our apartment had a balcony with a sliding door that had a faulty lock, which meant the property wasn't completely secure. After a few exchanges of messages and phone call, a staff member showed up to inspect the lock. A locksmith was engaged who came and installed a new lock the next day. The prompt response was greatly appreciated. The location was highly convenient with close proximity to train station, two Light Rail lines, shopping and dining precincts. The aircon in the main bedroom didn't blow cool air, so we just left it off and relied on the main aircon to cool the whole place.
• Sheila (6/5): The apartment should perhaps be more explained - Needed some renovation. Quiet Need basic equipment ie tea coffee and especially. No basic instructions. Need brochures. Some of the IT was hard to understand. Didn’t see any staff apart from 1 person on reception who said she wasn’t for private when we asked if she would call us a taxi. Two of our party were disabled and 2 over 80 years old. Obviously your facility is more focused on the younger generation. This maybe needed to be advertised. Quite a nice place
