• Mary (10/5): Fabulous stay in a lovely clean and central apartment - Apartment was very central and near everything. Nothing, it ticked all the boxes

• Kirstin (8/5): - Mit dem Service waren wir jederzeit zufrieden und die Wohnung ist eigentlich in einer tollen Lage. Aber... 1. die Bilder in der Anzeige sehen besser aus, als der Zustand wirklich ist. 2. Die Wohnung ist allgemein nicht gut gereinigt. 3. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet. Das Besteck ist zum größten Teil verröstet. 4. Der Besen und der Bodenwischer waren sehr schmutzig, so dass wir den Besen erst einmal sauber machen mussten, vor dem benutzen. Aus unserer Sicht fehlt ein Staubsauger. 5. Die Waschmaschine ist kaputt. Sie macht beim Schleudern so laute Geräusche, dass man es bis in der Marina hört und man somit massiv die Nachbarn stört. Wir haben das Problem gemeldet und es wurde auch ein Mechaniker geschickt, aber er hat das Problem scheinbar nicht erkannt! 6. Die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht und es gibt kein Fenster zum Lüften (hatten wir vergessen zu melden). 7. Die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Geschirr ist nicht richtig sauber, wenn die Spülmaschine fertig ist (haben am letzten Abend festgestellt). 8. Wir sind nicht so auf Marihuana rauchen. Leider haben wir Nachbarn gegenüber, die regelmäßig am kiffen waren und im Untergeschoss gibt es einen Privatclub, in dem man kiffen kann. Wenn dort die Eingangstür geöffnet wurde, dann roch das ganze Viertel danach. Dafür kann aber natürlich die Wohnung nichts...

• Sandra (9/5): Wonderful stay. Would book again. - The apartment was clean spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and sofa. Lots of windows to let light in. The balcony has partial sunshine throughout the day. The location is great and easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, bus stop etc. After we booked we were asked for a security deposit by e-transfer. We charged it to our Visa. We did get it back the day after we checked out. So all was good in the end.
• Pegusmaskin AB (9/5): Så nöjd med allt !! Boendets bilder stämde bra med verkligheten (vardagsrum kändes något mindre) - Trivdes fantastiskt bra i den mysiga lägenheten. Som äldre kvinlig ensamresenär kände jag mig trygg. Bekväm säng (med fast madrass) Luftvärmepump/aircondition i båda rummen (med en gemensam kontroll) Stort kylskåp och frysskåp, bra spis och även diskmaskin (andvände inte) Kunde njuta av soluppgången på Balkongen (som är stor) och fram till sen eftermiddag. Så bra och enkelt att ha kontakten via WhatsApp med uthyraren, Clara där var fantastiskt tillmötesgående🙏 Bör nämnas att det är trappor, 8steg utomhus, 20steg inomhus, den senare en bekväm rak trappa att gå i. 3 min till Taxistation och "Hop on Hop off" busstopp nr 1(åk hellre lokalbuss😉), 10-15 min till huvudgatan/lokalbussar, uppförsbacke dit. Man bor mitt i smeten av restauranger, butiker, pubar, det vackra Marinaområdet, Pariserhjulet, vid strand o strandpromenaden mot Torremolinos. Lugnt o tyst. Vill varmt rekomendera detta boende. (om varit fyra vuxna, och då utnyttjat bäddsoffan, skulle boendet kanske varit i minsta laget) //Ewa Inget jag kommer på (saknade bara diskborste/plastfolie🙃)
• Johan (9/5): Vakantie vieren in het bruisende Puerto Marina van Benalmàdena - Alles op loopafstand! Restaurantjes, supermarkt, zee, strand, boulevard. Het appartement is gezellig en sfeervol ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf: airco in woonkamer en slaapkamer, koelkast, vrieskast, vaatwasser, wasmachine, magnetron, waterkoker. Als je wilt, kun je zelf koken. Maar het is veel gezelliger om in een van de restaurantjes in de buurt te gaan eten. Er is keus genoeg! Ontbijten kan op je eigen terras, maar ook in bij de horeca om de hoek. Enkele dagen voor aankomst krijg je een duidelijke omschrijving (met foto's) van hoe je het appartement kunt bereiken. Met deze instructies is het niet moeilijk! Perfect uitvalspunt voor uitstapjes zoals dolfijnen spotten. Malaga is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, ook daar is van alles te doen, bijvoorbeeld dagje winkelen in Plaza Mayor, fietstour (met gids) door Malaga. ......we wilden dat de tijd wat langzamer ging, zodat onze vakantie langer duurde.... ;-)
• Sean (6/5): Overrated and deposit required - Location is good near marina and beach Company difficult to deal with, they charge a deposit and held me out until I arrived in Spain to get access instructions. Apartment is not top notch as you might expect with a deposit and you share the kitchen with large numbers of insects. They came out from under the sink unit, I had to put everything in the fridge including plates, cups etc. Sofa badly soiled as are walls, no evidence of recent maintenance,. They gave me two towels for an 8 night stay. Walls are thin and noise comes through from other apartments. I had to chase my deposit too after a week, I don't think they would have bothered if I had not followed it up. Never met anyone from company and I did contact Booking.com about the access problem, they contacted them and nobody available to speak English. Probably the worst experience I have had through Booking.com, the place is not worth a deposit in my opinion and I am not that picky. You have been warned!

Emplacement parfait 2 mins à pied au plage un super marché au même immeuble. Proche des moyens de transport public. 10 Minutes à pied de marina.

• Pidel (9/5): Una buena escapada. - Además de la relación precio - calidad, lo mejor la ubicación que nos hizo aprovechar al máximo el poco tiempo que estuvimos. Para repetir. La limpieza no estaba mal pero es mejorable así como alguna toalla que estaba muy desgastada.

Very clean a good base for a holiday. - Close to everything the marina has to off and a good base to see all the resorts on the Costa del sol because it’s so near to all public transport. Only the fridge didn’t chill the food very well otherwise everything was good.

Large balcony, bedroom and living area. Bathroom was a bit tired

• Olga (3/5): Poor - Location I chose these apartments after reading other reviews. And I was very disappointed when I moved in there. I want to say right away that we are not picky guests. I never find fault with little things. But there were so many shortcomings.... The blinds were all broken; you had to crawl under half-closed blinds to get to the washing machine. The kitchen floors are all up. There were no handles on the cabinets, which we found in the lockers and screwed on ourselves. The air conditioners were so dirty.....and when they turned them on there was mold inside. There are traces of dead insects on the ceilings and walls. In total, these apartments need at least a general cleaning and, of course, renovation.
