• Fabien (1/5): SCAM - RUN AWAY - DIRTY & NOISY - - PURE SCAM - RUN AWAY - THIS PLACE IS DIRTY, SUPER NOISY, ABSOLUTELY UNCOMFORTABLE...THIS IS SO FAR FROM THE PICTURE, THE "BED" IS UNDER THE STAIRS, RATS IN CORRIDOR...RUN AWAY !!!!!! NOTHING, THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE AND PAYING 70$ FEES TO ARRIVE IN DIRTY PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - RUN AWAY FROM THIS NOISY AND DIRTY PLACE.

• Moshe (9/5): - הדירה ממוקמת על רחוב שוקק חיים, מלא מסעדות ופאבים. האזור מלא במקומות בילוי של קהילת הלהט"ב. נעים ולא מפחיד- אפשר להסתובב בלילה. הדירה בבניין פנימי כך שהיא שקטה לגמרי. הכניסה דרך מבואה עם פחי אשפה. לא נורא, מסודר וסביר. המטבח מצוייד, יש אינטרנט הדירה קטנה, מספיקה לזוג לא מפונק. מיטה נוחה, יש חימום. חסר קומקום חשמלי ואין מקום לשים דברים. למרות שיש עוד מזרן, אין באמת מקום לאדם נוסף1

• Utsav Sinha (uutsav) (8/5): Affordable Airbnb like stay for remote work - Stayed for 8 nights. Excellent location of this studio in Hell's kitchen. Walking distance to many restaurants, metro/subways and Timesquare. It is in the rear building from the street, so insulated from the neighbourhood sounds at night. Generous checkout at noon. Wifi/internet works fine, I was able to work remotely on my laptop. Microwave worked fine for my midnight craving meals, mini fridge was sufficient too. There is a small closet next to the bed filled with extra beddings and it had space to hang ~6 items, no racks. Check-in wasn't ideal. The place where they keep the keys had several other similar looking padlocks. A cycle was parked all over them, so it was difficult to find the exact padlock for this apartment at night. Maybe if they paint their padlock instead of writing their name in a small font, it would help. Small touches were missing - toilet paper roll was empty, the hand-wash jar was also almost empty. Thankfully there were supplies for these. But the kitchen towel roll was almost empty and there was no further supply in the studio. There wasn't any cloth towel to wipe off the kitchen slabs, nor any dish rack. There weren't enough utensils to cook, nor spices/oil etc which I am used to from such a rental. So even though it was a full kitchen, it wasn't made to be used much. There were only 2 towels provided for my 8 day stay. There was a mouse I saw on the kitchen floor at night. I guess it is a New York thing, not particular to this studio but just something to keep in mind to avoid leaving food on the countertop.
• Pia (10/5): - Die Lage war wunderbar und die Ausstattung für uns richtig gut. Kaffee für die komplette Zeit, viele Handtücher. Größe der Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen echt super. Kommunikation vom Vermieter war top. Bett könnte etwas größer sein und vielleicht ein 2. Kissen wäre nicht schlecht.

• Hector (10/5): Great location near Times Square and Grand Central. Also great options to eat for all walets. - Great place for a family of 3-4. Perfect condition of beds, sofas, kitchen, bathroom and great location. It also has replacement bag for trash, bag, towels, paper and also a lot of kitchen utensils. Also you have heater and a/c. Bathroom quite small.
• Wendy (2/5): Appalling - just don’t. Ridiculous to propose a double bed be placed in the kitchen to consume ALL remaining floor spac - The location It was missold, it can only accommodate 2 people max; there is zero storage to hang anything, you will end up living out of a suitcase. The sofa advertised DOES NOT EXIST. There was NO BED for my son on arrival, no towels or linen for him, imagine sorting that after a 15hr journey at 2am! There is no where to sit, (due to no sofa bed) my son ended up with a mattress on the floor squashed in the corner. The communication from the owner was bad- no apology , refund failed to respond to emails with remedy. The water pressure and temperature is temperamental. I would never stay here again
