Large sofa bed perfect for the kids. Rooms looked slightly bigger in the pictures but was still comfortable for family of 4. Would stay again
• Cerine (1/5): - L’emplacement de l’appartement proche de tout Séjour très décevant ! Une fuite importante au plafond était présente dans l’appartement, avec de l’eau qui coulait continuellement. Cette situation semblait également provoquer de graves problèmes électriques, le disjoncteur sautait sans arrêt, rendant impossible l’utilisation normale de la lumière ou des prises électriques. L’appartement dégageait également une forte odeur d’humidité, et le parquet de la cuisine était dans un état inquiétant mou et instable Malgré le signalement immédiat du problème, aucune solution réelle n’a été apportée par l’hôte. Un technicien est bien passé dans la journée, mais aucun retour ne nous a été fait et aucun problème n’a été résolu durant le séjour. Au vu du prix payé pour ce logement, cette situation est totalement inadmissible. Il est inacceptable de louer un appartement dans un tel état.

• Wen (6/5): Unsatisfied stay. Too noisy. Not comfortable. - The location is great. The space is big enough The thermometer was broken, so the heat cannot be turned on. Although the staff was willing to help by asking take pictures of the boiler, I have no time to help troubleshooting. The bathroom smells like moldy. The place was very noisy. Someone was using power tools started early in the morning. The noisy level was not suitable for staying in the room.

• Anthony (5/5): Appartement idéalement situé, mais confort, humidité et insonorisation à revoir - L'avantage principale de cet appartement est la localisation. Les sites à visiter sont proches même à pied. L'appartement était propre à notre arrivée et le service de support facilement joignable. L'appartement est très humide, d'ailleurs un déshumidificateur est disponible dans le salon et affiche constamment plus de 80% d'humidité à chaque fin de journée. Des traces de moisissure étaient visibles dans la chambre et la salle de bain sans possibilité d'aérer, les fenêtre donnant directement sur le trottoir et sans poignée pour les ouvrir. Malgré le fait que la rue est un peu à l'écart des principaux axes, l'isolation phonique était inexistante. Chaque matin, vers 6H, j'ai été constamment réveillé par le camion de nettoyage des trottoirs ou les éboueurs. Si une personne venait fumer sa cigarette devant la fenêtre on entendait toutes ses discussions comme si nous étions avec. Egalement, le sol de la cuisine est mou par endroit ce qui est assez inquiétant, on s'enfonce. Les ustensiles sont limités à leur stricte minimum pour cuisiner ou manger ce qui obligé à faire la vaisselle ou faire tourner le lave vaisselle après chaque repas. Enfin, il était indiqué qu'un wifi était disponible, j'ai testé à mon arrivée et nous avions un débit extrêmement faible et un upload inexistant. Avec des enfants, impossible de tous utiliser le réseau et la télé. Le canapé était très inconfortable, la structure se séparait en 2 ce qui laissait un vide.

Everything was within walking distance, and even the London Eye was only about a 30-minute walk away. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We stayed as a group of four, and the space was more than sufficient for all of us. What really impressed us was the attention to detail: from the dishwasher and washing machine to plug adapters and umbrellas, everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. Check-in was extremely easy and smooth, which made our arrival stress-free. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting London. -

Appartamento accogliente, dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi, pulizia impeccabile, può ospitare fino a 4 adulti, 2 in camera da letto matrimoniale, altre 2 persone nel divano letto presente nel salone (preciso “anche il divano/letto molto comodo). L’host disponibilissimo, ricettivo nelle risposte alle richieste, in tempo “0”. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, sia per la posizione/zona, che per Londra stessa.

The access was self check in, which was very easy, perfect instructions. The facilities within the apartment are perfect for a few nights stay. My only comment is it is a little tired in places, that said it was clean.

• Markus (8/5): Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip in London! - Die Lage nahe der Metrostation Holborn ist nahezu perfekt. Es gibt jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im direkten Umfeld und zwei wichtige Bahnstationen. Man ist schnell überall - ideal für einen Städtetrip. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist es am Wochenende manchmal dennoch etwas lauter. Instruktionen und Kontakt waren freundlich und präzise - danke dafür. Hübsch eingerichtet, eigentlich alles vorhanden - perfekt für 2 Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr feucht und kalt. Die Zentralheizung war im September scheinbar noch nicht aktiv, es gab aber elektrische Heizer, war auch wirklich notwendig.

• Michele (7/5): The location and flat met the needs for our stay and the owner was easy to communicate with. - Conveniently located and easy to find. Even with the dehumidifier, there is a mildew / mold issue with the building / flat that is problematic for anyone sensitive to mold / mildew.
• Carsten (7/5): Clean flat with great access to food, transport, & culture, despite street noise and tricky check-in - The location is great, though not super convincing at first sight. However, very short walking distances to very good and inexpensive restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch, diner, many museums as well as bus and tube lines all around. The facilities were decent, the cleanliness very good. The key lock box was difficult to find with just the explanation at hand. After calling, we have received an image that made it easy to find. One window was slightly blocked open with an inch of a gap, probably for ventilation purposes. However, we seemed to have had bad luck with many garbage collecting trucks in the early mornings. With the flat being located on the ground floor, i.e. at about ear level with the street noise, it certainly served us as our wake up call. Although London here never seems to be very quiet either.

Covent Garden, Leicester Square, les musicals... Station de métro Holborn à 3mn tout comme Sainsbury pour les courses. Appartement propre. Bonne réactivité du proprio en cas de besoin. Super arrangeant pour nous laisser déposer nos bagages dans l'appartement dès le matin même s'ils n'avaient pas eu le temps de faire le ménage. Literie correcte pour l'Angleterre car souvent eu des matelas trop peu fermes pour mon dos. Rien de spécial. Peu être un peu plus de vaisselle comme des bols et pas seulement des mugs pour ceux qui souhaitent manger à l'appartement mais l'essentiel est là.
• S. Chaudhuri (8/5): London apartments - The location of the property was excellent. Holborn underground station was 3min walk. Sainsbury was just opposite to the Holborn station. Flat was in the ground floor so access was convenient. Lots of restaurants all around. There was washing machine soaps and dishwasher soap. Garbage bin covers was there. The flat was for 3 adults, too small for 4. Two children and two adults, would be good also. Bathroom shower sliding door was broken, the bathroom exhaust wasn't working well. One slim cupboard was there to keep things, but the lowest shelve was full with things of the owners. Cookware needs some upgrade.

• Natalie (7/5): Top notch location, neat city pad for exploring London. - Unbeatable location and a good price for location. Great to have a little kitchen for use. Although tight our family of 4 were able to squeeze in OK and enjoy being so close to everything. Classic older London building, little bit lacking in air flow and bed was a wee bit soft and mildly sagging but we have sensitive backs I’m sure others may find it very comfortable.

• Eamonn (9/5): Great Place to be in the Heart of the West End - Outstanding location, 15 minute walk to Soho, the West End and Chinatown, 10 to British Museum, < 25 to Trafalgar Square and National Gallery. Super quick and easy Tube access, with a major grocery store around the corner, but incredibly quiet, even on a Friday and Saturday night!

• Jason (5/5): We messaged Marco all of this information so this negative review should not come as a surprise. We would not stay at th - The location was great, close to Holborn Tube station and central for walking. When we first arrived there was a drug addict in the doorway shooting up, and 2 more addicts across the lane who did not look in good shape. Thankfully they moved for us to enter the building. The front door to the building did not feel secure and is damaged, probably something for maintenance to attend to. The first few nights we had people knocking on the windows and buzzing the intercom. My husband noticed a man pooing in a plastic bag in the front doorway and then he threw the bag under the a parked car. It was disgusting. When my husband checked the locks on the windows when we first arrived, 2 windows were unlocked. The ventilation fan in the bathroom has not been working, and we had to open the bedroom window (with the padlock locked for safety) to let moisture escape. The apartment is riddled with mould, especially the ceiling and cornices in the bathroom, and walls in the lounge room and bedroom. I suspect maybe the exhaust fan has not been working for a while. By the end of our 5 day stay we were all coughing and had developed sore throats whilst in the apartment.

• Dalit (9/5): Superb - The location is great !! The beds are comfortable- both bed and Sofa. Great to have a kitchen and a place to have a coffee when desired. The owner was nice to allow to put our bags in ahead of checking time. It would be great to have some extra towels available. We did not ask for any - but I would expect to have more than one per person to begin with.

• Shrikant (9/5): Lovely experience with great host and his support team - Excellent location. Quite convenient for London tourism. Apartment is nice and well maintained. Hosts have been very cooperative and professional. Since the apartment is on ground floor, we could hear passers by. Our bad luck, there were several times during the night and early mornings we could hear this and it was somewhat disturbing.

• Woodhall (9/5): Very good stay and value for money. - The apartment was very comfortable and in an excellent location for central London but it was still nice and quiet once inside. It was also good value for money and when we contacted the owner he was very helpful. The toilet seat was broken and we couldn't find the extra bedding for the sofa bed so we had to ring the owner who was very helpful with our request but he said that there should have been an instruction booklet on the table but it was not there.

• Kovalova (5/5): Passable - Close to the center, very good place,the rooms are big enough. the sofa in the living room should be replaced or a mattress should be offered because it is impossible to sleep on such a sofa, the bathroom was quite dirty, especially in the shower. Everything else was fine, I liked it

• Michael (6/5): Good location but enjoyability limited by strong smell of damp due to the pre-existing leak in the kitchen. - Excellent location, good shower. Good wifi. The flat smelt strongly of damp because there had been a leak in the kitchen. The owner acknowledged this and had a plan to fix it after our stay, however it was quite unpleasant as I needed to stay in all day to work (reason for booking the place). If it was my flat I wouldn’t rent it out until this was fixed. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken and loose (lifted fully off). The shower door did not close fully, although it didn’t leak so not too bad. Finally, whilst the check-in method using a key safe was very convenient, I wonder if the owner would consider keeping the key safe about ground level because it was covered in cat or dog urine when we went to unlock it.

• Dermawani (4/5): Good location , quiet place , not easy process check out , toilet seat and sofa extension issue - location process check in check out using the key located at keybox accros the property. leaving the key to the same place as we checked in . after more than 30minutes checked out , Marco kept calling and demanding the answer of the key whereabout ,when they cannot find the key , although I have clearly explain before and after check in that it has been put at the place as instructed , He asked me multiple times "why it is not there ? , But it is not there , where is it ?", message and calling (through my personal whatsapp )and sending picture of empty box , kept saying the cleaner cannot find the key ,which turned out finally (after long argument) told me turned out the cleaner got the key . It is really disturbing although Marco finally appologize . For next guest advice don't leave the key during check out but make sure to hand it to the person in charge . Property located at ground floor , could not get the sunlight as we always keep the window close for privacy. Toilet seat broken , ask us to leave the key again for person to fix it while it was not fixed when we come back . Again no privacy leaving the key to somebody to come into the property while you still staying. Sofa extension is broken , the extension cannot attached to the sofa . Again Marco told me to left the key again to keybox outside for somebody come to fixed it. Oh Not again. I did not left it this time, Washing machine available (No dryer), coffee maker, and oven and electric stove available.
