• József (1/5): Very unpleasant experience + rat visitor - First of all, the apartment had a very strong, stale smell, similar to a basement. The air was damp and humid. We believe that one of the main sources of this issue was the bathroom, where the cabinet is already in poor condition due to moisture and insufficient ventilation. It is possible that this wooden cabinet is also contributing to the unpleasant smell. Additionally, it was not possible to pull down the shutters, as the mechanism is torn out of the wall, so proper shading was not available. However, what was most disturbing for us was that a large rat appeared several times on the balcony next to the bedroom. This was completely unacceptable for us. We opened the balcony door multiple times to ventilate the room, which means there was a real risk that the animal could have entered the apartment. Furthermore, my partner was most likely bitten by bedbugs, as many small red bites appeared on their arms and legs. WE KINDLY ASK THE HOST TO CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE CAN DISCUSS THE FORM OF COMPENSATION!

• Ea (5/5): It's probably ok for short term but I would not repeat. - It had everything one needs but we still felt it was not pleasant to stay there. When we arrived the apartment was cold, unventilated, dark and smelled of humidity. The smell was almost constant and made the stay somewhat unpleasant. The problem was that in the bathroom the water does not drain completely and stays on the surface which generates the humid smell. This is something that is not easy to fix I guess. Also there is no way to hook the shower so one has to always hold it in their hands when using it.

• Prodromos (1/5): Disaster - What to like? The cockroaches!!! The apartment and the entrance of the building were full of cockroaches! 🪳 I counted at least 8 of them at the entrance and 4 inside the apartment

• Marcell (2/5): Very poor - There was the smell of smoking in the bedroom, cockroaches in the living room and we had to argue with the neighbour about the parking place that we were told to use. You have to find a parking place on the street if there is any even though they say that there is parking at the apartment.
