- Carissa Matthews (10/5): Location location location - Location, location, location! Across the road from the beach, balcony overlooking the water and only a short walk to Cavill Mall and cafes and restaurants. Clean and roomy accommodation, which was very comfortable.

- Bs (10/5): Excellent Location and well equipped clean apartment. - Location. View from Windows/ Balcony. Size of Apartment. Facilities provided in the apartment Hassle free Check In and Check out. Short Walk to a lovely Beach. Beds, though comfortable, were moving about. Check out time of 1000 hrs is early.
- Linda (8/5): Amazing view - The view is amazing (!!!), beds were comfortable and we loved the big couch in the living room. The apartment presents nicely. The apartment has everything you need and is located very centrally, a short walk from Cavill ave. It's a great place to stay and we'd consider staying here again just for the views. There was a bit of a cockroach issue in the kitchen (they were everwhere at night). We also found the instructions lacking when cheking in/out. It would have been nice to include the name of the building in the check-in instructions, and where to park (the GPS location led us around the block to another hotel when put into Google maps). The parking lot was also difficult to find (fyi it's one of the first spots to the right when entering). Similarly, when leaving we were told to leave all the keys in the apartment, but couldn't exit the parking lot without the fob... (at least we couldn't find another way).

Otherwise nothing else

Will definitely be booking there again. Key access location a few blocks away, but at least we didn't have to return keys there at end of stay.

Windows were dirty which spoiled the view .. I did end up cleaning then myself
