• Kateryna (10/5): - The swimming pool was awesome! Also, the amenities were just as good as I expected. View from 29th floor is breathtaking. Plenty of restaurants and green zones around. Everything was good, however, the room was probably smaller than 60 sq m - maybe, about 49 or so.

Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy bed to the small touches that made all the difference (like great lighting, soft linens and a quiet space for relaxing after a long day). The location is ideal: central, safe and well-connected to everything in the city. I especially appreciated the smooth self-check-in process and the warm communication with the host — very professional and responsive. This flat isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s a little Viennese retreat that invites comfort and glow. I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, peace and style in Vienna.

El apartamento era muy amplio y fueron muy detallistas dejándonos galletas, pastillas para lavadora, etc. En general, todo bien. Muy bien comunicado y el apartamento muy bien equipadode cubiertos, vasos, etc. . En el baño, sería necesario poner antideslizante , ya que resbala mucho y en el salón, repintar un poco el salón y cambiar la alfombra y el mantel de la mesa. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.
• Linka (5/5): Nice view, but not at that price. - The view of Vienna from the 29th floor is very nice. It started with the entrance code, which turned out to be incorrect. No one answered the phone, and no one called back, even though I asked for it. After waiting for several minutes outside the building, trying to contact them by phone, sending several messages, and finally receiving the correct code, we found the apartment with damaged and dirty walls. This place definitely needs a refresh. On the day of our departure, we received very strange messages telling us not to share details of our stay with the people from Booking.com, who had supposedly been in the building since morning, and, even more bizarre, asking us that we should tell them we are friends with someone who lived there... It was very uncomfortable. It's also strange that this property has changed its name, having done so three times since my booking. For those arriving by car, there were no available parking spaces outside the building, and the parking lot opposite costs 40 euros per day. Another, cheaper parking lot is supposedly 900 meters away, but we didn't check because it was late and we wanted to get some rest as quickly as possible.

• Ellen (7/5): Voor een paar dagen Wenen een uitstekend verblijf. - Appartement is comfortabel, op 29e verdieping met prachtig uitzicht over Wenen. Kleine supermarkt naast het gebouw. Het was nogal ver van de binnenstad, maar metrostation wel dichtbij.
• Chellie (10/5): From start to finish this was a brilliant stay. The hosts were attentive and easily and readily contactable, kindly lett - The apartment was exceptionally clean, had everything that we needed and super comfortable beds, beautifully decorated and certainly felt luxurious.
