Hili (3/5): - Location Over communication on rules made us feel like we couldn't breathe in the apartment without losing our £500 deposit. Correspondence came from various different people, so we never knew exactly who we were dealing with. It is now 7 days after our stay, and they have only just issued the deposit refund, which will take up to another 10 days to arrive in our bank account. Something to factor in if you are budgeting your trip. The apartment wasn't very clean and is much darker than the photos represent. There was a lot of dust on the shelves, which might be difficult for people with allergies. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
