• Aleksandra (7/5): Wszystko ok ale detale wymagają uwagi... - Mieszkanie było w super lokalizacji, z cudownym tarasem na dachu. W rzeczywistości wydaje się nieco mniejsze niż na zdjęciach, aczkolwiek wszystko było, czego trzeba. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dla każdego czekał zestaw 3 ręczników w różnej wielkości i kosmetyki. Kontakt z obiektem super jak i sam odbiór kluczy. Bardzo pomocny host i klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. My byliśmy w 5 osób, ale myślę, że idealnie jest to na 4 osoby max. Mieszkanie jest generalnie w porządku ale wymaga niestety dbałości o detale, a raczej dokładnego sprzątania: sofa na tarasie jest rozwalona i z tego co widziałam w innych komentarzach trwa to już dłuższy czas, prócz tego do dyspozycji jest stolik z 4 krzesłami, które są zardzewiałe i twarde (brak poduszek). Nad prysznicem znajdowała się kratka wentylacyjna, która była pokryta grubym kurzem - trzeba było uważać, bo kurz spadał prosto na biorącego prysznic, do tego dziurawe zasłony w sypialni. Ściany koniecznie do odmalowania - one nie są białe, są okropnie zniszczone i wygląda to niedobrze. W łazienkach brakuje jakiejkolwiek półki. Nie ma gdzie trzymać kosmetyków, a na umywalce jest miejsce jedynie na pastę do zębów i kubeczek. Do tego jeden wieszak to za mało na ręczniki. I niestety izolacja okien jest zerowa i mimo, że mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze wszystko słychać z ulicy. Wieczorem wracają ludzie po kilku drinkach i są na tyle głośni, że ciężko spać, a sofa w salonie skrzypi tak głośno, że obudziłaby martwego, nie wspominając już o tym co próbuje na niej zasnąć i przekręca się z boku na bok.

• M. Heinrich (8/5): Ein Highlight mit Abzügen! - Die Lage ist wirklich super! So nah am Vatikan, ein Traum. Die Terasse war sehr schön, es gab oben sogar einen Kühlschrank und Kochnische mit Mikrowelle. Nicht erschrecken, der Hausflur sieht nicht einladend aus. Die Wohnung summa sumarum aber gut, wir waren mit 4 Frauen dort. Küche gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte nichts. Gewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer muss man selber mitbringen. Die Kapselkaffeemaschine war nicht optimal, wir haben uns lieber löslichen Kaffee geholt. Die Sauberkeit der Bäder war nicht gut, die Duschen sehr klein. Keine Abstellmöglickeiten für Duschzubehör, das war nervig. Die Balkonmöbel leider ziemlich dreckig, Sonnenschutz kaputt. Das Bett im Kinderzimmer hatte die besten Zeiten hinter sich, alleine konnte man aber dennoch gut schlafen. Das Schlafsofa in der Küche ist ziemlich abgewohnt, nicht ganz in Ordnung und quietscht. Ohrstüpsel nicht vergessen, die Zimmer zur Straße sind ziemlich laut.

• Michele (1/5): It was fine. But I will not come back again. - Location We waited more than 2 hours outside the cold weather before the agent arrived to give us the key. Once we were inside he sent us out again for more than 2 hours again to clean the property. He was so rude. I will not go back again. We were so tired from our trip and they were never considerate. My kids and my husband got sick. I will tell my friends not to book this place. No elevator. You have to carry your luggage on the 3rd floor passing the stairs. I had back and shoulder pains carrying my luggage. Although the agent was not nice our stay was fine. The place was clean.

• Patrycja (5/5): - Lokalizacja Apartament został zamówiony na 6 osób jednak dwie osoby musiały spać na złamanej rozkładanej sofie. Pomimo licznych prób kontaktu z administratorem w celu naprawy niestety zostaliśmy poinfromowani, że musimy do końca pobytu spać na złamanym łóżku.
• Stephanie (5/5): It took effort to find the charm of the apartment through all of its faults, please see above, but we all had moments of - The views from the window and patio and the location Washer machine took three hours to complete cycle, no dryer. The range top was broken and there were no instructions. Not enough coffee provided and no instructions where to purchase more. Stains on walls, couch in poor condition, sheets yellowed and dirty, mosquito problem that we could have had a heads up about. No shelf in shower, had to put all shower products on the floor. Dirty bed linens from other guests left in apartment . Over half of electrical outlets did not work. Light in bedside broken. Mildew in shower. Showerhead needed cleaning/maintenance Basically this is a nice apartment, however it needed a deep clean from continuous use, as the place seems used hard and not maintained or deeply cleaned on a regular basis.
• Guest (10/5): Bellissimo alloggio, ottima posizione. - Ottima posizione,zona centralissima ma molto tranquilla a due passi da San Pietro e Castel Sant'Angelo, vicino a ristoranti e locali vari. L'ideale per spostarsi anche a piedi e vedere attrazioni principali. Il propietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, accogliente, ben riscaldato, dotato di tutti i comfort. L'ideale per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici.

• Lucas (10/5): - The Apartment was at a perfect location. The Vatican was just around the corner and it was easy to reach public transport. From the roof top terrace you could see the castello sant'angelo and the building of the papal apartment. Two fully equipped bathrooms and two seperate bedrooms were perfect for our group. The apartment was very spaceious and everything we needed was there. Daniele gave us a very friendly welcome and showed us the apartment and made sure everything was alright before leaving us alone. The roof top terrace was amazing for eating dinner and playing some games. All in all this apartment made an amazing holiday possible. Just some small things. For instance that the stairs up to the roof top terrace were quite narrow or that the doors to the bathroom could not be locked. But that didn't bother us. For our group of five friends this partment was perfect

• Lori (8/5): Apartment was nice, but with the dark stairwell and 67 stairs I would not recommend for elderly. - The location was great...waa clean and bright...The terrace was wonderful. The amount of stairs were a bit much, especially with luggage. Fortunately, our host helped carry our bags. The apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived, which was ok, we just went above to the terrace. the heat would not turn off, when I called, they said it would be taken care of, but never was. was extremely warm. the stairwell was very dark as the lights were dim and do not stay on for long.
