• Todd (4/5): - Location was ideal...... Not a lot else to like sadly........ Advertised with a spa and pool.... sadly neither were available and during school holidays is a joke...... No Laundry facilities, this just is not right..... staying for a week with out a laundry and with children is a nightmare.... Cold, yellowish color liquid dripping from manhole directly above shower..... I have lost faith in Mantra Not a great expierence........
• Jennypher (6/5): Agréable pour un court séjour. - Le confort des lits, la rapidité de l’ascenseur, la baignoire, la propreté et la vue L’internet très instable qui ne fait que de couper. Il n’y a pas de cuisine mais au moins mettre à disposition un micro-ondes pour pourvoir réchauffer nos plats quand on prends à emporter.
• Emily (8/5): Good location and price - Great location very central and close walk to everything, rooms are a bit outdated but can't complain too much for the price. Would stay again.

• Mary (10/5): I enjoyed our short stay and I was very impressed - I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice with its passable standard in booking.com. I found it reallly comfortable and I had all I needed and more. The spa part is none existent and I’d say that why they aren’t getting good reviews. It’s definitely not a spa. Hot tubs are there but look like they are empty for a long time and my daughter tried the gym and said it wasn’t good but the room was very good The view and how they added the treats
• Dylan (2/5): could of been a lot better didn’t get into our unit until 4:30 when we were waiting from 3 to get in definitely won’t be - Needs Abit of maintenance the door handle is broken some time we had to lift the door handle up just to get in The door makes a locking noises randomly kept us up very annoying Booking.com did falsely advertise the unit definitely needs to be fixed
• Mather (3/5): Great location, poor hosting - Great location We had so much trouble accessing the property. We were not provided with the correct instructions for check in. The title of the accomodation mentions a spa, upon arrival we learnt that the spa had been closed for 2 months for maintenance.

• Bonnie (9/5): Spectacular views in Paradise - What a view!!! From your private balcony you could enjoy both sea and city views. Location was right in the heart of Surfer's with easy access to shops, restaurants and groceries. Our concierge was very attentive and sent us helpful videos for self check in that we appreciated. It took a moment to sort out the parking off site but it wasn't a big expense in the end and two options were suggested in the booking for where to leave your car. Also a couple of very small things could use some repair.
