• LukeLeGrand1 (10/5): Brandneues und modernes Apartment - absolute Empfehlung! - Alle notwendigen Informationen wurden vorab über die Booking-App übermittelt. Darüber hinaus habe ich auch Videos vom Vermieter erhalten, um das Apartment gleich zu finden. Der Eintritt mit dem übermittelten Code hat gleich funktioniert und der Schlüssel war sicher hinterlegt. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Alles TOP!

• mihai (6/5): De evitat, prea scump pentru ce ofera, propietar dubios - Apartamentul relativ recent renovat, apa, cafea Apartamentul se afla intrun complex in plina renovare, in casa scarii murdar si miroase urat! Noaptea dupa ora 21:00 f rece in baie, nu a mai functionat caldura, vecinii f galagiosi pana la ora 02.00 dimineata n am putut sa dormim. Am cerut un check out later pentru ca eram neodihniti si ni s a spus ca este 50 euro, dupa ca ne lasa la 25 euro, ulterior ca si 10 euro este ok dar nu am mai stat la 11:00 am predat apartamentul! Propietarul ne a scris ca am lasat apartamentul murdar adica 2 pahare si o farfurie in chiuveta si cateva plase de hartie de brand cum am fost la cumparaturi si SURPRIZA o poza cu o telecomanda demontata si ne acuza ca noi am stricato, nu a existat si nu am folosit asa ceva in apartament ! Nu merita banii platiti acest apartament !!! Sunt mult mai bune in Milano!!!

The apartment was very good and our host was amazing. He helped us with everything we needed and was really quick in his replies. • Henrica (10/5): Milaan vanuit een Loft - De locatie: zowel de wijk Navigli als de Duomo te voet bezocht. De motor parkeren op de stoep. De goede instructies om de loft te bereiken, snelle respons van de host op troubleshooting. Balkon om de was te drogen. Koelkast. De loft ligt een stuk lopen van waar we de motor konden parkeren. We hadden niet verwacht om in nieuwbouw de wateractiviteiten van de buren zo goed te horen.

• alexandre (7/5): Appartement bien situé et équipé mais faible isolation phonique entre les appartements - L’emplacement permettant d’acceder au centre de Milan rapidement. Beaucoup de rangements. Contact avec l’hôte très efficace, meme si la video d’arrivée est à revoir (plus de travaux) On entend extrèmement bien les évacuations d’eaux des voisins, comme s’ils tiraient la chasse d’eau dans la même pièce. Indisponibilité de la wifi rendant toute la domotique inutile … lumières complexe à manipuler dans l’application domitique et pas de Netflix.

• Klára (9/5): Kényelmes és igényes okos lakás. - Egy okos otthonról van szó, igen modern felszereléssel és irányítással. Ráadásul metró megállóhoz közeli, így a belvárosba könnyű a bejutás. A környék kijjebb esik a belvárostól, ami a környéken lévő lehetőségek számát kicsit csökkentette, nehezen találtunk éttermet ami nyitva volt.

• Matteo (7/5): im grossen und ganzen würden wir dieses Smart Loft nach der Bauphase wieder buchen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich &a - War gut ausgerüstet, hatte das nötigste im Smart Loft. Das Bett war meines erachtens nicht wirklich bequem. Die Baustelle vor dem Haus, störte man wurde bereits um 07.00Uhr durch Lärm geweckt. Hätten uns über eine Vorinformation betreffend Baustelle gewünscht..

• Ana (2/5): - The appartment has been renewed recently The heater turns off when the temperature of the room is 22ºC, even though outside was freezing. The isolation of the room was very bad and you could feel that cold wind is coming from outside. The building is currently in construction works and everything is chaotic with no elevator and a lot of stuff in the corridor, very dirty and stinks. Besides, the works start very early in the morning, around 7:30 am.

• Micael (8/5): - Tutto nuovo, comunicazione molto buona cucina completa (anche se non l’abbiamo usata) tecnicamente fuori dal centro ma Milano è così piccola che in 10 minuti si è in duomo Forse il letto un po’ piccolo per due persone adulte Qualche piccolo disagio dovuto al fatto che l’immobile è in ristrutturazione ma i lavori stanno terminando

• SULAIMAN (1/5): من اسوء ايام حياتي سكني في هذا المكان - لم يعجبني اي شيء مدخل الشقه عباره عن درج تنزل معه ثم تواصل المسير داخل عماره تعمر وبعد ذلك تجد العماره تدخل لها بمفتاح ومن ثم تصعد اللفت الى الشقه السرير عباره عن دولاب تضغط ومن ثم تسحب وينزل السرير وقبل النوم بساعتين يجب عليك اصطياد الحشرات والبعوض انصحك باخذ شرشف ومن ثم بدء المعركه اقامه سيئه وسكن سيء ومدخل موحش انصح به اذا كان سعره ب10 يورو وكثير عليه

The apartment was super clean and had so many amazing features! We will defiantly be staying here the next time we are in Milan :) Didn’t know how to catch the train into the centre so had to catch taxis

• Loreta (5/5): - Apartman je u redu. Blizu željezničke postaje. Do centra treba oko 45 minuta hodanja. Problem je što su radovi oko zgrade. U 7 ujutro su nas već probudili,tako da ništa od odmora.
