• Anja (1/5): Lärmbelästigung und Schrecklich - Die Anlageund auch wirklich nur die Anlage ist gepflegt und es sind viele blühende Blumen, Bäume und Sträucher gepflanzt. Der Pool ist sauber. Das Apartment nicht. Absolute Lärmbelästigung, dreckige Sofas, Kissen, Stühle und Matratzen. Auf dem Balkon war ein dreckiger, nasser Plastikteppich, in den Poren hat sich viel Schmutz befunden, er war nass und hat stark muffig gerochen. Wir fanden es eklig darüber zu laufen und dann wieder in die Wohnung. Die Balkontür war nicht zu verschließen, da es nach rechts und nach links keine Sperrung gab, jeder kommt so in die Wohnung, ohne Mühe. Der Safe war nicht nutzbar, auf unsere Bitte, danach zusehen und ihn zu reparieren wurde uns geschrieben, es wäre seit 10 Jahren noch nie etwas weggekommen. Das wars. Wir haben alle Wertsachen bei uns tragen müssen. In der Küche waren unzählige Gewürze, Kaffee, Essig .... alles ist seit Jahren schon abgelaufen, Hühnchengewürz seit 2019 vergammelt. Der Föhn war längsgebrochen, super gefährlich. Wir haben alles auf Fotos festgehalten Das Apartment ist einfach schrecklich gelegen, direkt unterhalb des Balkons ist ein kleiner Weg an dem Dealer ihre Drogen verkaufen. Es besteht eine permanente Lärmbelästigung durch eine Bar, die direkt an der Wohnung grenzt. Am Tag grölen besoffene die Fußball schauen laut rum. Am Abend läuft die Musik ohne Unterlass. Ab 22 Uhr wird die Musik bis weit in die Nacht noch mal mehr aufgedreht. Besoffene schreien, kreischen und brüllen bei Karaokemusik bis nach 3 Uhr nachts. Wir haben 4 Nächte nicht geschlafen. Als Tipp, sucht euch ein anderes Apartment.

• Liina (6/5): - Most of all, the location (beach is near, and it takes like 15 minutes to drive to the southern airport) and the pool (the water was warm in the winter!). Wifi worked fine. In the apartment, there was almost any product one might need (from conditioner to sunscreen), same in the kitchen regarding spices etc. While we didn't need to use them, it was nice to notice they were available since in our experience many places don't even provide salt or shampoo. The noise coming from some bars etc was very disturbing even with all doors and windows closed. There was a karaoke night going on somewhere near until late so you can imagine the quality of the music we were forced to tolerate. The shower doesn't have a door which is weird and not practical at all since most of the bathroom floor gets wet. Also, there was an unpleasant moldy smell in the bathroom (probably due to humidity). The kitchen doesn't have a place to put the dishes to dry, nor was there a kitchen towel. No plugs next to bed. The place probably needs some renovating, deep cleaning, and some faulty pieces of furniture should be replaced (like in the kitchen, some doors don't open/close well and/or are distorted). Way too expensive considering everything.
• Matej (9/5): - The location was perfect being walking distance to all the beaches and restaurants around. The double bed was 2 single beds placed together which wasn't that comfortable to sleep in.
• Jade (5/5): If looking to party = perfect, if looking to sleep = not the one! - Very easy to access the property and the host was very responsive. The property was good value for money for size and the balcony was a lovely bonus. Easy to access wifi, lovely quaint village-like location inside the complex, it was just location overall was poor. Nice amenities inside for showering & cooking was appreciated. Cot was provided as per request which was nice. Pool was not used but nice to have the option! The host was very lovely and responsive though. the property just did not meet our needs or expectations. The location was very poor for sleeping. It is right next to a late night kareoke bar that plays music until 2am with loud singing, and many loud drunk people around. We could not sleep and our baby did not get rest either, even with a white noise machine on loudest. The bed also was very uncomfortable springs and not great for sleeping on. Cleanliness also could have been better with dust and long black hairs found around the apartment.

• Janis (9/5): - Very nice apartment in a beautifull and secured teritory. Had absolutelly everything, that you might need, even sun cream and beach towels. Had a great relaxed stay. Air condition remote not original and sometimes doesn't react to settled temperature.

• Georgiana (6/5): Just a noisy place to sleep - The outside of the complex had nice plants Bed was decent It was not very clean Bathroom was smelly It didn’t have essential or were at the bare minimum (liquid soap at a minimum, no shower gel, no shampoo, just two shower towels and two very small hand towels were given for a period of a week) It was loud at night from a nearby karaoke bar Kitchen: unusable knifes, old pans, didn’t trust them to fry an egg

The overall property was gated so felt very safe and the pool area was a nice place to relax whenever we needed a break The only disadvantage was the nightly karaoke from the pub next door. It didn’t really effect us but could see it bothering the light sleepers.

Com sunny view apartment seems to be name of a single apartment on a complex called by different name found in end though Liked everything about it value for money enjoyed will definitely stay again

The noise isn't too bad for the location... if you shut the balcony doors it does a good job of blocking it all out... the hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful... we would definitely stay again, very sad to leave this studio apartment... highly recommend 👌

• Giorgia (10/5): Amazing position for nightlife! Clean and comfortable - The apartment is right in Veronicas strip, so it’s great for young people who want to go out at night. Of course there was some noise at night, but I have to say that the apartment was keeping the noise away and we could have a good night of sleep. We found a couple of cockroaches, which is expected in Tenerife, but other than that, the apartment was very clean and comfortable.
