• Natasha (6/5): Less than average. - The view!!!! And honestly that’s about it! The lengthy time to get into the apartment, the fact we were given the bare minimum (bedding, towels and that’s about it). Lack of basic amenities, mould in one bathroom, lamps that don’t actually have the correct plugs - it just felt like they were doing the very minimum to rent it. With a little more care it could be lovely. I will say it’s a massive building and the lifts can take a while.
• Nifen (6/5): - Good views of the city, bed was comfortable enough. 10mins to TRX and Pavilion. It was not that easy to locate the building as there were few blocks in the complex, level 53A was confusing as they don’t like the number 4. The cleaning was poor, especially the kitchen there were some type insects poo on the bench and there were a lot on ants. The host did tried to organize the cleaner to come clean it but couldn’t work out the time as we can’t just wait there all day. If you are looking to book for more than 4 adults its too small for it, we had 4adults and 2 children which was ok because the floor mattress isn’t that comfortable. I would look elsewhere in KL.

• Michael Ryle (10/5): Wonderful accommodation. Ideal for a family with elderly members and an infant. - We had a wonderful stay! The host communicated effectively and even accommodated our request for an early check-in. Self-check-in and check-out were easy; the instructions were easy to follow. The room was clean and perfect for our group, which includes an infant. Toiletries were provided, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. Amenities such as a microwave oven, refrigerator, and electric kettle were available. There is a nearby convenience store and restaurants within walking distance, including a McDonald's. Nothing negative, but be prepared to bring a travel adapter suitable for Malaysian plugs (not sure if it's type g). But in case you did not bring any, such in our case, the host had prepared one in the room.

• Ahmed (9/5): Good Overall Stay - Location ,Price, Facilities and surroundings It is little bit small for family of 5 , It is very good for small families .
• Chen (9/5): Lovely stay and Responsive agent - Agent met us at carpark to collect keys but upon checkout, you have to drop the keys back at letterbox yourself. The house is lovely and clean, our 3 kids love it there and near to food but bcos it's Bukit Bintang, do expect traffic jams specially at peak hour timing. We can walk to TRX, if you don't mind going through a small alley. there are shops downstairs and restaurants in the small alley too. Our kids love the playground, swimming pool is quite clean too. Good deal! The funny smell coming from the ventilation in the common bathroom which has no windows. We realized that the ventilation must be turned off, else got funny smell there. Bcos unit is high floor, lift sometimes take a while to come, so must be patient, waiting for lift to come up to your floor.
• Peggyyeo (8/5): The hosts are friendly & approachable. The premise also clean & comfortable. - The building is new & the premise is very clean & comfortable. The instruction's video is too fast for us to get to the actual parking lot. As such, we have to drive around to search for it.
• Nadia (10/5): Exceptional - The house is very clean and complete with everything you would ever need. Owner was also easy to communicate and deal with. Not to forgot the view was top tier!
