• joonkyoung (9/5): 위치 굿. 공간 넓고 주차장 연결되어 중소형차까지는 편할듯 - 위치는 어디든 가깝고 같은건물 1층에 바로 빅마트 있음. 내부 넓어서 편히 쉬기 좋고 주방시설 잘 챙겨 두어서 투숙객에 대한 배려가 보여요. 주차장에서부터 연결되는 lift 덕에 편하고, 주차장 입구 리모컨 작동으로 손쉬우나 오가는 통로 진입로가 타이트해서 ... 중소형-중중형 suv 까지가 한계일듯. 밤에 거리 소음이 정말 심해요. 다른 스페인, 유럽 숙소들에 비해 창에 방음이 너무 안되는 듯. 어딜가나 구도심 관광지 중심에 숙박하는데 다들 창이 잘되어 어느정도 방음력이 있는데 여긴 정말 귀가 길에서 자는 기분. 이부분을 조금만 개선하면 더욱 좋을듯.

• vaso1112 (9/5): Θα το ξαναεπιλεγαμε - Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα, η δυνατότητα δωρεάν χρήσης του πάρκινγκ,το στρώμα ήταν πολύ καλό καθώς κ τα μαξιλάρια. Είχε αρκετές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές κ καφετιέρα, αλλά δεν ειχε για καλωσόρισμα κάψουλες εσπρέσσο. Έγινε λάθος συνεννόηση για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών, αλλά οι διαχειριστές, εφόσον τους αναφέραμε το πρόβλημα που εντοπίσαμε μας βοήθησαν. Επίσης, ενώ ζητήσαμε να παραμείνουμε παραπάνω κ το αποδέχτηκαν την επόμενη ημέρα είχε λήξει ο ηλεκτρονικός κωδικός που μας είχε δοθεί για την πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα και δεν μπορούσαμε να μπούμε. Όταν τους θυμισαμε τη συνεννόηση που είχαμε κάνει, μας βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ, αλλά αγχωθηκαμε στο μεταξύ για τα πράγματα που είχαμε στο διαμέρισμα. Όταν μπήκαμε στο διαμέρισμα διαπιστώσαμε ότι είχε μπει η καθαριότητα κ αισθάνθηκα με κάπως άβολα, διότι για αυτό είχαν airbnb,για να μην έχει πρόσβαση κάποιος στον ιδιωτικό μας χώρο. Παρόλα αυτά η εξυπηρέτηση τους κ η ανταπόκριση τους στα αιτήματά μας ήταν άμεση κ θετική🙂
• Nikita (10/5): Excellent stay in the heart of the city - Excellent communication with the host. All important information was delivered ahead, all questions answered promptly. Great location, two shops next door, lots of cafes and restaurants around, walking distance to city center. Parking in underground garage included, clear instructions to get in and find parking spot. Comfortable apartment, everything you may need, even Nespresso machine. Would gladly stay here again if we visit Malaga again. Not really an issue, just things you may need to know in advance. Parking is on -2 floor, and you are going down through very narrow pass. We managed to get in without issues, but scratches on wall hints that someone else had issues. Apartment is on 2nd floor with windows to quite busy street. There are blinds, so light won't be an issue in bedroom. But noise could be an issue if you are really light sleeper - consider earplugs.

• Giedrius (10/5): Good value for money option if you want to visit Malaga. Convenient underground parking was provided so we could stay fo - Quite spacious and good option for staying with family. Nearby multiple restaurants and city center places to visit. All was good.

• Ana (4/5): free parking,wifi and ac but very loud - location in city center, air condition, wifi, free parking in the building, elevator. Supermarket was next door. very loud whole night (cleaning company was meeting outside the building, cleaning cars and emptying trash bins,parking garage in front of apartment, ...), poor isolation so the noise is louder. Tourists going home were also making noises (this was expected). I was wearing earplugs for sleeping and still hearing people/cars... No towel hangers, knives not sharp.

• Mohammad (10/5): - Appuntamento era molto molto pulito e bello Il letto era deforme non sì riusciva a dormire bene ,le finestre non erano insonorizzare,esseno una zona centrale fino alle 5.00 del mattino sembrava di avere gente in casa che chiacchierava in casa ,penso di avere preso la multa perché tutte le vie che andavano verso hotel erano zona controllata ,ho messo nome della Via che mi avete dato per evitare ma anche in quella direzione (con navigatore) erano tutte zona controllata,vi consiglio di prendere accordi con comune che danno numero della targa della machina dei ospiti non li facessero la multa.
• Paul (1/5): Noisy and uncomfortable stay – not recommended. - Terrible experience. The apartment has very bad soundproofing (you can hear everything from the neighbors), so we couldn’t sleep all night. On top of that, the owner asked for good reviews in exchange for discounts, which is unacceptable.
• Zhencao (4/5): Not comfortable as what we expected - The apartment is in the center of the city, walking distance to the church, Picasso Museo and other attractions. The best part is that it has own parking space, which is very convenient to traveling with a car. The service is very quick and useful. The living room is spacious, good for a large group. It is an old apartment, the beds are not clean enough. There were the drinks from last guest in refrigerator. The most important note is that the rooms were very very noisy. The apartment is on a street with lots of people singing and talking till 4am. The windows were not sealed well, you can hear anything on the street….

• Maria (10/5): Wonderful, a walking city, with amazing food, wines, archictecture, thiroughly enjoyed our visit, will teturn - Absolutely beautiful apartment in an equally beautiful building centrally located. Impeccably clean, finished to a very high standard. Bathroom was very high spec with a double vanity, kitchen equipped with everything needed, dishwasher, washer/ drier, coffee machine , all the mod cons.Beds very comfortable, apartment tastefully decorated. Grocery stores 50m from the apt. Restaurants, historical sites all within walking distance. Absolutely delighted with our accommodation, could not have been better. Sara, our point of contact answered concerns promptly and efficiently and assisted us with troubleshooting parking difficulties. We actually got to meet her during our stay and got to thank her in person. We highly recommend you stay here, it is an ideal place for a short break in a wonderfully vibrant city. Access to our building via car was very problematic as roads were blocked off because of religious processions the day we arrived. It was necessary to download 2 apps in advance, one for the underground car park( only available on the iphone) the other to access the apt. We were unable to access the garage via the app but with Sara's help used the remote control in the apt to come and go. If you are not hiring a car and are coming from the airport via taxi or public transport(as I usually do), the process is infinitely simpler and more user friendly. This is not isolated as many European cities are not easily accessible by car. Something to consider when planning your breaks.

• Kristina (10/5): Lovely stay - Lovely and cozy apartment in the city center. Big advantage that it has a parking space since it is difficult to park in Malaga center. Very helpful staff regarding any issues or questions. Property was perfect, only thing to mention as it is in the centre, surrounded by bars and restaurants, it is quite noisy at night, I would recommend taking ear plugs :D
• Giovanni (9/5): Amazing location in the heart of Malaga - Location, space and facilities within the apartment. Staff was super reactive and offered complete and detailed instructions The garage has some narrow bends, and if you have a big car you must pay attention when moving.

• Francesco (8/5): Very good - Nice clean apartment in Malaga city center I saw many people complaining about the noise, but I honestly slept pretty well All in all, you are in the city center It's incredible how nobody mentioned the parking store right in front of the apartment You had people literally watching in your apartment which didn't have any curtains Also any car parking late at night would illuminate your bedroom with day light All in all I'm ok with this apartment, it's just weird that nobody mentioned it

Tip for fellow travellers, download and register the app before getting there, since it can be busy im front of the garage. - You are in the old time and it is noisy. Especially as the windows are not sound proof.

• Family (10/5): Christmas in Malaga - We loved the location, it was close enough to city centro that we could walk and explore the city without having to worry about driving or finding parking. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from. The below ground parking was very tight for our mini van. We made it without any problems, but it was a tight fit! Since we came at Christmas time, it would have been nice to see a few Christmas decorations but we definitely enjoyed what we saw in the centro area.

• Ivan (2/5): Very poor - The noise from the street was very loud, and the windows did not attenuate the noise at all. The noise from the street continued to long after mid-night and started very early in the morning. All the rooms are located towards the street and therefore it was almost impossible to get any sleep. We can under no circumstances recommend to rent this apartment.
