- John (1/5): One of my worst accomodation experiences - As soon as we got to the property, it was not at all ready for occupancy. The sink was full with used dishes, the garbage can was filled to the brim with garbage. The beds were used and not made, the towels were all dirty. We had no place to sleep nor towels to use for a shower. Owner ignored all my messages and calls and didnt even try to return them after expressing my concerns. No refund or compensation was given. I would not recommend booking this place at all.

- Harryono (3/5): Disappointed as the reviews are good. - Good location. The floor was dirty. One of the rooms was so tiny that there’s no space on the side of the bed so I have to climb up the bed from the end of the bed. The bedside lamps were not working.
There’s construction work that starts from early in the morning. The shower windows has no curtains so people from other buildings can see through.

- Fetiha (10/5): Highly recommend - Apartment was as advertised in great condition, smelled amazing once we entered and clean. Beds were very comfortable as well and even though there was construction nearby you could not hear it through the windows or balcony. We booked here last minute after a disaster booking in Miami Beach but owner was able to allow us to book and check in same day and easily reachable. All amenities supplied were sufficient for 3 people including towels and toiletries. Parking was easy to find and covered from the rain and sun which helped a lot. Owner was very accommodating and responsive via messages on booking.com app. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami as it felt like home.

He made sure we had what we needed and responded very quickly. The apartment was clean and well organized. Loved the balcony. The outside and the hallway was not pleasant. The pictures need to be updated on site. The master bed my sister did not like the firmness but not a big deal.

The earlier reviews were very accurate: the sound insulation of the building is so bad you hear every little sound the neighbours make, or of what’s happening in the hallway. The street noise travels easily through windows too. The condo does require a major renovation. Check-in experience was poor. The host discovered that their connected entrance door lock does not work for non +1 phone numbers. It was not easy to get new check-in instructions last minute. Upon our arrival, the space was still being cleaned.

Very close to the bridge so easy to get to the beach and easy access to design district and wynwood. - Rachel (2/5): Shady - Location Biggest problem that put a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning and tainted the whole place and stay was the non-transparency of the price additional cost. felt like I was bait and switched. I knew the cost upfront of the property. Property was booked with no cancellation because it was so close to the date in which I was going to arrive. There was a notice that may be additional but we’re not specified. The management went through the whole laundry list of everything with me after I paid how to enter the facility all of it yet the one thing they chose to leave out the pet fee. I came with two cats and reported this to them yet they continue to give me every instruction for everything outside of the cost of the pet fee and this was automatically charged and left out till the very end like oh by the way. So the property cost me about $300, however, the Pet fees cost me $200. Oh by the way, the pet fee is $100 per pet. I was livid because I think that’s a ridiculous amount of money to charge for a pet fee. I was livid because it was not transparent or clarified early on enough. It felt like a sneaky maneuver. I called Booking.com and expressed my absolute dissatisfaction. Was hoping Booking.com would be able to somehow get me out of the property because now it’s gonna cost me $500. Booking.com said they couldn’t do anything about it, but they could notify them that they should be a little bit more transparent on the write up regarding the Pet fee. I told them to hold off on that because I had a bad taste in my mouth and didn’t feel like dealing with this until after my stay. in terms of the location two bedroom unit. Decent furniture, kind of cheap kind of old. Air conditioning not so good. Had a sense of humidity. Balcony could’ve been spruce up a bit. I would not recommend this property. I’ve stayed at places that are the same cost or cheaper much nicer. Try Sentral in Wynwood to have a much more pleasurable experience and a new place.

- Barbara (9/5): Superb - I like the fact it had a balcony and we wasn't far from downtown. The neighbors were very loud and we could hear everything. No place to deposit trash and didn't have dish towels. But other then that it was a great experience.

When we had a problem with the fridge, the owner responded responsibly and timely. Communication with owner was unsatisfactory. We had a stressful time entering the unit, due to defficient communication with the owner over the 24-48 hours previous to the rental period. Messaging through Booking was slow, responses were scant, and information provided was insufficient. Better level of care on this front would have avoided stress and unnecessary anguish. The owner was not available to answer calls, whatsapp messages and emails. I had tried for two days to review the check-in procedures, to no avail. At the end, I had to call Booking customer service twice the evening of our entry, while the first group of the party was literally waiting outside for over 2 hours. (Booking could not locate the owner either during this critical time). A minor comment: lighting in the bedrooms was deficient, uncomfortable; this can be easily addressed. Finally, owner’s unwillingness to assist with requests for storing luggage for a few hours was unfortunate as well (despite acknowledging that this as well advertised in advance by the owner).

- Steve (7/5): Decent unit with possibilities but needs some changes - Location is very centric in Miami, there is a dedicated parking spot and most of the time extra parking space in the street.
Bathrooms are ok Hallways are not properly maintained, floor of the apartment is dirty, sleeping couch is poorly usable. All communication is done remotely via the app. The owner is nowhere to be seen, which is not a problem as such, but becomes one if the unit is poorly managed.
For example during checkout we forgot a laptop charger and power adapter, of which we informed the owner as we had a relative who could pass by and collect this. Granted, it is not the owners problem/fault if we forget something, but an answer to this question only arrived after 2 days later and collecting it was not possible. All in all it is not a bad apartment, but the non-involvement of the owner reflects on the general state of it and does not leave you with welcome feeling.
- Marios (8/5): Very good - Great location. Apartment has all you need. Safe neighborhood. The apartment needs some refreshing and some of the appliances did not work properly e.g. dishwasher. The last day we also had problems with the freezer.

Two fab restaurants in the neighborhood one for a great dinner and another for breakfast. Poor (no) communication, given telephone number not answered, how to enter the apartment block, had to download an app for keyless entry, info could have been given before. Carpark space very small for an full size SUV.
Entrance to the apartment block, smell of piss and strong smell of narcotics, weed, people smoking the dope.
Apartment cleanliness, pure dirt for instance on the bedroom doors just fitly, black dirt marks everywhere. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable, airco, compressor faulty. Not able to open wardrobe doors jammed, not able to hang up clothes Apartment is direct above the flying route of MIAMI airport, planes taking of all night long. Extremely noisy in the night, street car racing, partying etc.
Assume that everybody has to pay for a cleaning fee (we did USD 120,-) and expect a spotless apartment and not have cleaned incl empty beer cans on the balcony, under the sun lounger, missed by the cleaner.

- Sonja (5/5): Passable - The location was nice and a parking lot was included. The design of the Apartment was nice. The bed arrangement was not described correctly, there was only one double bed per bedroom instead of the described double bed plus couch plus futon bed! We were 5 persons and one had to sleep in the living room on a sofa that we had to prepare ourself. In addition, we didn't have enough towels and the described hairdryer was missing! When we asked for it, no reply came until he wrote that we should check out.
The apartment was really noisy and the toilet was not completely clean.
