- Jose (3/5): Good location, but beware of surprises... - Can't say a thing. Location was supposed to be convenient. They left me stranded, coming from an international flight. I contacted them via WhatsApp before departure from another country just to be told that they were booked for my room and had only a studio. I was asked to send ID and full prepayment via bank transfer. They never sent me a message to inform me. I had to stay at the airport as my flight arrived at 1AM and they refused to assist me. Very improvised and traumatic "welcoming" experience.

- Jenny (7/5): A bit different than expected but clean & very friendly staff! - The room & bathroom were really clean. We had hot water. The communication with the owner was really good & nice & helpful! I think the owner has several places because the whole decoration of the house didn’t look like on the pictures of the accommodation that we booked, e.g. no bird paintings in the hallway. It was clean but run down e.g. the room could need a bit of fresh paint. We arrived late & left early so for that it was good especially due to the comfy bed & super helpful communication.

I would stay again if I had another layover in Bogotá. - We had a layover in Bogotá, so we wanted something near the airport that didn’t break the bank but was clean and comfortable. We loved staying here and the communication with the staff was wonderful. If I have another layover in Bogotá, I would stay again. - Easy to get in to the apartment. - Great proactive communication. - Comfortable and clean - 24 hour restaurant nearby was very yummy. - Felt like a safe neighbourhood and easy to get to the airport. - you could hear others in the building but it wasn’t that bad. - no hot water but we knew that ahead of time, so we were prepared.
