Giriş kapısı apartman dışında ve inşaat malzemeleri ile tuzaklanmış gibiydi. Gece geldiğinde telefonun ışığı yoksa eve karanlık sebebiyle zor girersin. Ayrıca banyo havluları, yastıklar, nevresim çık özensiz ve geçirilmemişti.

Владелец поставил новый диван, как же это удобно и здорово🤗 Большое спасибо Девид, что вы приехали и решили наш вопрос с краном в ванной комнате. То, что лифта нет, для кого то покажется сложным. Но мне все понравилось, очень люблю старые дома.

• pascale (3/5): Pas content du tout !! - Douche qui fuit, salle de bain malodorante, canapé convertible inconfortable à l’assise car très usagé, déplié, il était sale ( miettes, cheveux) et inutilisable en tant que lit, c’est plus confortable de dormir à même le sol ! Cuisine : four mixte et plaque vitrocéramique, mais sans mode d’emploi , on a pu utiliser le mode micro ondes par 30secondes... le four, commandes incompréhensibles, les plaques impossible à mettre en marche... un point positif au milieu de cet océan de critiques, c'est bien placé, centre ville à 30min à pied, 15 min transport en commun. Bref, pas contents !!

• Steven (8/5): Good value stay with some issues that could mostly be easily rectified. - Close to U Bahn, a great restaurant nearby, quiet and away from traffic. Also bed comfortable and washing machine useful. Clear instructions on how to gain entry. Not as clean as it should have been on entry, particularly the kitchen fridge and some cooking equipment. No instructions on use of the washing machine or cooker. No sign of the microwave and owner did not respond to a question about this. The balcony entrance to apartment is damaged, propped up with metal supports and the safety aspect is questionable.
• Annaj (8/5): Very good - Localisation, good instructions sent by the owner. 1 dishwasher tablet per 6 days stay and I washed most of dishes by hand - no dishwasher dryer
• Sharon (8/5): Great little place - Great little studio apartment in a residential block. Clean and well equipped, it was just a 10 min walk to the city walls & 5 mins from nearest station. Comfortable beds, washing machine, very responsive hosts -it was spot on for our 4 night stay and great value Nothing major at all but the sofa could do with renewing, and the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. That's all

• Alexander (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment in a good area close to the city centre with excellent public transportation options. Apartment was clean with everything you might need like a full kitchen, washing machine and even an outside sitting area for smokers or when the weather is nice. At this pricepoint it beats any hotelroom in the city. Communication with the host was great. Got a message through the Booking app on arrival day with check in instructions and access codes. Once inside, there were keys to use for the rest of the stay. Only possible downside might be that it's on the 3rd floor with no lift since its an older building, 19th century my guess. For me that was no issue at all but something to take in to consideration if you are traveling with somebody with mobility issues. Other that that, excellent value for money.

• Tina (7/5): Nice apartment in wrong location - Clean, warm, quiet, comfortable Not the best first impression from the look of the outside and the area around apartment building was very unclean. The apartment is on the third floor with six flights of stairs and to enter the apartment you had to walk a long a outside landing which was held up by metal scaffold poles, propped on pieces of wood didn’t look very safe and the landing is a slight slope would not advise to book if you have any mobility issues. It’s a good 20min walk to start of main town.
• Ati (10/5): Lovely and well-equipped apartment - This apartment is in a very good location, only a few minutes walk from S-bahn and U-bahn (metro) station (the name of the stop is Rothenburger Strasse). You can reach the old town with the metro in about 10 minutes, or on foot within 30 minutes. Lidl and Norma supermarkets are on the next corner. A few hours before our arrival the owner sent us some photos and information about the building, the entrance code and the flat. Communication went smoothly during our stay too. The flat is located on the 3rd floor (with no elevator) in a 4-storey building. It is small but well-equipped with very good quality furniture and electronic devices. The bed is very comfortable, and you even have large flat TV, washing /drying machine and dishwasher. The whole building and the neighbouring streets were very quiet at night. Internet is very fast with wifi 6. The bathroom is very small and as other guests mentioned in the previous reviews, the insulation of the shower cabin is not perfect, the water leaks from it, so you have to clean it up after having a shower.

• Adiba (9/5): Fantastic studio apt, highly recommended - Everything was perfect, clear check in, convenient location, clean and well-furnished with all necessary amenities (even had netflix!). Would highly recommend it and stay here again! Excellent communications, very responsive. For long term stays, the bathroom shower might be slightly inconvenient since the water from the shower leaks out. A permanent solution to this would be appreciated.
