• Ionescu (9/5): - Everything according to description, very large and well equiped appartement. Quiet area, subway close to the flat. The couch needs some love, further everything was allright.

• Radwa (9/5): Decent stay. - Clean and spacious for 5. The kitchen has all the utilities even a coffee maker is there. It was a bit hot in the morning because the first day was 32 degrees and there was no fan and the apartment is on the top floor. If you have heavy luggage make sure you have someone strong with you to carry them all the stairs up.

• Bogumił (10/5): - Kilka minut piechotą od stacji Leytonstone na Central Line, super czysto oraz wygodne łóżka, mimo iż bardzo miękkie. Dwie łazienki z pełnym wyposażeniem bardzo się przydały naszej rodzinie. Wszystkie sprzęty kuchenne. Bardzo dobre WiFi i TV. Tylko to, że nie widziałem informacji wcześniej że mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze po schodach, choć dla nas to nie był problem.
• Kai (9/5): Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis für London - Super Unterkunft mit perfektem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis Mit der U-Bahn kommt man bequem überall hin. Die U-Bahn Station ist nur 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Da Türschloss der Eingangstür zur Wohnung klemmt etwas… man braucht ein Stück bis man ein Gefühl dafür hat.

• Srinivas (8/5): Just misses an excellent rating..... - The Host Davide was excellent all through. Good Location close to the tube station- 7 minute walk. Good pubs and stores nearby. Liked The rooms n upkeep, crispy clean linen and good hygiene overall. The cheap bonnel spring Mattresses were uncomfortable n gave us body pains by the morning.Can certainly be firmer. I Recommend changing to Spring coil. Pillows we wafer thin. We used the Sofa cushions to give a little volume. Even had to fold them into half for some pillow feels. The narrow staircase and the 3 floors climb up was troubling with all the luggage. Somehow it didn't strike me about the the steps. Missed my attention while booking. The Bath tub is narrow n certainly dangerous and could result in a fall if one isn't very conscious. The disturbing sounds of renovation n drilling sounds all through the last 3 days. Pricing was higher for this place. We found a suspicious gadget attached to the bedside table. Pic enclosed fyip.

• Evi (9/5): Superb - Cute and modern apartment, very warm and it has the necessary utilities for cooking. Loved the windows and literally two minute walk from the underground station. Very few small things I did not like. First of all the mattress sink when you lie which makes it uncomfortable. There was some chunks of dust here and there and the drawer in the master bedroom was a bit wonky.

Spacious The front door and communal area are horrible. There was disgusting litter outside on the street. There was only one skinny pillow each on the beds. Very uncomfortable. There were cushions on the bed but they were dirty so we didn'twant to use them...

The sofa was slightly uncomfortable as it’s so small, I understand a lot of BnB have similar sofa beds but with such a large living room I think a better sofa to enjoy watching the only tv in the apartment on would be nice. That’s my only fault

• Jamie (10/5): Exceptional - Superbly clean, very quiet and very nicely furnished apartment that is located within a 3-minute walk from Leytonstone Station, which is approximately a 20-minute tube ride to central London. The apartment is in a small "Cul de sac", which makes it a little off from main road traffic also. The host was super helpful throughout the entire booking and holiday process. Stairs - For me it was not an issue, however, it should be noted that this apartment is 3 flights of stairs up (50 steps in total) and if you have lots of luggage or have mobility difficulties, this may not be the location for you.

• Gary (9/5): It was a very pleasant stay indeed. Could reach Central London within 30 minutes via the Underground - Excellent location. 5 mins walk to the Metro station. Tesco Extra is located nearby.
• Jacquelyne (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and had everything you would need. Very comfortable apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. With it being a loft apartment & there only being stairs, if you have a lot of luggage, you may find it a challenge getting up there.
• Ines (10/5): Great, great, great! - The flat is great - modern, comfy and super clean. To our surprise come the 2 bedrooms also with 2 bathrooms. The equipment is all you need & more! Everything was perfekt - also the possibility to kontakt somebody - over booking app - so very easy - but we didn't nee it - we got all our informations in advance. But to know there is help when needed was a good feeling. We definately come back! -

I was only 5 min walk away from the central line. very very useful as it’s one train straight across London. dav nothing I loved everything
