• nathali (10/5): Tu mejor elección si vienes a Venecia 🛶🇮🇹❤️ - TODO ESPECTACULAR UNA MARAVILLA La mejor opción sin duda alguna haré mi segundo viaje y me hospedaré aquí volveremos nos a encantado el trato de Cristina y Elena muy amables y pendiente de nuestra llegada. Todo muy céntrico cerca a todo al canal a plaza de san marcos a plaza del roma supermercado al lado una pasada. Encantada del apartamento cozy studio with canal view

• Guest (6/5): Taxes et ménage à payer en liquide ( avec facture) - Une employée vient vous attendre au vaporetto parce que sinon il serait difficile de trouver l' appartement Appartement propre, climatisé avec vue sur le canal, les gondoles passent sous les fenêtres. Les fenêtres sont équipées de barreaux et de moustiquaires ( l'une avaient un peu vécue) Pas d'escalier à monter. Literie de bonne qualité. Bon wifi. Douche++ Une superette, des restos etc à une centaine de mètres. Possibilité d' aller au marché à pied mais il faut bien noté le chemin pour revenir ... Les voisins de l'immeuble d'en face ( très proche) avec les fenêtres étaient très bruyants. Difficile de faire le lit et même de s'y installer ( coincé entre deux murs) sans table de chevet Ne pas se promener dans le quartier le nez en l'air, il est difficile de rentrer parce que le GPS ne capte pas dans tous les coins de la ville ( c'est aussi le charme de Venise) Le montant des taxes et du ménage majore le prix de l'hébergement de 14% et doivent être réglés en liquide

• Sardis (10/5): Η τέλεια διαμονή στη Βενετία - Μας άρεσαν οι απόλυτα σωστές πληροφορίες για την πρόσβαση σε αυτό. Το πολύ ζεστό καλωσόρισμα από το προσωπικό. Η θέση ιδανική για εξορμήσεις σε όλη την Βενετία δίπλα στην διάσημη γέφυρα Rialto και στα καραβάκια συγκοινωνίας. Η θέα μοναδική στο κανάλι ακριβώς μπροστά από τα παράθυρα. Άριστη καθαριότητα. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Αίσθηση ασφαλείας παντού. Γενικά είναι ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα με ότι χρειάζεται ο ενοικιαστής για να νιώσει σαν το σπίτι του. Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα σε αυτό. • Marta (10/5): Confortable y céntrico - Alojamiento cómodo y acogedor, muy bien situado, céntrico,con vistas a un canal, buena calefacción, tenía productos básicos para cocinar (sal, aceite, azúcar) y un supermercado al lado. El sofá se convierte en una cama muy confortable. Nos encantó! Gracias por todo.

Studio spacieux, tout équipé, propre, et très bien placé avec toutes les commodités à proximité ! Secteur calme le soir et dynamique la journée ! Pour le rapport prix / emplacement/ qualité, vous n'aurez pas mieux !

It has like three doors to enter… which makes it safe but also uncomfortable to enter and exit…The view of the canal is a bit limited… because the window has bars… which makes it safe but doesn’t allow you to maximize the view…does not have delf check in

• OGUZHAN (1/5): - First of all, the person managing the property was kind and polite, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t any issues. To start, the canal view isn’t as impressive as it sounds—it’s an old, unused, and neglected canal. The worst thing, however, was the cleanliness. 1. The bedsheets and pillows had a terrible odor. Next to the bed, there were disgusting and health-threatening items like used band-aids and bandages left by a previous guest, which clearly shows that the property wasn’t properly cleaned or following hygiene standards. Additionally, in the bathroom, there were leftover soaps, shampoos, and unidentified products from previous guests left in the shower. There was even a used urine cleaning foam left near the toilet (yes, used). All of this reflects a lack of professionalism in maintaining the property. Finally, taking a shower was impossible because the shower cabin would fill up with water that wouldn’t drain. After a while, the shower would flood, turning into a pool, forcing you to stop mid-shower.

• Darcio (10/5): Belíssimo apartamento, com ótima localização. - Moderno apartamento, com bonita decoração e com tudo o que você precisa. Localizado muito próximo ao Palazzo Vecchio e Ufizzi. Foi tudo excelente. Talvez um pouco mais de pressão no chuveiro seria o ideal.

• Katrin (10/5): Traumhafte Tage in Venedig - Absolut top Lage direkt am Kanal. Man kann vom Bett aus den Gondoliere vorbeifahren sehen. Die Rialtobrücke ist nur 5min entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche tolle Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, die alle schnell per Fuß zu erreichen sind. Das Appartment war top ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Appartment war größer als erwartet mit schickem und großem Bad. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter war top organisiert und wir haben auch noch tolle Tips für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Und weil Silvester war gab es noch einen Panettone als Gastgeschenk. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

• Lynnette (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a mother daughter getaway! - This property was clean, updated, safe area, and had everything we needed. Loved looking out the window and seeing a boat go by. The host was wonderful and provided transportation information on how to get to and from airport, activities to see, and places to eat. The area was in an older part of Venice and away from the crowds. The shops and restaurants were much more affordable and not busy at all compared to the tourist area we visited.

• nicolet (10/5): Awesome - The house was very today, amazing location away from the bustle of tourists. So lovely to see the gondola go past the window. The staff instructions were great, they helped me with airport information, and hired me a porter to get back to the airport boat. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, the bed was comfy, even left me a bottle of Prosecco and water in the fridge. I would love to come back here again

Znajduje się na parterze budynku opływanego przez kanał, po którym pływają gondole tak, że gondoliera widać przez okno na wyciągnięcie ręki. • Andrea (9/5): Great location - wonderful hosts with a nice and cozy stay. - The Cozy Studio was the perfect location - its was only a 4 minute walk from the water taxi and it was about 14 minute walk to St Mark's . It was nice and quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

• Ellie (9/5): Perfect little apartment, close to everything but peaceful and comfortable - Loved this cute, comfortable, quiet little apartment. Pictures don't do it justice - the canal is right outside, you will see gondoliers floating past your window. Accommodation is compact but perfect for two and definitely didn't feel cramped. Everything was beautifully clean and we had absolutely everything we needed. Great comfy bed and good shower. The location is excellent, right in the centre of the main island and only a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, but tucked away down a quiet alleyway. The area has a great mix of tourists and locals and definitely felt less hectic than the main drag up near St Marks Square (which is only about 10 mins walk away). There's a little supermarket round the corner and excellent choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. Great Comms from the management and a warm welcome from Cristina, who met us from the vaporetto stop and was really generous with advice over WhatsApp to ensure that we really made the most of our stay. Honestly the only tiny fault I can find is that the shelf by the bed was tiny and too small to hold bedside bits and bobs (book, glasses, glass of water etc). Other than that it was perfect!
