The facility itself is clean, th - The view was nice There were too many essentials missing when we got there. We were told we’ll get a crib on booking but the facility didn’t give us one. When I brought this up nothing was done about it. There were no pots and the heater wasn’t functioning when we first arrived. Then the gas cooker stopped working mid way.

• Jane (8/5): Great stay Wembley and would definitely stay here again ! - Location perfect adjacent to outlet and restaurants, apartment was modern fantastic views, liked the security checks that the property has in place, bed comfy, loads of storage, All you need for great stay in Wembley Nothing major would say attention to details could be improved, bed lamp new but no bulb in ? Kitchen utensils could do with a little attention knife with no handle on, dishwasher needs attention, no salt in, been put in where the rinse aid should go ? So needs checking, and maybe a couple of chopping boards to save your worktops etc

L’uscita dalla vasca risulta un po’ pericolosa perché il pavimento della vasca è scivoloso e il muretto è abbastanza alto, basterebbe mettere un tappeto antiscivolo

• Sean (8/5): Superb location and friendly and helpful staff, but extra fees make it prohibitive for a short stay - Fantastic location right next to Wembley Stadium, spacious apartment, helpful staff when collecting keys and checking out The additional cleaning fee is outrageous (especially for a single night stay), and particularly when considering that the room wasn't even especially clean, with a hairband next to the bed and hair on the bathroom floor

• Karin (9/5): We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in een levendige omgeving. - De locatie en de faciliteiten in de omgeving. Er is een hele fijne grocery en een koffiebar direct naast het gebouw. De ruimte binnen het appartement is fijn. Het dakterras was een verrassing met picknicktafels en ligstoelen. De thermostaat was erg hoog afgesteld (24 graden Celsius) dus het kostte ons de nodige tijd om de hitte uit het appartement te krijgen. We konden wel voor de rest van ons verblijf de temperatuur verlagen. De hygiëne behoeft ook aandacht.

• Frederique (7/5): Suitable for short stays - We stayed for 36 nights in this ground-floor one-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, and tastefully decorated in a modern style, with the added bonus of a private outdoor patio. The location is excellent — within close proximity to Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. It’s about a 13-minute walk to Wembley Park station, which provides easy access to the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines. The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfortable, although the mattress was slightly softer than we prefer. The host was responsive and quick to address any issues that arose during our stay. And there were quite a few! The building also offers pleasant common areas, including a lovely living room space — ideal if you want a change of scenery from the cosiness of a one-bedroom apartment and the chance to be around other people. Although we booked the apartment for 36 nights, no change of sheets or towels was provided during our stay. There was also no vacuum cleaner or cleaning products available, and no cleaning service was offered during the entire month. Shortly after moving in, we were regularly disturbed by a very loud noise at various times of the day and night, which we could only describe as sounding like a “plane taking off.” After contacting the host, the issue eventually seemed to be resolved. The kitchen could benefit from a few additional basic amenities, such as kitchen towels, salt and pepper, and possibly a coffee machine. The rug in the living room was extremely dirty and would need a thorough clean. The shower head was heavily scaled and barely usable. We had to request assistance and provide photo evidence before maintenance was finally sent. The oven also never worked during our stay. For a ground-floor apartment, security and maintenance should be taken more seriously. The patio door had been left unlocked upon our arrival, and the patio itself was littered with rubbish thrown from the floors above (cigarette butts and empty soda cans). There's also no outdoor furniture provided. The bed had no mattress protector, and the pillows were also unprotected. The duvet appeared to be of very low quality. Most concerning of all, we were woken up twice early in the morning by debt collectors who had been sent to seize items from the apartment to recover unpaid debts. We informed the host immediately, who assured us the situation would be addressed, but the same incident occurred again two weeks later.

Goed bereikbaar met de metro vanaf het centrum (20 min). Thermostaat standaard veel te hoog ingesteld en helaas geen badstop. Eén slecht bed.

I've stayed at Ferrum several times. However this particular apartment was on the ground floor so whenever someone can in or out it could be heard loudly. I do understand you cant choose what apartment you stay in. But that has to be my least favourite visit

• Palmer (2/5): Not worth the price - The property is beautiful and in a good location however there was a lot of let downs on a up keep and maintenance level. Overall, not worth the price. The flat has potential, but the stay was let down by multiple issues. On arrival, the flat smelled strongly of cannabis, clearly from a previous guest, and the smell transferred to my work uniform. When reported, I was initially told I was overreacting and that it was likely from a neighbouring flat. It took six days and repeated complaints to resolve. Cleanliness was poor — the carpet was dirty, and there were strands of hair on the bed before use. The building’s garbage disposal was faulty, and when reported I was threatened with a £50 fine. The intercom also did not work during my stay. For the price paid, the experience was not worth the hassle.

• Racheal (8/5): - The size of the rooms and location of the hotel No consideration for customers request- we requested foe early check in and slightly late check out but they didnt consider our request. We suffered foul smell fo3 two days but even after that they didbt think of considering our request. We booked 2 BHK for 4 nights but as we entered we got foul smell from one of the bedroom. We immediately informed the management who did take our request but the room was made available to us for use only after two nights which means we paid for 2 BHK but stayed only in 1 BHK. I am not sure when the room was getting ready didnt the tram get this foul smell? How was it given to the customer foe use? As the maintenance staff entered, he immediately got the smell and agreed to what we were going through. The staff was very helpful and ensured to resolve the issue but it took 2 days. Management must look into such requests and issues to avoid customer dissatisfaction...

Anyone can come by mistake can open the door of the flat, even it was happened to me at the time I was in the flat with my family. Suddenly, someone opened the door directly luckily she was a lady and she apologized for the mistake she said it was the reception issue told her the flat was not occupied.. So there must have at least a lock chain or any other other option to stop any foreigner to open whoever cleaners or guests since then my family and I got worried and ready if somebody opens the door and the inside rooms door lock is not available so there is unfortunately no privacy too.

• Sam (10/5): This is THE place to stay if watching a concert at Wembley! Literally on the doorstep!! - Everything, the location, the apartment, the view, absolutely everything. Really comfy beds, apartment was spotlessly clean. Simple to check in and out and really great communications throughout. We would definitely stay again, for work or pleasure. The added bonus of having the O2 shopping outlet on the doorstep was also an added bonus with lots of places to eat. There was instructions for the wifi and these were included within our welcome email. We just couldn't access it. This wasn't a major issue but definitely something to check, it also may have been user error. In the grand scheme of all the amazing positive things about our stay this was a very minor issue for us and did not effect our stay at all.

The apartment had a bad odour. The toilets need to be a bit more clean and air fresheners should be kept in toilets . There was an odour from the carpet and the sofa in the living area .. felt it was not clean Outside is very noisy specially during early morning hours with the speed train and honking of vehicles.. it broke most of our sleep ..
• Adhishree (2/5): Disappointed with cleanliness and basic amenities. - The moment I entered the flat after a long journey, I expected a clean and fresh space to relax in. Instead, I was greeted with an unhygienic and foul-smelling flat, with wet food waste left in the bins from previous guests, attracting insects and mosquitoes. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, with sticky and dirty surfaces throughout. To make matters worse, half of the lights and switches didn’t work, and even after reporting the issue, nothing was done to resolve it. The refuse chute was out of order, and with two car parks, it was unclear where rubbish should be disposed of. At night, the flat was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to sleep, and no fan or air conditioning was provided. Additionally, we were asked to send a picture of the returned keys but were given no way to do so, adding to the inconvenience. Guests are expected to leave the property clean and trash-free, yet we were welcomed into a flat in such an unsanitary and poorly maintained state. This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience, made worse by the fact that no compensation was offered despite the multiple issues faced.

The beds were comfortable and there was ample storage for all our belongings. the kitchen was well equipped for some home cooking. The accommodation is right next to the train tracks and there is constant noise from the passing trains. Closing the windows makes a huge difference but doesn't block out the noise completely.

Il primo appartamento assegnato non era stato pulito: pavimento sporco con pezzi di vetro e plastica, piano cucina sporco con residui di zucchero/sale ovunque . Letti disfatti e senza lenzuola. Bagni senza asciugamani e carta igienica. L'appartamento mi era stato assegnato due giorni prima dell'arrivo e quindi considero molto grave che lo staff non abbia controllato che fosse pronto.

LONDON DESIGNER OUTLET has plenty of deals on high end branded products. It feels one is in NU Times Square or Dubai downtown like shopping area. Very clean and safe for pedestrians to walk Nothing negative about property. During match day / times traffic stoppages make life difficult and roads are not well lit and bill boards are not available

• Thomas (5/5): Disappointing - Modern and spacious apartment The washing machine broke down and leaked water all throughout the apartment. Management couldn’t even assist by sending us a mop. We had to soak up all the water with a towel and wring it out. We filled an entire bucket this way. We feel as though the management fobbed off repairs and gaslit us after we checked out to avoid responsibility. No alternative solution was offered to us to wash our clothes which were by then dirty and sopping wet. Given that we booked the apartment specifically because it listed a washing machine was an amenity, we feel like we overpaid. The kitchen implements were rather mean with only a one saucepan and a frypan.
