- Laura (6/5): Clean home with comfy beds but several areas could benefit from a professional painter. - Spacious, clean home within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, with convenient parking at the back. Comfortable beds and a responsive landlord—quick to provide a lamp and dishwasher cubes. The home has a Ring doorbell, so arrivals and departures are visible.
Downsides: hard to sleep due to nearby hospital sirens, and some rooms and kitchen cupboards could use a fresh coat of paint, with several walls showing pockmarks that would benefit from a professional painter.
- Philippe (8/5): Pratique - Emplacement, épicerie proche, laveuse/sécheuse. Système d’alarme incendie batterie à changer. Beep pendant la nuit. Propreté : de vieux bas trainaient sur le divan.
- Jessica (10/5): - Very lovely property and very nice owner
- Blaine (9/5): -
- Brandi (9/5): Pleasant - Location
Value Difficulty with door code at first but the hosts were helpful

- BJ Rhyner (9/5): My family and I were very comfortable staying here. - The space was nice, well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. It felt safe and homey. The neighbourhood was quiet. Grocery store was nearby. I would stay here again. The upstairs bathroom door would stick and make a loud noise when you pulled it open. Other than that, the unit was very comfortable.
- Waylon (10/5): - 😍
- Mary (10/5): Grate familystop lots of room - Felt homey, nice little yard after driving thur the night from bc made for a very comfortable stop, when we were outside all we heard was kids playing was nice. Definitely stay again if we are ever there again

- mahadevan (9/5): No complaints -
- Sally (10/5): Good stay for a group - Lovely home with awesome beds, easy to get into, great parking space, quiet neighbourhood. This is a “booking.com” issue, not the host; -final price is not clearly stated, adding in many fees at end that were not are not shown while searching. Unexpected expense.
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ralph (8/5): Great location, some updates needed - The location is great- walking distance to 2 grocery stores, the St Boniface Hospital and slightly longer walk to The Forks. The house was quite clean- looks to have had a few recent updates. Some missing cutlery (very small forks, could have used more knives).
The window covering in the kitchen was broken- had to tie the strings to a nearby hook to let in light
- Crystal (8/5): Comfortable, central, but could use some improvements - Very responsive host, easy to get a hold of. The location was central. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to move around. 4 bedrooms, so everyone in my family had room. Dishwasher and washer and dryer in the house. Check in was 3pm, we arrived at 6pm and the cleaners were still there washing beddings and towels and didn't finish until almost 7pm. The back gate was frozen shut, but when we got it to open, it wouldn't close all the way back. Some cobwebs in the upstairs bathroom. Tub drain was extremely slow to drain. It kept on backing up everytime. I mentioned it to the owner, he said he sent someone to fix it but it wasn't resolved, not even the slightest. Simple Drain-O could've solved it.
